This is basmati rice with cheakpeas and onions (210 c4l), topped with three slices of cheese (180). This was so satisfying to 3at plus is my omad, so I guess my total intake for today will be 390 c4ls.
Btw i woke up at 66, 9 kg, super bloated. Hope is just water weight and get to my first gw in two or three days max.

OOOOOOH DEAR
yes those look incredibly greasy BUT!!! Its part of the experience. You can have better ones surely. And youre not used to cheakpeas!!! That must factor in too.
You can try rosticceria from Keppalle or sfrigola in the city center. Or FUD! It costs a bit but its good!! I never go out to eat there so i dont know many places tbh
also. yes. sfincione is that good. it truly is. god i love it so much. WHICH REMINDS ME,, the best sfincione in palermo is the one from graziano. but i have no idea how you can get to it without a car. or even with a car. nightmare parking. BUT they have a place called graziano a mare which is either in porto sant'erasmo or at the cala. Both places you should walk to! They are very nice and you can see the sea. So try going there! Fish meals. ive never been but i could put my hand in a fire over them.
wine i would need more specifications but!! try a passito or zibibbo if you can! they are dinner desserts to take after a meal. im sure restaurants have them.
But!!! im so happy youre enjoying your stay!!!! Also go inside san giuseppe dei teatini (if you havent already) i find it stunning!!!!!!!!

@gelataisa panelle tasted strangely for me, but probably I bought it in the wrong place (just felt too excited to be choosy). It was way too greasy and maybe I am just not used to chickpea... Shall try it again in some better place.
Sfincione. It's awesome. I thought it would be good, but had no idea it will be THAT GOOD.
Divinely delicious. It was a wonder even though it was not warm when I ate it. The dough is unbelievably tasty and, it goes without saying, the filling (topper..?) is magnificent.
And tried some local-ohmygoditsevenbetterthansfincione-wine, so I'm not even embarrassed to tag you here. Maybe a little bit. Anyway, thanks for all your recommendations!!! Rooftop of the church of santissimo Salvatore, Santa Catarina (its marble interior is stunning), everything. I'm just in love with this place.
