Bestie am on my period and it triggers my appitte a lot😩 like i want to eat some cheakpea rice with couscous and i recemoned to you try it too cus its very delicious turkish food and i love it imao anyways my peroid is took over me today so much that i was bit of a bitch to my friends so when i have the change to tallk with them i will make sure to say sorry and all but am sure everything is gonna be ok soo how are you doing?

Period is surely a pain in the a** and no worries, any girls who go through hard times experiencing it would’ve understood you a lot. I suggest you to look up for some foods to eat during period. Any salty and acidic foods are two of the many kinds of food you should avoid. As for drinks, you need to drink more plain water and avoid caffeine. These are the only things I can tell you, the rest you can find them on the internet. It will be much useful for you :) And yes, I’m sure everything will be okay.
I’m barely alright since yesterday. This week alone has been sufferable for me as I keep getting sick from time to time, from having fever to flu to bad coughs, then back pain and now… a second time fever 🤦🏻‍♀️ But good thing is, I’m able to get a lot of rest unlike any other days.
