I modeled it after myself, put as much of myself into it as I could. I guess a part of me knew that I would not be around to comfort you anymore.

fascinated and distressed by chase's disordered relationship with sexuality + his emotions abt his own trauma & abuse

thru the beginning of the show he doesn't even realize he's hot despite being objectively attractive. when he finds out he's hot he then realizes people pretend to be interested in him as a person in order to have sex with him and gets super upset about it

he starts having a bunch of meaningless sex as a coping mechanism when cameron leaves him. and also a lot of other times. whenever something bad happens, basically, he starts going out with a bunch of women, just to feel something, presumably

^to the extent where hes known within the hospital as a slut. and has had sex with an insane amount of nurses. as well as presumably women who are not at his place of work.

he says doing this made him hate himself so he stopped. it's the b-plot for an episode and then he's back having meaningless sex again by the end of the episode

even his coworkers know this about him. and have called it out, masters even says she thinks he doesn't respect women bc, in her words, he's with a different one every few days or maybe he finds comfort in meaningless relationships

goes back to having meaningless sex within weeks of getting stabbed. which is really bad for wound healing reasons too. genuinely it seems like such compulsive behavior for him considering he keeps doing it even when its objectively not only a bad idea but actively dangerous

house even directly says he's "a serial slut" because he's "terrified of intimacy." incredibly accurate assessment

his relationship with his sexuality reads so heavily as someone who thinks they're not good for anything else

we know he has a lot of trauma especially in childhood- he never really gets into it let alone into how he Feels about it but what we know is already bad & that's just the stuff he's okay with sharing with his coworkers or patients

in general he's very avoidant of his own trauma- when he gets stabbed he says he "can't change what happened, can only make better choices from here" as if it was his own fault, and refuses thru the whole episode to acknowledge that being traumatized by this would be a really normal reaction that he is definitely having. instead he just blames himself

also, he dissociates from traumatic things that happen to him - says "there was a stabbing" rather than "i was stabbed" for instance

when he's talking abt his childhood trauma he does it in a very similar way - he talks about it very bluntly and doesn't ever get into how he actually feels about it.

general passive willingness to go along with anything- when cameron says they should have sex in s3 he's surprised and then he just kinda goes along with it. not bc he didn't want to bc he obviously did, but he's just generally very much someone who does whatever other people want him to do. i feel like he and cameron both tend to seek validation thru sex in an unhealthy way that i'm still gnawing on like a dog with a bone i have to go rewatch s3 to really articulate it though

he has a sort of desperation for praise and approval especially from anyone he views as an authority figure. he does whatever authority figures tell him out of this idea that it'll bring him approval and therefore safety

like no matter what house does or says to him he doesn't argue or retaliate or anything. even when house punches him he collapses on the ground in pain and then just keeps talking about the patient like nothing happened.

the scene in 3.10 after house punches him where he's in the ddx room and house walks in and throws the file at him and chase is startled and tries to pretend he's not. and he looks up with this huge fuck ass bruise on his jaw swallows heavily and pretends not to be upset. and house asks if he got that looked at as if he wasn't the one to give it to him and chase just swallows and says he's fine. dr fawn response :(

beware of the lýkos, for she is no ordinary predator. the most dangerous type of beast; not one that impulsively bares her teeth, not one only driven by the primitive insatiable hunger that rumbles in her belly like a storm. no. the lýkos is a quiet one. a careful one. a deceiving one. she gathers all that she is — the rage and hunger and envy and cunning — and stuffs it in the strong confines of a living mask made of flesh and bone. Instead of the sharp canines, calculating eyes encasing nothing but her desire to consume, you see a soft delicate smile, cool doe eyes of willow bark and sage meant to lower her prey’s sense of danger long enough for her to pounce. lýkos prowls quietly in her own ribcage as she entraps her prey in broad daylight and for every poor soul she sets her sights on, she adapts and modifies the veil. how do you escape an ever changing beast? how do you survive against the most dangerous apex predator of all — a being crafted to be valor and timidness — a girl? you don’t, simply watch the god favoured take.

and oh how god favoured she is. discordia sees her mayhem caged inside of the girl, a white hot inferno and the emptiness of void, the disturbing quiet that fills open air like static before the apocalyptic tempest rolls in with the might of gods’ rage. life and death, strife and harmony, predator and prey. inner conflict, always contradicting the other. a living paradox. a mortal (?) being embodying all natural forces governing reality. a soldier of chaos and daughter of discord, the priestess of the temple and the knife and the lamb. oh wolf in silk, oh lýkos, oh lycia medarda... to be as divinely touched and tragic as you.

FAWN BABY THANK YOU FOR THE ASK !!! i’ve already answered for 🌼 and 🌷 regarding my kpop dr and the links are here and here !! BUT for you, i will be re-answering those questions for another two dr’s — my better cr and my obx dr ≈

🌼 : BEAUTIFUL BLOSSOM . . . what do you find most beautiful about your significant other(s)? what about that aspect of them is so beautiful to you? and in turn what do they believe the most beautiful thing about you is? why do they think that way?

for my BETTER CR — the most beautiful thing about my bf would have to be how observant he is . it’s actually a bit intimidating how little i manage to slip by him, just bcs he notices things that many people tend to overlook or just straight up don’t notice at all. and the greatest thing about his observational skills is how he doesn’t force assistance upon you? he doesn’t confront you with what you may be feeling or hiding, he just provides help in small silent ways and as someone who’s also very observant, it means more than i could ever describe. there’s so much beauty in his attentiveness to those around him, even those that he doesn’t necessarily know, like . he’ll see someone struggling to reach something in an aisle in the shops and before they can even ask for help, he’s already there helping?? he’s just such a good man and idk it makes him so beautiful in my eyes, because i genuinely feel so proud and so safe all the time

now, onto what my bf thinks is the most beautiful aspect about me .. it would have to be something slightly similar , observation-adjacent. but more with regards to how i give assistance or comfort or just love in general. he finds the way i show love and care and affection for different people very beautiful, because i don’t show love the same way with everyone , the people in my life are all different, bcs people in general are different, and knowing that, and knowing those i surround myself with, i show them love in whatever ways they feel comfortable — i wouldn’t hug a friend who’s averse to physical affection even though i’m not, i would be more loud and excitable with the friends that have the energy to reciprocate, i would comfort a crying friend with a hug and a back rub but if it was different friend who was in tears, it would be a different reaction like a simple hand hold or just sitting by them, letting them know i’m there if necessary, handing them a tissue, or even giving them space and letting them feel their emotions in private before talking to them. i want people to feel comfortable with the love and care that i give so i make sure my form of care is attune to their personal preferences and i think that this would be something that my boyfriend would adore and find very beautiful about me

for my OBX DR — something i find beautiful about rafe would have to be his planning skills bcs i never really need to worry about that stuff when i’ve got him. let me explain, he’s always a good five steps ahead of everyone, he keeps his plans a secret and then when it’s necessary he has the perfect solution and it literally feels like such a weight is immediately lifted off of all of us !! and not just that but the way i never have to tell him something twice ?? it low-key gives husband vibes because i’ll make a simple comment in passing about how i love a certain snack or a certain perfume and the next thing i know, rafe’s consistently restocking my supply every time i run out, i don’t even have to ask him, he just pays attention and does it and it’s so sweet and what makes it beautiful is how this only really applies to me aksjdjskd like i’m special. he’s not heartless he does care about the others (specifically sarah) and he will randomly buy smth if he knows his sister likes that brand or wtv, but yeh . mostly for me hahahahsh

now what rafe finds beautiful about me .. let’s get the inappropriate out of the way : everything about me like . visually .. man is down bad ok Next — it would need to be me when i’m annoyed, stupidly enough, he would be the type that would piss off his gf and then find her reaction beautiful, and that would definitely be smth he would do to me.. like random little jokes and back and forth banter that makes me smile and yet somehow frown at the same time , cheeks flushed, arm crossed, trying not to grin . he’d love that, he’d actually just stand there staring with a dopey smile on his face bcs he managed to make me annoyed and yet he knows the only thought going through my head rn is “fuck my life i’m in love with this dickhead..”

🌷 : TIMELESS TULIP . . . what was your relationship with your significant other(s) like before you started dating? were you friends? enemies? academic rivals? did they know you liked them? did you know they liked you?

for my BETTER CR — we were friends to lovers but that’s a bit of a simplified explanation tbh . in actuality we were family friends when we were little kids, but after i turned 8 i moved suburbs and two years later so did he. we never found out that we’d both moved to the same suburb yet again, so we went ten years without seeing each other, our parents were in very very causal contact and i only ever saw his mum on the super rare occasion. but then , in 2022 , there was a dinner being hosted at a mutual family friends house and he and i met again after ten years. when i tell you it was Immediate i’m being so fr like immediately i just knew that i liked him.. so in that way, we were never really just friends. we always knew we liked each other, we were just slowly getting to know each other at our own pace, testing the waters, slowly shifting from friendly conversation to flirting and checking to see if we’d crossed any boundaries and realising with every interaction we shared, neither one of us wanted to stop? bcs we both equally liked each other

for my OBX DR — this is an enemies to lovers sort of situation , well, tbh it’s more annoyances to lovers, my obx dr is quite diff from the show (at least for now it’s diff) and my “friendship” with rafe was just us putting up with each other because i’m one of sarah’s best friends and wheezie’s tutor. i’m like 92% sure rafe knew about my feelings for him, and, actually, i’m pretty sure he knew before i knew . i was in a Lot of denial about it, simply because i didn’t want it to be true? first of all, i’m a pogue, my dad was disowned from his kook heritage because he fell in love with my mum who’s a pogue, so i have a very bad taste in my mouth when it comes to kooks that parade their wealth , like rafe. even after i became friends with sarah and i met some more decent kooks, i still didn’t really like admitting my attraction to rafe. now, from my perspective, it was obvs rafe found me hot, like . physically. but in all honesty i thought it stopped there. miscommunication trope goes Hard with this dr . like , it’s laughable..

🌻 : SWEET SUNFLOWER . . . how do your friends describe you and your significant other(s) relationship? do you and your significant other(s) share a lot about your relationship or do you keep a lot of it secret?

for my BETTER CR — my relationship was a secret for a Long time. only my best friends and his best friends knew about it, because , and as archaic as this sounds , we weren’t allowed to date. Ok Ok it’s Normal in indians families to have a tight grip on their children, my parents would be So disappointed if i got myself a bf and i know i can script that it’s different in this reality but part of me likes the adrenaline rush of sneaking around and hiding in closets and pantries during a gathering just to steal a few minutes with each other before we need to go back out and interact with everyone and pretend like we’re just casual friends. my friends really like my bf, they started referring to him as my husband bcs they’re so convinced we’ll get married (and they would be right) it was only a little hard to convince my high school bsf bcs she’d seen me go through tough relationships and get my heart broken and have panic attacks and she really pulled me through those times so .. it took her a while to trust my bf but thankfully it all works out (and maybe i’m being too y/n with this but my bf’s best friend is Such a compatible partner for MY best friend?? i feel like i should script them but i just wanna see how it goes ajshdjsjs).

my bf’s friend group were lowkey intimidating (bcs they’re all older than me by like 2-3 years) but i’m so very very glad that they ended up liking me. he’s in a group with another guy and two other girls, a group of four. the girls were immediately accepting which kinda shot off some red flags in my head but after i got to know them i realised it was just my insecurity i needed to work through and they were genuinely just happy that their friend had found someone. and after that, it’s so nice to have a couple of older girls in my contacts who i can turn to if i need some advice about uni or life or something or other. now, similarly my bf’s best friend was someone who i needed to impress. and the funny thing is i didn’t even realise. i was just being myself thinking his bsf was chill with me and then one day, randomly, my bf was like “yeh he likes you now, he thinks you’re cool :) “ i was like “Huh . ? so . so he didn’t like me before????”

if our friends were to describe us, they’d say we were for each other. and maybe i’m being too love sick when i script this but i want people to see the two is if and think that we were meant to be in each others lives, that this relationship that we share isn’t something new or different, it’s been a love that has been shared through every life we take, no matter how we show up in the world, we end up finding each other, it’s the kind of relationship that transcends time and space, because there’s no way you lock eyes with a person and just know . in that very moment, that they’re The One for you, unless we’ve danced this same dance before

for my OBX DR — this one’s a bit odd bcs i don’t even know, i haven’t scripted it at all. i would assume that my friends would initially be confused but sort of vindicated?? they’d know that rafe and i don’t exactly get along and wouldn’t understand why i was dating him, But at the same time, they’d have to be shoupe-levels of oblivious in order to ignore the clear sexual tension between the two of us so, in their minds, it was a very “bound to happen” sorta deal. the people that are more confused are rafe’s friends, or rather his old friends, they get the appeal of going for a pogue just for a joke but when they realise rafe’s actually serious about it .. yeh let’s just say i foresee a lot of rafe holding me back from punching a cunt in the face and then him turning around and punching the mf himself .. my prediction has a very good chance of happening i just know it

The video opens to the echoing sound of heels clicking on a tile floor; a pov shot of the person recording walking down a long hallway. A glance towards a passing window reveals the person recording as Dr Alexandra Fawne, the camera likely located somewhere within her glasses. The view panning downwards shows that the doctor is holding Coma in one arm, the other gripping the strap of her bag with white knuckles. The subject is visibly tired but quiet, watching their surroundings passively even with the tension that hung over them both.

Dr Fawne approached a large set of metal sliding doors, taking a deep breath just before they slid silently open. Behind the door, a young agent looks up from where he had been previously occupied with his computer. He seems surprised to see them, but Dr Fawne pays him no attention as she crosses the room to the identical door on the other wall. She releases her grip on her bag to begin digging through it for her ID, but is stopped before she can use it by the agent’s voice off-camera.

“Dr Fawne?” It turns to look at him, the scar on his brow making their confused furrow look harsher, “I’m sorry, you’re not on the approved personnel list for today?”

The doctor responds after a small moment, giving a sigh, “I am aware, but unfortunately the subject has been having difficulty sleeping as of late. It soothes her to be in the shuttle, and I figure I could use the time to get some work done.”

They both glance down at Coma just as she lets out a large yawn, and yet the agent does not seem completely convinced.

Dr Fawne to releases an annoyed huff, “If Cooper has an issue with it he can take it up with me and then shove it up his ass.”

He lets out a breath that could almost be a laugh, finally entering the code to allow her ID to scan her into the hangar, “Alright, alright.”

The doctor gives him tense smile and a nod, before holding her ID up to the scanner and walking through the door. She slowly lets out the breath she did not realize she was holding as she entered the hangar. Once close enough to the shuttle, she set Coma down and told her to go lay inside and wait for her.

The camera lingers on the image of the small mouse running away for a moment, before turning sharply away and walking towards a control panel set into the wall. Dr Fawne’s hand comes into frame once again to enter a small code into the keyboard on the panel, causing an even smaller panel to slide open to reveal a USB port. The rustling of a bag is heard offscreen before the doctor’s other hand rises into view holding a small flash drive, labeled on the side with the word “invisible”.

She hesitates very briefly, seeming to brace herself, before inserting the drive into the wall. Dr Fawne waits for a moment, before looking up in the direction of the closest security camera in the area to watch as it sinks in deactivation. One last quick glance at the panel on the wall reveals a five minute timer has started, before the doctor turns and quickly makes her way towards the shuttle.

Once inside, the camera finds and focuses on where the Coma is sitting in a small chair near the large computer screen along one wall of the craft. Having waited patiently for Dr Fawne to appear, she was already buckled into the seat and looking up at her expectantly.

“Good girl,” The doctor said warmly as she walked over and kneeled in front of her, Coma giving a bright smile in response that was interrupted by a loud yawn.

“You’re going to go on a trip for a while, okay little one?” She continued in a whisper, the subject nodding along sleepily, “And then in a few days I will call you back down okay? And we can go to a new place together, far away from all those mean men and tests. First you just need to take a little adventure.”

“Like in my stories,” Coma mumbled, and Dr Fawne gave a small chuckle.

“Yes, just like from your stories. You go on an adventure and then you get your happily ever after.” She brings a hand up to gently cup the mouse’s cheek, “You just gotta be brave, okay? Computer will take care of you while you’re away.”

“Mmkay mama,” Coma nuzzled into her hand, eyes blinking slowly, and the camera sees nothing for a moment as Dr Fawne leaned down to kiss her forehead.

“Goodbye, Coma, I will see you soon.” The words are hushed, slightly pained, and after muttering them the room is suddenly bathed in red lights, an alarm blaring outside. Their time is up, GUN has noticed something is wrong.

Dr Fawne turns to the shuttle’s computer, barking an order to begin launch sequence as soon as she has left the shuttle. She ruffles Coma’s hair one last time before rushing out of the ship, the hatch sliding shut behind her. Running down the hall, she gets to the panel in the wall just before the doors to the hangar burst open, a swarm of armed guards entering.

The guards surrounded her quickly, her back to the wall as the camera looked around for a way out. After a moment, the wall parted to allow a man to walk through, his expression smug as he looked down at the doctor.

“Cooper,” Dr Fawne spits the name, before actually spitting at the ground in front of him.

Damien Cooper’s smarmy grin turned into a grimace of disgust at the action, before he looked at her unamused, “Cute. I can’t say I’m surprised to find out our “breach” in security was you, Alexandra. We really have let you grow far too attached to your little… pet project. Where is the subject?”

Dr Fawne laughs from behind the camera in response, everything beginning to shake slightly. It seems to be more than just the camera, as the guards are visibly thrown off balance in front of her. They all look to the side for the source of the disturbance, the doctor doing so as well a beat later, in time to see the shuttle containing the subject lifting itself into the air.

“What are you doing just standing there?” Cooper snarled at the men standing around staring at it, the camera finding him once again, “Stop that ship!”

“You can’t,” Dr Fawne taunts him, the smirk evident in her voice, “I’ve locked GUN out of its systems, it will only come back down when I give the word.”

Cooper glares down at her for a minute, before barking sharply, “Agent Spears, do your job. Arrest her, we’ll see if we can’t find a way to get that shuttle back on the ground. And if not, we can find other uses for her...”

As he turns to walk away, the agent from before hesitantly steps forward, cuffs in hand. Despite the fact she had lied to him earlier, he did not seem entirely comfortable following the order. Dr Fawne did not struggle however, passively turning to face the wall and allowing the agent to handcuff her. The camera’s view stayed on the shuttle as it rose ever higher into the air, until Dr Fawne was turned and forced to begin walking towards the door.

The following contains only the aftermath of the gacha and me being real chatty about the way characters look + expectations, so if you're looking for commentary of the story, please refer to Part II!

Hortus de Escapismo is on the horizon and Dr. Lundi is a radiant and unavoidable ball of excitement during the pulls. How could she NOT be??? Six months of saving, an ungodly ammount of pulls and a surprising eagerness of Executor to arrive home later (i.e. the fact out of eight 6*, only two were strangers).

Speaking of strangers, an obscure horse wandered into the pulls to remind her that he's still her number one husband and Executor comes second. Most likely because to summon Federico she changed Mlynar on her homescreen to Executor normal version and he got a little worried, the old man.

Among the 4 Doctors there's always 7 pots of each Elite, so it's no wonder the other one went to Dr. Pinkie before pity, which pretty much concluded our pulls. I don't know what happened to Dr. Kryo, but I personally didn't pull because Hoederererer is on the horizon four months from now and I am BEHIND because of Silverash Kernels.

Fastest character build ever in the world. I think maxing out characters ASMRs have to exist. It's so nice to see it happen so fast. Aesthetically pleasing, complete and right.

But since I'm giving statements that are already unrequested, I just want to say that Executor is not my type. I don't like stiffly blunt and I am also on the side of Sarkaz, so just Sanktas in general are a little... off for me. Except Enforcer, Enforcer is my baby and I would kill for him.

Go on, TRY and convince me this isn't one of the coolest arts ever. I need old 6* characters to get a revamp on their E2 art, because compared to this few can truly compare. God is behind him, holding the scythe, the statue is half a robot for whatever reason???? And it's so cool???

Not to mention that he looks exactly the same face-wise versus his E0 art, which cannot be said about, I don't know, SilverAsh, who looks like he was born in a wet cardboard box all alone in an alley.

His token is also so so so so cute, I don't know what the overall experience with listening to him talking into your ear feels like, but just-- just read this:

Their voice actors are amazing so far as I heard, so we wait and see what he's like personality wise.
