Flint and Billy’s dynamic is really so much because you get the impression that Flint thinks about Billy 0.05% of the time at most, whereas Billy thinks about Flint 80% of the time at least.

And Billy also KNOWS that Flint doesn’t think about him and that’s what at least 20% of his thoughts about Flint are about.

I love how Superbat is one of the older, slightly obscure ships of a superhero franchise that's considered to be the less liked alternative of Marvel. The ship isn't really popular with younger fans and is basically old man yaoi. And still, somehow the fandom refuses to die and sometimes we get new content and the fandom randomly rises again like right now. For some reason the fandom also manages to rope in a lot of people who have never interacted with the canon content but still get into Superbat easily by simply looking at art or memes. There is just an universal "world's finest" dynamic that everyone can agree on without actually having to read or watch anything.

People who say Marius haters are just biased/haven’t read the books/simply don’t “get” his relationship w Armand are always a head scratcher bc then you read the books and you’re like well christ this is actually worse than I was expecting. Going into TVA like here I am ready to absorb the nuances of this dynamic. And then literally every consecutive moment is making it clear how badly Marius sucks
