Please donā€™t be rude about somebodyā€™s dietary restrictions.
Sometimes people donā€™t even notice it in the little comments about how gross vegan food is, how bad for you dairy-free milks are, how everything gluten-free tastes like cardboardā€¦people donā€™t choose their food intolerances!!!!
I have to use a lot of substitutes for MEDICAL REASONS, and Iā€™ve had people tell me to my face how gross that is. Vegan cheese tastes like glue. Oh, you have to try a gluten free diet? Thatā€™s so trendy now, but really you donā€™t have to. The food is so bland.
I do have to, actually. Itā€™s discouraging to hear how inferior your food is when thereā€™s no other option!!!!! Please try to be considerate of peopleā€™s non-negotiable needs.
Also donā€™t be mean to people who do choose their own dietary specifications, that should go without saying. Be considerate and respectful of what people have to eat!!!

So, I've switched to this thing called the anti-inflammatory diet or the mediterranean diet. The hope is that I'll be less nausea with it and maybe get some other good effects cause it's called anti-inflammatory for a reason. But does anyone have any good recipes for it?
Specifically bready things and sweet things. I usually have a lot of those two, but it's not really recommended so alternative or approved versions would be appreciated!

Dental/gum care routine (update)
Brush with Sonicare toothbrush 2x a day
Use a toothpaste with fluoride and xylitol (Hello toothpaste is my favorite, I've been using it for months and barely have any tartar buildup, my teeth are white and gums are pink).
Use woven floss 2x a day (Boka is my favorite, I also like Risewell and Cocofloss).
Tongue scrape at night (1x a day is fine because overdoing it can reduce the number of NO-producing bacteria).
Take an oral probiotic at night (they help increase the microbiome diversity though they can be expensive and not a replacement for brushing and flossing and diet, but they're a great alternative to mouthwash).
Supplement with D3/K2 and magnesium. Vitamin C, CoQ10 and omega-3 are great for gums.
Drink a lot of water daily (2-3 L).
Nasal breathe
Drink matcha instead of coffee/acidic and dehydrating drinks. Coffee won't do much harm besides staining and I usually just drink 1 cup, but I prefer a matcha latte because it is refreshing, hydrating, creamy and soothing).
Limit sugar and follow an anti-inflammatory low glycemic diet. Sweet foods like low glycemic fruit and dark chocolate are fine and have health benefits (low in sugar, high in vitamin C and magnesium). Treats here and there are fine, no more than 3x a week.
Eat foods that support oral health - veggies, cheese, chicken, fish, eggs, avocados, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. There are dentists out there who complain about phytic acid, but a lot of foods that contain it are very nutrient-dense.
Do an oral microbiome test (I do these out of curiosity for fun). This is one reason why I avoid mouthwash. Even if I don't regularly test, proper hygiene and diet, xylitol, avoiding mouthwash and tongue scraping 1x a day, and an oral probiotic here and there can help a lot.

mother is still trying to get me into 'anti-inflammatory foods' and telling me to cut all sugar from my life and tbh ? id rather just die. like ill eat the healthy foods that taste good and ill eat the unhealthy foods that taste good. life is already miserable and im already fucked up over food im not gonna make it harder for myself for the possibility of maybe getting a few more years and a little less pain down the line
