Hi! I know you may not know this but Pearl has asked people to not maintag shipping content with her! That means tagging it as "pearlescentmoon".

I'm going to start this off by saying that i Love and Appreciate everything Pearl does as a content creator for us. i think she's incredible and one of my favorite hermits. But i think creators have gotten Far too comfortable in fan spaces.

at its core, fan spaces are meant to be just that- fan spaces. spaces for us as fans to come together and discuss and share creations about this thing we really like. and its cool to give or send the ccs those creations sometimes. but this isn't a space for them. tumblr isn't for ccs. its for us. and you wanna know the one tenant that all fan spaces operate under? Don't Like, Don't Read.

i greatly respect all of the work our ccs do to bring us such incredible content- but they don't get to enter our spaces and demand that we cater to them and what they want to see. pearl is capable of blocking the gempearl or hermitshipping or trafficshipping tags just like anyone else who doesn't want to see shipping content. the fact that it clogs her feed anyway is something she has to deal with just like anyone else who exists on this website. she isn't special.

the pearlescentmoon tag exists for fans to find community around Pearl. not to be her personal feed of completely wholesome offerings. no one is forcing her to be here, no one is sending her shipping content (at least i sure hope no one is, that is where i draw the line, don't specifically send creators shit that'll make them uncomfortable) she can't demand everyone hide their shipping content when she wasn't supposed to be here in the first place.

You’ve got some lemon water and specially made Onigiri by your own hand all set up pretty in a tray

He tries not to smile too much while you set it down, kiss the top of his head, and quietly urge him to take a break- or at least stand and stretch because how he’s sitting can’t be good for his posture

Normally he wouldn’t pay that any mind, but you had an effect on him that he couldn’t explain. You gave him a special sort of feeling in his heart- a feeling that only one other person had ever given him in his entire life

Law gets up to stretch and to reach for you, that way he can press a kiss to your cheek and tell you he loves you

You’ve noticed he’s softer around you, though he never could quite tell you why

You also notice that whenever you two are sitting close or lying together, it doesn’t matter what you’re doing- he likes to look into your eyes as much as he can

He can’t explain it- it doesn’t matter that your eyes aren’t exactly the same colour as his. They’re kind, they’re caring, just like he is

One day, the heat on the submarine gives out and you seek Law out to ask a favour

“One of my sweaters? Yeah, you can borrow one. Just don’t ruin it.”

The warning means nothing, he knows you wouldn’t destroy any of his things on purpose

So you head for his room while he returns to helping the others fix the heat, shivering in your suit

Law’s room is an organized mess of books, clothes and sheets. He was never the type to keep anything clean for too long, but then again he was a busy man. You didn’t mind it, but you do know how he appreciates it when you can help him out with the little things. First, a sweater. You swear that you’re about to start seeing your breath from how cold it’s getting.

You dive into his closet and sort through his things for that yellow one you like, when you notice something interesting. Something hung up, obviously important since it’s in one of those zippable clothing protectors. A suit, maybe?

The thought of Law in a suit makes you squeal a bit. Now you have to see it.

Carefully, you take the hangar out and your first remark is at how incredibly light it is. It’s not heavy enough to be a full suit set, so you start to unzip it to satisfy your curiosity.

A few loose, black feathers hit the ground before you can figure out what you’re looking at. It’s a full feather coat. It looks like it’s been tailored- the collar has been cautiously cut with a loving hand, which makes you remember the strangely similar style of feather collar on his blue sweatshirt. There are also some messy holes in the back of it.

You hum curiously, and put it back into the protector bag for the time being. Then you grab the sweater you’d come here for, take the hangar, and bring the coat with you back to your room.

The heat returns. Heart Pirates huddle around the heat and try to warm up quickly, but Law has a better idea in mind on how to warm up. He also just really wants to see you in his clothing. But he spots something as he’s headed down the hall that makes his heart drop. A single black feather.

He’s wearing his blue sweater and he hasn't touched the coat. So why…

He rushes first to his room, throws the closet door open and his eyes widen at the missing coat, so he makes a B-Line for your room

It’s not that he thought you would wreck it, but it’s something he’d rather keep safe. Those feathers fell off every time he touched it, and he wanted so desperately to preserve the last item he’d ever have of his beloved Corazon.

When he reaches your room, he barges right in without knocking and finds you holding it up, looking it over. Your room is a mess of loose thread. Your desk has sewing scissors and a little ball with various sized sewing needles poking out of it, and your sewing machine is on.

“See?” You hold it up to him, showing off your handiwork. Slack-jawed, he scans over the once bullet holes that have now been expertly closed and repaired. “I’ve never seen you wear this, but I guess it’s because all those feathers kept falling off, right?”

He’s silent, but he knows just what he wants to say. It just takes him a moment.

“Law?” You ask, smile falling a bit, thinking maybe you’d done something wrong.

“Put it on.”

“Huh?” You take another good look at the coat. “You sure?”

He nods, and watches how you pull it over your shoulders. It’s way too big for you- did a damn giant wear this!? -but you still strike a pose, holding up a peace sign next to your face for Law and grinning wide.

“Do I look good?”

He takes a few steps forward. You open your eyes again and get the quick glimpse of tears in his eyes before he pulls you in for a hug tight enough to crack your spine. You can hear his quiet sobs and gasps in your ear, and it breaks your heart to think that maybe you’d done something wrong.

But he whispers that he loves you, and then he whispers it 3 more times just to be sure. You tell him you love him too, and he takes a deep breath to pull himself together.

“Are you ok, Law?” You ask, eyes glued to him. “I can put it back if-”

“No, just…” He wipes his face, then takes your hands. “I think there’s someone I’d like to tell you about.”

An absolute sweetheart who insists on pushing the cart or carrying the basket for you !!

Sticks pretty close to your grocery list, though if something interesting catches his eye he might pick it up and show it to you in hopes to convince you to get it.

His choices in food are of the healthier variety, I feel like. Mostly goes for organic choices, and is pretty well-learned in knowing which fruits, veggies and fish are the freshest and which are the closest to spoiling.

Tbh grocery shopping with Kazuha is so ?? Chill? Like, little to no stress, swear.

It’s just very easy and relaxing, walking through the aisles at a leisurely pace and plucking stuff off of shelves. You two talk about whatever you want as you walk, or sometimes you sing along to the music that plays from the speakers.

If something is too tall for either of you two to reach there’s no problem!! Kazuha can jump pretty damn high so he can reach the tip-top shelf easy peasy ♡

I feel like Kazuha also has a secret sweet tooth? Nothing too wild, but you’d catch him eyeing a pack of marshmallows every now and then, or staring a little too long at a tub of ice cream.

If you seamlessly pluck up whatever sweet he’s debating on getting and put it into the cart, he’ll literally light up and give you a sweet smooch on ur nose :((

⠀「 XIAO*ೃ༄ 」

To his credit !! He’s pretty damn decent as a grocery buddy. 

Xiao’s a little introverted, typically choosing not to be around other people for very long periods of time, so him actually volunteering to come with you nearly moved you to tears.

He also pushes the cart from you and keeps track of your grocery list, crossing stuff out for you without you even having to tell him.

Xiao doesn’t talk much, which isn’t very out of the ordinary, but he does give some helpful suggestions when you’re indecisive about something. And he’s very pragmatic and straightforward when he helps you make your decisions, too, so it’s very time-efficient having him with u ♡

He barely asks for anything that isn’t on the list tbh? I dunno, I guess he just doesn’t feel the need to. Not to mention, he’s not particularly picky when it comes to his meals either, so he’s content to sit back and let you take the reins for restocking the fridge. 

If his eyes sparkle a little when he sees you picking up ingredients for almond tofu, you choose not to tease him about it.

Definitely the one to try and bring all the grocery bags to the car in one go. And??? He somehow manages it to ??? You have no idea how, or how the guys somehow managed to hold your hand while also toting all those grocery bags but ?? Hey, you’re not complaining. 

⠀「 THOMA*ೃ༄ 」

I shit you not Thoma is the best person to go shopping with. Hands down.

Thoma doesn’t go to the supermarket for his groceries, actually. Or at least not all of them. For some stuff that have to be imported or that are a bit harder to come by locally, he goes to the groceries and such.

However, when it comes too food shopping, his first stop are the farmers markets!

He’s already a regular at the local farmer’s market. Old grannies love to pinch his cheeks whenever they see him and they always coo over you two being an adorable couple.

Thoma leads you by the hand all around the farmer’s market the entire time you’re out, knowing which stall to go to for the freshest produce and the most decent price. 

Knows how to bargain with the locals without being disrespectful! And he always manages to net really good discounts. If you ask him how he does it, he’ll wink and tell you that it’s just his charm. And you can’t fully disagree.

Definitely brings around his own eco-bags, too. He’s used to carrying all the groceries on his own, but if you offer to help he’ll thank you with a kiss and a smile.

At one point while you two separate to cover more ground, he passes by a stall ran by an old couple and their grandkid that sells flowers. He gets you a bouquet— nothing too big that’s hard to carry around, but something small and cute that you can press between your books and display.

When you reunite and he gives you the gift, he looks so goddamn precious holding out the flowers to you with his smile that u just wanna give him a kiss ♡

⠀「 AYATO*ೃ༄ 」

If Thoma is a god-send to be with when grocery shopping, Ayato is… nicely put, the exact opposite.

Listen I don’t blame the man. He’s rich enough that he’s never really had to do his own groceries before, so he’s a bit out of his element when he accompanies you to do it one day, but it’s still cute that he cleared a part of his busy schedule to help you out with this. He’s a little confused, but he’s got the spirit (and a pretty face, which helps.)

Motherfucker picks up some incredibly overpriced caviar, looks at the price tag ( $95 !!! For 30 grams what the fuck !!! ) nods to himself like he remembers you having that shit on your grocery list (you do not) and would have plunked it into your cart if you didn’t catch him in time.

He reasons that he’s tried this brand before and that it’s a very delicious-tasting one that you should try yourself, and his reasons are honestly pretty sweet, but it doesn’t change the fact that you don’t need the goddamn caviar. When you try to tell him that you don’t have the budget for it, he offers to get it for you which, again sweet and it makes you want to kiss him, but that’s not the point Ayato !!

Aside from his ignorance inexperience with how much a typical grocery run costs, there’s also the fact that this guy can’t cook for shit. As a result, if he’s not tossing rich person food into your cart, he’s placing shit that should under no circumstances be mixed together in the cart, claiming that he thinks the combination sounds nice to consume.

Ayato, dearest, I love you, but what the fuck is a Cheeto mango shiitake salad ?????? 

⠀「 ALHAITHAM*ೃ༄ 」

The mf who makes a detailed shopping list, complete with the specific brand of the item you’re looking for, the exact amount, the exact price for said amount plus quantity, and then several alternate brands if the one he was aiming for sells out. All of these are entirely researched before hand.

Well, he either does that, or he goes for he most outrageous expensive shit you’ve every seen.

And no half of the time he doesn’t even throw in the $60 per kilogram cheese because he likes it— he does it because he kinda enjoys pissing off a certain blond architect who invites himself over to sleep on your couch rather often.

It’s usually up to you to cross your arms and stare Alhaitham down, quietly judging him for a petty bitch while he crosses his own arms and stares back at you, one eyebrow raised in the way that makes you not sure if you want to punch him or kiss him.

Sometimes you win and with a sigh, your boyfriend quietly turns and goes off to acquire the next item on his incredibly detailed list, leaving you to put his purchase back as you victoriously fist pump to yourself.

Other times, he wins and you throw your arms up, rolling your eyes so hard as you try not to look at his smirk for fear of actually punching him (or, you know, kissing him and flagrantly having public displays of affection.)

Fine! You say to him with a huff that’s not actually angry. Keep your goddamn parmigiano reggiano. 

You can never feel huffy about it for long, though— not when you find an extra tub of your favorite ice cream later as you put the groceries away.

hey guys this is your reminder to ONLY tag your danny phantom/dc crossovers as #DPXDC, no other fandoms

I know you want people from the dp and dc fandoms to be able to find your crossover stuff. I relate. but to the multitude of people who want plain danny phantom content or aren't interested in dc, finding dc crossover after dc crossover is just annoying. we don't want to have to dig. we are going to scroll straight past your dpxdc prompts and art and fics. tagging only for the crossover is unusual, yeah, but this crossover is so big it is literally its own fandom. and as relatively large as the dpxdc fandom is, I'm pretty sure the danny phantom fandom is bigger. thus, we do not want a bunch of posts from a different fandom in our tag. people who want dpxdc can go out of their way to find it by way of the tag I thought we'd established months ago. if you want to tag it as danny phantom or dc or whatever for the purpose of organizing your blog, just reblog the post with the tags added.

I love dpxdc crossovers. I was reading one right before I started making this post. but when I go to the danny phantom tag, I want to see mainly danny phantom content. now when I try to do that, I find a whole lot of not-that. I just searched 'danny phantom', and of the top dp posts, 26 out of 48 were dpxdc. clicked on the danny phantom tag and 12 out of the first 14 top posts were also dpxdc. much of this was not tagged with the proper DPXDC tag. the issue appears to be far less severe for the dc fandom, but it's still a bit irritating.

again, I love this crossover. I don't want to blacklist the multitude of tags it uses, because I like seeing it on my dash occasionally. but if this keeps up, I honestly might.

𝙰𝚂𝙰𝙼𝙸 𝙵𝚄𝙹𝙸𝙷𝙸𝚁𝙾.. carried her bag into the apartment complex, as she fished out her fob from her pocket. starting today, she was officially a university student. fresh out of highschool, asami had figured out that she would stay in tokyo for a bit. her goal? to finish university with an undergrad in art, and in english literature. luckily for her, her two closest friends would be attending the same university, although osamu would be in a different program, she at least had keiji to keep her company during english lit. while asami had no reason to rent out a place during her time at utokyo, as her parents gladly offered her to just stay at the house, asami had wanted to feel like an adult for the first time. her parents let her leave, hesitantly of course, in the meantime she had found herself a job, at a gyu-don restaurant nearby. asami was completely in her own thoughts, basking in the emptiness of the elevator before she meets her roommate.

once she had stepped out of the elevator and onto the eighth floor, she searched for the number '801'. as soon as she found it, she grinned and opened the door. asami was greeted by the tall high rise windows, the open area in the living room, and to her right was her new kitchen. everything in the apartment screamed rich, but luckily for her, the rent wasn't as bad as she thought it would be. rounding to around, ¥98,000! although it would be cut down to ¥45,000 since she would be sharing the apartment with a roommates (to whom she hoped that he/she would be a good roommate). she knew ¥45,000 wasn't cheap to most, but she had grew up privileged enough to have that much in her account multiplied by three. asami had moved her things in the night before with osamu and keiji, and essentially just stayed the night with two so she could actually get accustomed to the apartment today. alongside with her tote bag, she had brought along groceries so she could cook for herself and possibly her new roommate. although it was only seven in the morning, the sun was already shining into the high-rise apartment.

the dark haired girl put her bag onto the island seats, as she unpacked the groceries into the fridge underneath the glass microwave. at first she thought it was ordinary drawers, but to her surprise it wasn't! she hummed a soft tune, as she continued to unpack. she had neatly stashed the fruits and vegetables into containers she had brought with her beforehand. her eggs were in a container specifically meant for eggs, while her dairy and juices rested at the back of the fridge. all of her meat, was underneath the veggies and fruits in another drawer of the fridge. as soon as asami was done with organizing the kitchen, she grabbed her bag and made her to way her new room.

since she had already moved in her things into her room, and decorated apart of the living room with a table and a chair, alongside with a tv and a couch, she decided it would be best if she just relaxed for a bit. after all it was just the morning. asami grabbed her phone out and started texting keiji.

fujihiro hummed in pleasure, as she got up from her desk and changed into some decent clothes. a pair of black mom-jeans, a white shirt, and a baby blue cardigan on top. she'll make the food after her lecture, for now she logged onto her laptop and started her asynchronous assignments.

𝚜𝚊𝚔𝚞𝚜𝚊 𝚔𝚒𝚢𝚘𝚘𝚖𝚒! 𝟾/𝟷𝟺/𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟺 — 𝟷:𝟺𝟻 𝚙𝚖

sakusa dried off his wet hair with a towel, his eyes scanning the court as the rest of the players started to leave. after an exhausting morning/noon practice, it was finally over. although sakusa was apart of the top 3 aces in japan, being scouted by such a big team was incredible to him. his expectations for the practice, definitely was wrong, it was a lot harder. but that's what you get for being on the national volleyball team right? sakusa had no complaints, he was paid well, enjoyed what he did, and often won his matches. his teammates abilities didn't surprise him either, after all he's watched all the games, played through them, and trained with them. sakusa pulled his mask up, as he threw his bag over his shoulder and took out his car keys. the moment he got into his porsche carrera gt, he immediately sanitized his hands, the alcohol smell filling the car. he mapped his new abode, and was on his way

within 15 minutes of driving he had arrived at his new apartment, unbeknownst to him someone he had liked for a while was in the same apartment as he was. as sakusa made his way up to his new apartment, he opened the door to be surprised with asami fujihiro, a face he hadn't seen since he graduated from highschool. although they didn't go to the same school, asami had always harboured hatred for sakusa, while on the other hand, sakusa admired her beauty. some would call sakusa as arrogant, full of himself, and a lot more rude words which were incorrect ( sometimes ), he never knew what made asami hate him so much. the dark curly haired male stared into asami's greyish eyes, her face morphed from happiness into disgust in a single second.

"sakusa? what the hell are you doing here?" the long haired girl asked as she wiped her wet hands onto a towel, as she cleaned up her and the boys' dishes from the counter.

"i could say the same about you, but from the looks of it, you're my new roommate." sakusa said, as he stepped into the apartment, closing the door behind him, while osamu and keiji had an extremely amused faces, as they watched everything unfold.

"no fucking way," asami mumbled as she stared at sakusa in confusion, but while she thought about it, he had already made his way into his new room that he hadn't decorated yet.

sakusa let out a sigh as he dropped his sports bag onto the floor, and flopped onto his bed. he was extremely tired from practice, and regardless of the fact that the girl that had always hated him ever since they met was his new roommate, he still needed some sleep. so sleep he had.

osamu and keiji laughed at her frustration and confusion, fujihiro loaded the dishes into the dishwasher angrily. "new roommate? him? why!?" she groaned annoyed. "out of everybody, it just had to be sakusa?"

"sami, why exactly do you dislike sakusa so much? i mean, ever since you two met, you've always disliked him." keiji asked as he drank his ramune, while osamu scrolled through his own phone, texting his brother about the commotion.

"he's.. egotistical! he's so full of himself, it's so annoying. he ignores everybody, and acts like he's the shit!" asami complained as she looked over at the two. "obviously im gonna hate him!"

"but you never really gave him a chance. if my memory serves me correctly, he tried to be friendly with you, but you gave him the cold shoulder." osamu pointed out, as he looked at asami with amusement shining in his eyes.

"because i knew he was gonna be a dick to me, duh." asami said in her captain obvious tone, "fuck, whatever. as long as he isn't gonna be a dick or whatever i'll be fine. maybe i just won't go out of my room when he's home." she said with a sigh, sitting down beside the boys with a slouch.

"yeah.. good luck to you on that sami. i'm gonna go, 'tsumu and i have to plan a few things for the opening of onigiri miya." osamu said while patting the girl on the back.

"yeah, i'm gonna go too. ko said his practice ended, and he said he wanted to get coffee. i'll text you later." akaashi said as he stood up from his seat and grabbed his autumn coat.

"yeah, alright. see you two later! stay safe." she said as she locked the door once they both left. with a small sigh, and a look to where the door of sakusa's room was, she shook her head. she stood in the dining area baffled before she took big deep breath in, and started prepping for dinner.

well first of all:

holy shit we made it!!! can’t believe November’s over already

secondly, i want to thank everyone who has read along up to this point. this story started as a 500 word drabble, and now it’s the longest fic i’ve ever written. like, i published over 30,000 words in just over a month thanks to y’all, when i’ve previously never managed to write more than 12k of a story without losing interest. that’s wild!! not to be a sappy little bisexual about it, but your constant encouragement and enthusiasm have been unbelievably motivating, and i’ve had so much fun reading all of your comments and theories along the way, and i love you very much and your hair looks really pretty.

thirdly, this fic isn’t going anywhere! i’m just as invested as y’all at this point lol. updates will slow down a bit going forward because writing publishable content 5-7 days a week is an absurd pace that i never intended to continue beyond november, but i plan to keep writing until the story’s done. expect updates to be more like 3-4 times/week from here on out.

🌟 Sunday Sunshine! ^w^ 🌟

Hello, my little starlings and friends! Happy Sunday, I hope you've all had a good week! :3

For those of you new here, Sunday Sunshine is a series of posts I hope to post every Sunday where I talk about good things that have happened to me this week, maybe goals or plans I've got for the next week, or just goals in general- and invite my little starlings and friends to share their own sunshine, aka anything good that's happened or that they're excited for; either a big event, a yummy snack later, getting home after a busy day, seeing a pet, etc. Anything to look forward to is always nice and fun, no matter how big or small! :3

Got a bit of a long list today, here we go! :3

🌟 I got all registered for my classes this week, and had a good talk with my counselor to help me keep on track with my work!

🌟 I've also decided to try and teach myself to draw more apart from Stickerjunk, which is an art project I've been doing in my free time. It's kind of like junk journaling or scrapbooking without the pictures. I just doodle whatever I feel like, add stickers and cut-outs from magazines or boxes, like pretty LEGO flowers! :3 It's helping me a lot with learning to have fun with my art again and not be so hard on myself, because art is all about having fun! :3

🌟 I've been keeping my room clean, and my new routine has been really working out well for me! One step at a time, and even simple reminders or alarms can help me out a lot with staying organized and getting things done throughout the day.

🌟 I bought some shelves for more storage space, and they got here 2 days early!!! :0 They're a little smaller than I expected, by my mom helped me put them together, and I've ended up really liking them!! :3

🌟 I think my favorite part of this week was that it snowed over the past few days! I built a little snowman, and got to run and stomp around in the snow with my dogs, and even got some pictures of the pretty snowflakes!! :3 You can see them up close if you zoom in! :0

I really do want to get back to posting stuff like more Baby Steps, more like the "Activities for Regressors Without Caregivers" post, maybe I could make that one into a series! :0 If you have any suggestions or requests, I'd absolutely love to give it a shot! I'm really trying to work on writing more, so it'll be a win-win! :3

Like usual, I'm just tidying up and prepping for the week ahead, I've still got another week or so before I start back to school, so I'll be around if you need me or want to stop by and say hello! :3

alderns are terms i am not very familiar with, but i do often wish i (or, primarily the body, since i can do this in innerworld) could shapeshift/change form. aldercustomize being the specific term i identify with stems, in no small part, from the fact that videogames are our main collective special interest, and specifically a special interest that we experience as foundational, aka a special interest that affects the very way in which we view the world and how we interact with it (which is its own rant; if there's interest in the various types of special interests we experience, i'd be happy to elaborate!).

because of this, shapeshifting taking the form of a character creation screen just... makes sense, in a way that other shapeshifting terms don't quite make sense!! it's also akin to making a picrew, if that makes more sense :-)

like alderns, i'm not super familiar with this umbrella term, but this one is quite simple, and actually quite important to understanding a lot of other factors of my identity!! it stems primarily from my being younger in innerworld than the body is, as well as the fact that i ageslide fairly often.

this is one that i'm fairly sure i would have other labels for if i went looking specifically, but i have not yet!! thus, as it currently stands, littlebrotherchro specifically stems from the fact that i have a lot of relationships where i'm the younger brother, generally in my found family, and that's just- a role in a dynamic that i am very comfortable with, and feel is almost intrinsic to my self, in a way!!

oh boy, okay!! so, as far as i'm able to remember, i've always had some amount of gender fuckery going on, but none of the, shall we say, "mainstream" labels ever fully fit comfortably. it's been... refreshing, to be able to say that there are a lot of genders that fit, and having multiple labels feels so much better than being constrained to just one!!

the majority of my genders are related to my interests!! this is due to the fact that my interests, especially the biggest ones like an assortment of videogames, art, music, dinosaurs, and bugs, to name a few, often feel inextricable from my self, so it follows that my gender is also highly affected by them :-)

as i mentioned in the fictidomi section, pokémon is a collective foundational special interest for us. we've been playing the games since we were 9, and watching content relating to it since before that. at this point, it is, no exaggeration, impossible to separate my self from pokémon.

i interact with pokémon, be it through playing the games or hearing the osts or what have you, and i feel at home. this isn't where i'm from literally, i recognize that, but it is where i'm from on every other level. it's my biggest source of comfort and emotional regulation, and it's really important to me that people around me know this and know that... it's so insanely important for us. it's really hard to put into words, but i adore this franchise and its universe is my home.

in a vacuum, however, it's a lot harder to come up with these imaginations, especially since i have very low visual phantasia. this is why hoarding terms are so welcome to me!! it's especially welcome in the case of gender inventory, since- well, i know how the minecraft inventory works!! personally, i experience creative gender inventory specifically :-)

i'll start by explaining my autismroleic experience, since it's, rather simple: i'm an autism symptom holder!

it does, however, link into my experience with being cringeroleic: i came back from dormancy about a year ago when we were working through a lot of internalized cringe culture and such. my role back then, and still to this day, though it's less of a priority, was to embrace being cringe, and work through our feelings on it that way. a lot of interests and behaviours that have gotten us labeled as cringe have stemmed from our autism, too, which is why i say the two are interlinked.

Hey, everybody. I am going to keep this post short. (I'm coming back partway through to say that this was, evidently, a lie.)

I said something about it yesterday; I'll say something more in-depth now.

So, a couple years ago, when a round of r4cs0 troll asks reached the exmo blog-sphere of tumblr, I got frustrated and posted something fairly strongly-worded (an understatement). Over the course of the past three years, I have received asks here and on my main blog (and, I believe, my writing blog?) implicating myself over and over in whatever that guy is being accused of this time. It's one thing when it's in my inbox. I can say something dumb to it or, more often, ignore and delete it.

It's another thing when it's sent to other people, which is something I had not considered. Yesterday, someone reached out to me right before I went to ward choir with my brother (they need altos. I need a musical outlet. Don't judge me) to let me know they had received this ask concerning r4cs0 and myself; and I knew the kind of ask he was talking about, but not the content. We talked about it a bit, over the course of yesterday and tomorrow; and, in the interim, my friend Shine (hi, Shine, love you) notified me that her fiance, Serra (hi, Serra, I don't know you) had received the exact same ask on his blog. And I don't know Serra outside of Shine. I still follow her even though Shine doesn't have a Tumblr anymore, but, to my knowledge, Serra doesn't follow this blog? Unless he sneakily did that? What would be the connection there?

Of course, there probably isn't one, unless I am the connection. Speculating doesn't do much of anything. So let's bump some Paramore and work through it, shall we?

I know now, of course, that the ask says the following, where I'm concerned:

Unfortunately an exmo blogger I follow called lemuel-apologist took the bait. And I'm assuming (and really hoping) that she was just joking around to try to troll r4cs0… But she claims that r4cs0 is "right" because she allegedly did organize a "queer jump humping orgy" when she was at BYU in order to protest the "inherent ecclesiastical absolutism of colonized Mormon institutions!" I'll spare you the more gruesome details that she divulged, but I guess the "punchline" of this story was that in order to have multiple groups of people jump humping at once, they needed access to multiple beds. So they broke into a furniture store and held the orgy there, causing it to become a protest of both Mormonism and capitalism at the same time! As you can imagine, r4cs0 and his hateful followers didn't think this was a gotcha at all and instead have been spreading this story around to whip up even more bigotry. They even said they plan to send it in to Libs of Tik Tok!!

I don't blame anyone for taking that at face value. I don't. Tumblr culture is set up in a certain way, and that results in people taking callout asks at face value. I get it.

But, genuinely, I have never acted like that in my life. Like I said, I can't prove something in the negative. It's impossible to provide proof that you didn't do something of this nature, especially when the claims are so vague-- and especially when it's presented to a court of public opinion. And I know that hashing all of this out does nothing but throw words into the air, spur on more asks and encourage whoever is sending them to keep putting my name in there (because it's oh-so funny), and offer everyone else a chance to come to their own conclusions. I can't make this stop. I can't make anyone believe me. I certainly can't make everyone see this post.

To be clear, I never made a claim about r4cs0 being "right" about anything (not pertaining to sex; not in general). I have never once organized an orgy. I'm...

Okay, to be clear, asexuality doesn't preclude someone's participation in or organization of an orgy, including as an act of protest, but I patently didn't do that? I've studied sex (on a genetic level) and sexuality (both the social construction and act of it), sure. I went out of my way to study both of those topics as a part of my degree. I think human sexuality is fascinating. It's also just... not for me. Just writing about sex in a non-clinical way took me ten years to get to, almost.

And that's not something that can clear me from this, I know, but it's necessary context to why I'm so baffled by this. I sent this to my friend Cody and he was just as baffled. If you know me, you know that's not something I would ever do; and you know I didn't go to BYU; and you know I don't say thinks like "the inherent ecclesiastical absolutism of colonized Mormon institutions." Frankly, I went out of my way to lie to my mother and not apply to BYU so I could go to school in Ogden (and if you're from Utah, now you know where I got my CJ/CSI degree, lol. There's only one queer studies program here, to my knowledge). Frankly, "the inherent ecclesiastical absolutism of colonized Mormon institutions" is a bit of a nonsense clause. I don't write like that. Not in my academic work! I would never argue that a Mormon institution could be colonized (lol). For all the nuance of the past discrimination against Mormons in the United States versus the current persecution complex, that is not the way I construct my arguments. I could provide examples from my papers on queer feminism, Marxist feminism, and so on, but I don't think that would be very conducive to the discussion.

I also just... have never broken into a furniture store. I don't think I've ever been into the furniture store by my house. And, like I said, I didn't go to BYU. I only ever marched there for competitions when I was in high school. The last time I was on that campus was to go to the Bean Museum with my meemaw, and the time before that was either for an astronomy thing years ago or a marching competition (or the paleontology museum. Love that thing). I didn't go to BYU. I actively organized a Rainbow Day on my college's campus.

Like, to be clear, that's the kind of action I've always tended toward. When I didn't accidentally get dragged into protests, I like to make exhibits, run events, and do educational outreach. Our Rainbow Day was about the history of Rainbow Day itself, Utah's queer history, and America's queer history. That was what we did. That was my big protest.

Like, I could keep going. I just patently did not do this. I don't give a shit about the other guy, but I did not do this. I wouldn't do something so reckless. I don't judge if other people want to-- more power to you; someone has to do the big, flashy acts of protest-- but I... don't... operate like that.

Listen, this post got long; I got distracted by what I was writing in the other tab; and I have things I need to work on today (and I have to go put on a sweater, because my meds are making my hair stand on end and I'm SO COLD that I can't concentrate). Just... suffice it to say, that's not true. Whatever that ask says about me, it's not true. These asks go around every so often, infuriatingly, and I'm never sure what they're saying until I look up my name or his. I stopped obsessing over my name getting smeared back in 2021/2022, and it was better for me, but... you know.

Anyway, like I said yesterday: if there's something you see that you're concerned about, please let me know. Ask me. My inbox exists for a reason. I care a lot. Not about my public image (lol), but about whether or not people feel they can trust me, especially in the niche I have carved for myself. When things like this get spread around, it affects my credibility-- as an exmormon, as an ex-JW's daughter, as a CJ-hopeful, as an academic, and so on. I want people to feel safe around me, and to not feel like I'd do something that would endanger them. I wouldn't.

That's where I have to leave it for now. I'm just... really sorry about all of this. I don't know what I did wrong this time. I'm trying not to be anxious about it; and so I'm leaving it here.

EYE, I am not making too many promises, but I do have some fancy new things I'd like to implement for this blog! I know that I did an audio react earlier this year, and during a survey ya'll were receptive to having a hybrid of those mixed in with my written reacts. I will do my best to do more of those as they take a bit longer to create/edit.

I really like my fankid, Cain and I also love the requests that come in for me to write about him! I will possibly dish out more Cain content and his siblings next year, (i know ya'll dig Astra too (i hope) I will not neglect her since ya know SHE BE MY MC FOR WHB) Errrr if there's anything else I don't even know. oh, so ya'll may or may not see later in the year (we'll see how everything goes for this game and fandom) but I plan on going to a local convention (we're talkin' like late august/september so quite a while away) and cosplaying Amy~ I like his outfit alot actually and seems the best suited for the weather that's here in the south. Ruby hated Huntress’ Sprint. She hated infinity-scrollers in general because she should be studying instead of playing them. Alas, here she was.

The door slammed open. Ruby jolted, peering over the edge of her hanging bunk.

It was Weiss, her face bright red and eyes puffy. Ruby watched her shamble to the bunk below, then flop face-first onto the mattress, groaning. The team leader stayed where she was, despite the way her heart ached with sympathy— Weiss preferred distance. The amount of physical affection Ruby had gotten her used to was already a miracle. Weiss groaned.

Ruby leaned over the edge of her bed, ignoring the way it creaked. “Weiss? What happened?”

The heiress simply groaned.

“Was it Cardin?”

Surprisingly, Weiss shook her head.

“Oh. What was it, then? Did you get a surprise test or something?”

Weiss mumbled something into her mattress.

“Huh?”

Weiss patted her bed.

Ruby blinked. “What?”

Weiss aggressively patted her bed.

Tentatively, Ruby fell out of her bunk and smashed her entire idiot face directly on the floor, her features saved only by the grace of her Aura. That didn't make it painless. “Owwwwwww,” she moaned, peeling herself off the scratchy carpet. She found Weiss’ eyes staring more bemused than concerned, and tried her best disarming smile, which disarmed Weiss enough for her to flop her face back down into the mattress. “You… want me to sit with you?”

Weiss mumbled. Ruby took it as an affirmative— a denial would've been fervent and straight to her face— and crawled into the bed, sitting criss-cross beside her partner's head. Her hair was a mess.

Weiss dared to put a hand on her head, which didn't elicit any opposition. “What happened? You can tell me— n-not like you have to!” she hastily added. “Just, like, you can. If you want. I'm here to listen if you're here to speak. I'm also just… here. In case you don't want to speak. I can…” Ruby slowly moved her hand on Weiss’ head, stroking it in the same way mom used to do for her. “I can do this and be quiet. If you want. Y'know.”

Weiss’ head moved up, and Ruby immediately jerked her hand away, fearing vindication for overstepping their boundaries. A million apologies lined up behind Ruby's lips.

They all vanished when Weiss blearily grabbed her wrist and plopped her hand right back where it was, moving it back and forth demandingly. Everything in Ruby's throat died, leaving a hollow void that crept all the way to her chest. Nervous giddiness started to dance between her lungs.

“I had combat exams with Jaune today,” she groaned. “He beat me.”

Ruby rocked forwards to keep herself from recoiling back, which probably would've hurt Weiss feelings. “Oh,” was all she could manage.

The sky was green. Water was dry. Jaune Arc had beaten Weiss Schnee.

“How?” traitorously seeped past Ruby’s lips, which got a glare from Weiss. She didn't move the hand away, though, which was progress.

“Ruby, he threw me,” Weiss stated, her voice distant with horrified recollection. “He rushed me, slid over my ice— somehow— and he grabbed me around the waist and fucking threw me!” She weakly pantomimed such a toss. “I was so surprised I just… I couldn't get up in time and he got me. He got me. Me.”

Weiss sniffled, her hand dropping from Ruby’s wrist. Instinctively, the scythe-wielder’s hand moved to cup the back of her head, thumb gently rubbing her crown. “It happens to all of us,” she advised. “It's only our first year, there's plenty left to surprise us.”

“It's not supposed to happen to—” the heiress bit her lip, her shoulders hitching as she visibly held back a sob. Noticing this, Ruby let her hand drift down to Weiss’ back, where she patted between the shoulder blades. That opened the floodgates. “It doesn't happen to me-he-heeeeeee,” Weiss bawled, punching the mattress. “He— he’s just… a guy! Literal vomit-boy!” She wailed. “And I’m a scion of the Schnees! I— I got— f-fucking tackled, Ruby! There's gonna be videos everywhere!”

Ruby stared at her partner, mesmerized. She'd never seen Weiss open up like this, not to her, and she'd certainly never been allowed this close when she got so touchy. It felt a little wrong, almost, like she wasn't supposed to see this. “It… it's not okay now,” she tried to say smoothly. “But it will be. I promise.”

Weiss looked up at her, glaring wetly, snot dribbling down her nose. Her voice came out hoarse and thick. “What're you gonna do about it, huh?”

Ruby smiled at her. “We'll do more sparring, some hand-to-hand, even. I know I've been focusing on Crescent Rose too much, I need to focus on improving our skills. Together.”

Weiss grimaced.

“Next time he tries to tackle you, you're gonna be the one throwing him, okay?” Ruby moved her hand back to Weiss’ head. “I'll make sure of it, as your partner.”

“Not as our leader?” the heiress said, pouting bitterly.

Ruby schooled a serious expression over her face, her other hand moving to take Weiss’ with fervor. “No. As your partner.”

Weiss’ eyes went wide. She stared at Ruby. Ruby stared back. Through the crust of pain and tears and snot, Weiss blushed.

i hope your inspiration goes well! i haven't been great about reblogging other people's work lately, but i do actually read a lot of stuff, particularly in the gojo/yandere gojo tags.

that's my number one piece of advice btw - tag the shit out of all your stuff. tumblr tags can be forgiving or a bit stiff depending on how a person is searching for fics.

literally search for an example of the kind of fic you're writing. take a top example with a whole bunch of notes. look at the tags on it. often it'll be something like:

fandom, fandom x reader, fandom x yn, fandom x you, char, character full name, char x reader, char x you, char smut, char x reader smut

and just go. slap on all the tags. make sure you don't include anything inaccurate though! i do also know some writers, particularly yandere ones, who write fics and then tag all the applicable characters, which is a great way to show up in a log of searches.

basically the fic won't contain a character's name - if it's for a male character, the character will just be "he/him" in the story. and then in the tags (or in the body of the fic) the writer will list character who they think fits the archetype.

@yanderenightmare does these really well (they also write fics with specific characters in them), and as fate would have it, they've also given out writing on tumblr advice:

on search keywords - i've always found searching on tumblr to be spotty, so those tags are kind of my attempt to have some organization.

there are other blogs that do it (tumblr's huge, there's always someone doing something) but it's not necessarily common. #lemon as a smut tag and #answered asks and #BYHTD as filtering tags are kind of things that just came up when i was thinking "how will i find this if i want to look back on it later?".

i will also mention, i am by no means some particularly great tumblr power user or anything. i just started writing my silly little fics way back in june sjkfglhsg honestly i'm surprised by some of the attention i've been getting! i figured a lot of my stuff was kinda niche!

more advice. make a masterlist pretty early on and update it like... every few weeks or so. try to make a schedule to post and keep to it - for this blog i try to post a fic/content every wednesday, although i'm thinking about doing twice a week or an odd middle update every now and then.

do not be scared of other tumblrs. make friends. reblog their stuff! people really like it when you do that! if you see a fic you like, reblog it, and leave a comment in the tags or the reblog, even if it's just "my favorite part was X". they may never interact with you (such is the nature of online socialization), but you gotta be the change you wish to see in the world.

writer friends are a super valuable resource. they can help you come up with ideas, cheer you on, workshop stuff with you, and just generally make you feel good about writing when your juice is failing you.

i know MANY writers who go through periods of just thinking they're bad writers and all their work is bad, etc. it's a struggle and having other writers to tell you "i don't think it's bad" does a LOT.

Yes, I've played all of Rebirth and am eagerly awaiting part 3. I am a Tumblr RPer from the early 2000s, took about a 10 year hiatus, and now I'm trying to feel my way around again. RULES Please understand this is a multipurpose blog. Not just a roleplay blog. SHIPPING + NSFW and DARK CONTENT I will not ship Vincent with minors or animals. I will interact with muses who are minors, but I will NOT ship with them, smut with them, nor will I tolerate anything that promotes pedophilia.

I am open to ship with pretty much any muse, fandom, OC, etc. HOWEVER-- understand that chemistry has to be established first. I will also do toxic ships. Unless your muse is Lucrecia, please do not assume or force a ship. The one main party FF7 character I refuse to ship with is Yuffie. I don't care if she's in the DoC timeline. I just don't enjoy that pairing. I'll happily RP with Yuffie as a muse, but do not expect any romance. In my eyes and in Vincent's eyes, she's a child. That being said, I am SHIP AND SMUT TRASH.

I will multiship, and I don't mind shipping with multiples of the same character as they are all unique. However, the one character that I will exclusively single-ship with is Cloud. I have a close friend who plays Cloud and his Cloud is the only Cloud my Vincent will ship with. I apologize to anyone playing Cloud and wanting to ship with Vincent. I'm just not comfortable doing so and I'm happy with the current Cloud I have. That doesn't mean I won't roleplay with other Clouds, however. I'm more than happy to RP with other Cloud muses, so long as it's not with the intent to ship.

This blog will contain explicit NSFW content. I'm not shy with my writing. I can and will be very detailed. If this bothers you but you still want to smut, please communicate with me or have it written in your rules page. I also don't mind doing fade to black if that's your preference.

Dark themes will abound. Vincent is a very dark character with a disturbing past. Things that you can expect would be topics that include (either explicit or implicit) violence, blood, gore, death, human experimentation, genocide, rape/sexual assault, body/medical horror, suicide, emotional manipulation, trauma, torture, etc. I will do my best to add trigger tags but I am human and will sometimes forget. After awakening and discovering what had happened, he retreated to a coffin in the Shinra Mansion basement, overwhelmed with guilt over failing to protect Lucrecia and stop Hojo’s work. His body had stopped aging, and not being able to die, Vincent decided to entomb himself for the next 20+ years. When Vincent is discovered many years later by a group of people trying to save the planet, Vincent's demeanor had changed from that of a caring tender-hearted young man to one of callousness, darkness, and self-abasement. He joins the party for the sole purpose of meeting his arc nemesis, Hojo, to exact revenge. He also seeks to put an end to Sephiroth's existence who has been terrorizing the planet, feeling responsible for Sephiroth's cruelty. His ultimate goal is to find redemption for his past sins.

HOW I PORTRAY VINCENT VALENTINE I will default to Rebirth Vincent. However, I will also roleplay OG, AC, BC, and DoC's versions of Vincent upon request. I will also roleplay Turk Vincent or Chaos with Vincent personification.

I like to portray Vincent with as much canonicity as possible, this includes his personality, backstory, etc. In places where there are gaps, I will interject my own interpretations accordingly. These will be in the form of headcanons which I will provide later on. Vincent does not have any children. He is not Sephiroth's father. If you have an OC who is portrayed as Vincent's child, or you play Sephiroth, please do not assume that my Vincent will adopt or treat your muse as their offspring. The way I play Vincent is that he has never had sex with Lucrecia. I am open to playing with the idea of Vincent having kids of his own, but that must first be developed through roleplay. As for Sephiroth, again, I do not subscribe to the Vincent-dad fan-theory. However, if you play Sephiroth as a child, I'm open to the idea of Vincent adopting Sephiroth in an AU scenerio. But in no-wise will Vincent see Sephiroth as his biological son. Vincent has the Protomateria in his chest, and he is not conscious of Chaos' true power (yet). This will be my default version of Vincent, unless our RP causes him to become aware of Chaos and transforms, or if we are roleplaying in the DoC verse. Do not assume that he knows he has Chaos yet. He is aware of his three other beasts-- Galian, Hellmasker, and Death Gigas.

The only character Vincent will have an automatic romantic connection with is Lucrecia. Please do not assume he will have any romantic feelings for your muse until chemistry is created FIRST. If your muse is flirty, do not expect Vincent to flirt back. He is disconnected with his emotions. The most you'll get the first few rounds is either a cold shoulder or he'll have signs that he's shy or nervous. He's a very hard shell to crack if you want him to connect with your muse naturally and in a romantic way. It's not impossible, but expect to put in some effort. I'm more for the slow-burns, anyways. Whatever you do, please don't jump his bone and expect him to be immediately horny. I play Vincent as bisexual-demisexual. If he doesn't trust your muse, he will not have any desire to pursue your muse emotionally. I may like our muses together and want them to ship, but the chemistry must first develop. Vincent is a switch/seke. Depending on your muse and Vincent's level of sexual attraction towards your muse, he will either become more dominant or more submissive. Underneath all his garb, Vincent has a monster arm under his gauntlet, a very faint scar under his Chaos-eye, and an equally faint scar on his sternum. He may have the face and body of a handsome young man, but Vincent has a warped image of himself and therefore will be dismissive if someone says he's attractive. He has a number tattooed on his forehead, given by Hojo, which he has attempted to burn and tear off with no success. Thus he keeps his headband on as much as possible. Vincent is capable of warping into his cloak in order to escape an attack, but can only do so in short distances and in short spurts.

During certain fights and situations, Vincent may use a scythe.

Vincent is naturally good with children and enjoys both cats and dogs. Cats and children in particular are naturally drawn to him. His only fear is harming the ones he cares about. By way of connection, he is therefore also afraid of losing control over his demons. If Vincent loses his Protomateria, he will have little to no control over his demons (Chaos in particular). If Chaos takes control over him, Vincent will likely have no recollection of what happened. Since Vincent is immortal, Vincent does not have a need for sustenance. His body is constantly regenerating itself, and therefore cannot get sick, degrade, hunger, thirst, etc. He can fatigue, and will experience extreme exhaustion whenever he uses Chaos, often leading him to faint or become debilitatingly weak.

Vincent has a high tolerance for chemicals, pain, drugs, alcohol, etc. However, they can all still affect him. The only thing he is immune to is anything created by tainted Lifestream aka Nero's abyss, and he is also immune to Geostigma. (More to come later)

'90s reddie headcanons are my weakness so here are some little ones:

- richie loves exotic fish and owns a whole load in his beverly hills house,, he loves talking about them to eddie, and eddie loves listening how passionate he is

- eddie may tell richie to stop calling him 'spaghetti man' and 'eddie spaghetti' but when he's drunk, he definitely tells richie he loves it without realising

- eddie helps richie a lot with his comedy material but eddie's material gets richie higher ratings, meaning eddie never lets richie live down the fact he's funnier than him

-richie writes jokes inspired by eddie, but they’re always sweet and playful. when eddie hears them during one of richie’s shows, he tries (and fails) to hide how flustered he is

- eddie helps richie calm his stage fright when he's doing stand-up,, richie pretends he’s fine, but eddie always sits in the front row just in case

- eddie makes richie help him organize things. richie’s filing cabinet? chaos. eddie’s solution? a full day of decluttering, complete with color-coded labels. richie gets bored halfway through and starts labeling things with joke names, but eddie secretly keeps a few because they’re endearing

- richie turns every date into an adventure,, even if they’re just going to dinner, richie will find some quirky hole-in-the-wall place or a comedy open mic nearby to surprise eddie,, eddie complains but secretly loves how unpredictable richie is
