Introduction :
Maintaining a radiant and healthy appearance doesn't require a complex regimen. With a few essential beautytip, you can enhance your natural beauty and boost your confidence. These practices focus on skincare, makeup, and overall well-being, helping you achieve a beautiful glow that shines from within.
Tumblr media
1.Prioritize Skincare :
The foundation of any beauty routine is proper skincare. Cleansing your face twice daily removes dirt and impurities, preventing breakouts and promoting a clear complexion. Regular exfoliation eliminates dead skin cells, revealing fresh skin underneath. Moisturizing is key to keeping your skin hydrated and supple. Don't forget sunscreen, even on cloudy days, to shield your skin from harmful UV rays. Investing in quality skincare products tailored to your skin type will lay the groundwork for a beautiful canvas.
2.Stay Hydrated :
Hydration is vital for healthy-looking skin. Drinking an adequate amount of water daily keeps your skin moisturized and helps flush out toxins. Hydrated skin appears plumper and more youthful. Consider incorporating hydrating foods like watermelon, cucumber, and oranges into your diet for an extra boost of hydration.
3.Healthy Lifestyle Choices :
Beauty radiates from the inside out. Adopting a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats provides essential nutrients that support skin health. Regular exercise improves blood circulation, giving your skin a natural flush. Prioritizing sleep allows your body to repair and regenerate, leading to a refreshed appearance.

Accentuate your features with neutral tones for eyeshadows and a touch of mascara. Don't forget to define your eyebrows, as they frame your face. A subtle lip color completes the look without overpowering your natural beauty.
5.Confidence Is Key :
Confidence is the ultimate beauty enhancer. Embrace your uniqueness and don't compare yourself to unrealistic standards. When you radiate confidence, you automatically appear more attractive. Practice positive self-talk, focus on your strengths, and engage in activities that bring you joy. gelatin gummies for glowy skin
Tumblr media Tumblr media
not only fun to make but also incredibly efficient, packed with collagen, antioxidants, and skin-nourishing ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 2 cups liquid: you can use fresh orange juice, pomegranate juice, or green tea (rich in antioxidants and vitamin C).
• 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin: this provides the collagen for skin elasticity and hydration.
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup: a natural sweetener for taste (optional).
• 1 tsp lemon juice: adds extra vitamin C for skin brightness.
Instructions:
prepare the liquid. heat your juice or tea in a small saucepan over medium heat. don’t let it boil; you just want it warm (around 120°F/50°C) to preserve nutrients.
Dissolve the gelatin. slowly sprinkle the gelatin over the warm liquid while whisking continuously. this ensures it dissolves completely without clumping.
sweeten and enhance. stir in honey, lemon juice, and any optional add-ins (like collagen peptides) until fully dissolved.
pour and set. pour the mixture into cute silicone molds or a shallow glass dish. let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until set.
cut or unmold. if you used a dish, slice the gummies bite-sized squares. if you used molds, simply pop the gummies out.
enjoy. store the gummies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
why it works for glowing skin:
• Gelatin (collagen) improves skin elasticity and hydration
• Vitamin C (from orange/lemon juice) helps boost natural collagen production
• Green tea/matcha reduces inflammation and provides antioxidants
ive been loving making these, and I feel like it has improved my skin by a lot (especially my dark circles????), so I felt like sharing this fun little recipe with you guys. <3

How I grew my hair to hip length
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think I'm at a point in my hair journey where I'm pretty close to archiving "perfect hair", so if you're looking for some tips, you've come to the right person. <3
My Routine:
I wash my hair every two days. I have straight brunette hair, so it's pretty obvious when it starts to get oily, but I've learned that training your scalp is BS, so just wash it when you feel like it's necessary!!
Hair oiling. I use Amla Oil once a week; I apply it to my scalp and massage it throughout my hair. I only oil once a week because I have to double cleanse my hair after each time, and it's annoying lol
Olaplex. Olaplex was a game-changer for me; I listed my products down below!! Only use Olaplaex when your hair feels dry or damaged tho!!
Protective hairstyles for the night. I ALWAYS sleep with two Dutch braids, I've tried my hairstyles, and this one has been my favourite!!
I don't use heat. The only thing I do is blow-dry my hair when it's already like 80% dry!! Letting your hair air dry completely can make it oily. :)
Trimming your ends. I Trim my hair every 3 months by myself. Invest in a good pair of haircutting scissors; it's so worth it!!
Products I use:
Lush. I've tried many things, but the 'Fairly traded honey' shampoo and the 'American Cream' conditioner are my all-time favourites!!
Olaplex. Nº.6 Bond Smoother 1x every week, Nº.7 Bonding Oil 1x every two weeks, Nº.4C Bond Maintenance Clarifying Shampoo 1x every 4-6 weeks.
Moroccan oil. Moroccanoil Treatment Light like 1-2x a week.
Other stuff I use: tangle teezer wet detangler, silk scrunchies, Dyson Blowdryer, silk pillowcase.
Simple Do's and Don'ts:
Eat more protein
Take collagen subelements
Try overnight hairstyles like 'overnight curls' to avoid using heat
Don't dye or bleach your hair
Don't use heat or styling tools
Never sleep with wet or damp hair
Some more secrets and weird stuff:
When I'm bored I trim my split ends one by one lol don't ask
I would rather eat rat poison than use a curling iron or cheap shampoo
If I have to sleep without my silk pillowcase I will definitely cry
I'm terrified of regular hair ties
braid your hair when it's windy and you have to leave the house!!
Brush and braid your hair with good intentions… again… DON'T ASK!! >:(
As always, please feel free to share your own suggestions, glow-up tips and further questions in the comments! <3

۶ৎ Haircare priority No. 1: preventing damage
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Preventing damage to your scalp and hair follicles is unarguably the most essential part of haircare, and is often overlooked by the very same people that use endless expensive treatments. It does not matter how good your genes are, or how many products you use: if you damage your hair, it will look dull, straw-like, frizzy and discoloured. Note: unfortunately, some of us have bad hair genes, and it can predispose you to dryness, split-ends or oiliness that affects the look NO MATTER how good you take care of it. But, taking measures to protect your hair will almost always make it look much better in the long run, if not perfect. Note No. 2: I am as white as white gets. Wasabi is too spicy for me. My experienced is based on blonde 1b hair, and although these tips are backed by science, some might vary in applicability.
────୨ৎ────
What not to do
Heat-styling: lovies, if you heat-style your hair, PLEASE try out heatless curls (If you're curling) or AT LEAST use a high-quality heat protectant spray. Heat damage breaks down proteins in the cortex of your hair, which leads to easy breaking, splitting and stiffness. It can also separate the outer cuticle from your hair strand, and that's what makes heat-damaged hair so dry and dull.
Using the hot air to blow-dry: Same principle. Additionally, if you blow-dry until your hair is 100% dry, that means you are actually sucking the moisture out of it.
Air-drying: your hair can absorb up to 30% of it's weight in water, and the longer it has to hold in that water, the more damage there is to the cortex.
Excessive sun exposure: you can get a sunburn on your scalp, actually. Plus, the heat thing comes up again.
Sulphate shampoos: here's the deal. MOST people are OK with sulphate shampoos, and the supposed damage is widely exaggerated, IF you wash your hair as often as you should. If you have to wash every day (For whatever reason), opt for sulphate-free, and use a clarifying shampoo weekly. It is incredibly difficult to find a sulphate-free shampoo that actually works on oily hair, so if your regular one works, stick with it.
Washing too frequently: everyone's hair is different, but every one or two days is excessive. I have the oiliest hair on Earth, but I wash once or twice a week, and I'm fine because my scalp got used to not having to overcompensate for loss of normal sebum.
Scalp-picking: I am guilty as charged. I don't think I even need to explain why this is bad.
Sleeping with wet hair: put your food down, lovies, because your scalp can actually grow mould in those warm, wet conditions. On top of that, you're adding friction to the already sensitive hair strands that are drenched with water.
Friction: last one, I promise. Rubbing your hair harshly with your towel is about the worst thing you can do, and that hair turban thing they do at spas has to come second.
────୨ৎ──── What you should do
Blow-dry your hair with cool air: most hairdryers have this setting. The cooler, the better (Even though it takes longer).
Styling with heatless curls
Squeezing and patting your hair dry gently with a cotton towel (Or old shirt, works just as well)
Wearing a high-duty hair sunscreen or a hat when outside for long periods of time: better yet, choose a hat with a silk lining to minimise friction.
Non-sulphate, fragrance-free shampoos: hard to come by, but real gold for your hair.
Washing only a handful of times a week
Getting a fidget toy to keep your hands busy and away from your scalp: I recommend infinity cubes or stress balls.
Using a silk scarf under your religious hair covering, if you wear one
────୨ৎ────
If you take any of these tips to heart, please let me know by interacting with this post so I can make more haircare-related content. Between high-school and chronic illness, I don't have an overload of free time, but I always make it work!

Love ur content! Do you have any tips on how to style larger noses? i'm a white girl with a long nose and a bulbous tip. thank u <3
✧˖° how to style a "bigger" nose (and actually love it)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
hi angel 🕊️
first of all, thank you for being so kind, and thank you for trusting me with this question. this message made me pause, because i know how deeply personal this topic is. i want to say this very softly, but very clearly: your nose isn’t a flaw. it’s not something that needs to be “fixed” or hidden or worked around.
a long nose, a bulbous tip, a sharper bridge. those aren’t imperfections. they are features, and features deserve styling, not shaming. ✧ wider noser and bulbous noses are also ethnic features as well in other ethnicities, it shows our unique beautiful facial features that characterize our ethnicities. all facial features are beautiful, you don't need to look like madison beer or have cindy kimberly's nose to be beautiful and be more than enough for the beauty standards. let’s talk about how to enhance and soften and style your features in a way that makes you feel gorgeous. not to hide, but to frame.
🧸 first: let’s talk about beauty standards (and why we’re breaking up with them)
a lot of the insecurity around bigger noses isn’t even yours, it’s cultural noise. it’s eurocentric beauty standards. it’s “small nose” filters on tiktok. it’s actresses and influencers who all look the same from the front, but not always in real life.
truth is, some of the most striking, unforgettable faces in history have had prominent noses. and tiny noses? they’re not automatically better, they can actually throw off a face’s proportions if it doesn’t match the cheekbones, the forehead, the lip structure. everything’s meant to go together! your nose is part of that design.
so no, we’re not hiding it. we’re working with it. styling it. softening it when we want. highlighting it when we feel bold. and most of all. we’re honoring it, because it belongs to you.
🎀 styling tips for big, beautiful noses
these tips are for softening, balancing, or enhancing a larger or more prominent nose. not because it needs fixing, but because you deserve to feel gorgeous from every angle.
➼ lift with blush, not contour. instead of contouring your nose into a shape that isn’t yours, try shifting the attention upward with strategic blush. apply blush a little higher on your cheeks and across the bridge of your nose. this brings attention to the center of your face without trying to erase its structure. it’s giving sun-kissed, coquette, beauty.
➼ line your lips wider than your nose. a great trick for balancing a prominent nose is to draw your lip line slightly past your natural lip line, especially on the top outer corners. fuller lips pull the visual balance lower, so your nose doesn’t dominate the center of your face. this works especially well with gloss or a diffused lip combo.
➼ tightline and lift the eyes. a larger nose can bring a lot of attention to the middle of the face, so balance that by framing your eyes. tightlining (lining the top waterline) and softly lifting the outer corner of your eyes with a mini wing or smoky eyeshadow brings the focus outward. avoid heavy lashes or liner only on the bottom, it pulls the face downward.
➼ hairstyle matters more than you think. middle parts, slicked back buns, or super sharp styles can sometimes overemphasize angular features. if you want to soften the face, try face-framing pieces, curtain bangs, or soft layers. these styles add dimension and balance without covering your features.
➼ highlight strategically. you don’t need to highlight the tip of your nose if it’s already round or bulbous. instead, try a soft line down the bridge only, and skip the tip. this makes your nose look elegant and elongated without calling too much attention to the roundness.
➼ glasses are your secret weapon. a pair of frames can completely transform how your nose sits on your face visually. go for cat-eye, oval, or soft geometric shapes that work with your features. glasses create structure and shape around the nose. basically natural face contour.
➼ play with earrings + jewelry to bring balance. statement earrings or longer, dangly styles bring balance to the face and draw the eye down, especially if you want to shift focus. avoid overly small studs if your features are more prominent. they can make everything else feel exaggerated.
✧ style from within too
this might sound cliché, but hear me out... styling isn’t just about how your face looks, it’s about how you feel. when you feel beautiful, you look beautiful. and that’s not just energy, it’s literal posture, eye contact, expression.
➼ take more selfies. seriously. not filtered ones. just natural lighting, soft angles, candid ones. get to know your face. play with expressions. learn what angles you love. the more you see yourself, the less shocked you’ll feel when someone else does.
➼ follow girls with noses like yours. your feed shapes your brain. curate it. follow girls with strong noses, soft noses, curved ones, long ones. admire their beauty, not in a “they can pull it off but i can’t” way, but in a i can see myself in her way.
➼ stop comparing your side profile to someone else’s front-facing filter. side profiles aren’t “flaws.” they’re depth. you are not a flat screen, you’re a 3d angel with a face that moves, turns, smiles. your profile tells a story.
💌 from me to you:
i know this is more than styling, it’s about how you feel. and i want you to know that glowettee (me, mindy) isn’t about erasing features to fit in. it’s about honoring what’s already there.
your nose isn’t too much. your face isn’t something to hide. tiny noses are not the default, and they’re not automatically better. your features are meant to belong to your face, and the more you lean into that, the more confident you’ll feel.
so style your nose like it’s the main character, because honestly? it kind of is.
love, always — mindy ♡
