I’ve talked before about my ideas on where a new film run following G: Minus One could go, but I’ll expand a little on it.

So, the first film is done, Godzilla’s in pieces at the bottom of the ocean, and Noriko got hit with some of that goji-goop. My idea is that, over time, all of those chunks of the original Godzilla will regrow into some new abominations; some with horns and broad wings, some with crowns and thick, armoured hides, and all with vague memories of pain and destruction that somehow feel like they are and aren’t theirs, driving them into conflict with humanity. One chunk, of course, becomes Godzilla’s second raid, the memories much more vivid in his head but still, an individual seperate from the original.

Now, while it’d be cool for Mothra to also be one of those regrown chunks, only with a lot more purity and nobility and whatnot, she could potentially tie in well with the whole “goji-goop” thing going on. For instance, if Noriko unfortunately passes and is left a rose where her body lies in the soil, that could lead into Biollante, a late human spirit, a maternal human spirit, reanimated and twisted by the Godzilla‘s mutation and his lingering obsession. Now, once Biollante meets her demise and Noriko gets her final “goodbye”, what springs from this spiritual purification is an egg, and from that egg sprouts the eternal, maternal, noble and pure Mothra.

From here, Mothra can be undyingly defensive of humanity and would fight anyone for their sake, but maybe, can also be fascinated by Goji to the point of following him around and observing him up close, much to his dismay and for no other reason other than I’m a hopeless mothzilla shipper.

Otherwise, I’ll leave it for anyone else to make something of my thoughts.

Tommy gets an email from Alicia letting him know that she's thinking she might actually come out to a few of her friends, and not even thinking about it says something offhand to Buck about his wife finally coming out of the closet. "Apparently it's a good year for that."

Buck reacts to this news super extra normal-like, as we would expect.

(He spirals for days and ducks Tommy's calls and begs for advice and finally it comes to a head when he blurts out something to the effect of "Well you can't marry me if you're ALREADY MARRIED TOMMY.")

Tommy, licking powdered sugar off his thumb: Evan, you haven't even told me you love me.

Buck, flailing, halfway through his tirade, pauses and blinks: You should get a divorce.

Tommy, who has already contacted a lawyer: Do you consider it less like cheating if the words don't cross your lips?

if anyone in this fandom has more experience as a screenwriter pls weigh in because i haven't needed to care about it in about a decade BUT i remember when i took a spec writing class [scripts you write to basically audition to be on a writing staff] i remember being told to watch episodes of said show that you think "set the mood, tone, and depth of the show" like literally my teacher told me that.

idk why he's so adamant on only SIX and ideally, any spec writer should watch as many as they can so idk if he's really asking "for a friend" or if he's asking for a studio exec or if he's asking for writers he's interested in to watch these episodes and then write a spec script but --

i don't think this is just... "oh my friend wants to watch SPN" because why is the number so specific and usually you just show your friend the series from the beginning, not jump around, you know?

I have been reading this fanfiction called Skin and Soul Deep by Luvo on Ao3 (highly recommend they do a fantastic job and it's very wholesome and wonderful) and I got zapped by the creation gods and spent over two weeks of my real life making this:

So because I spent all this time I am going to talk about what everything is.

SO. there's a lot going on here. I'm going to do an organized list of colours, and then soulmarks from other people that are not the bad kids on each other.

-Bill Seacastor has left a shining prick of gold in Fabian's eye (I know it said his faded but Riz got his Pok one so yunno I do what I want)

-Poks mark on his forehead, right at his hairline. Debated having it go into his hair and decided I liked that it could be hidden if Riz needed. Felt very him

- Sklonda's hands on his arms

- Penny's bubblegum pink on his hand! Very cute, very friendly

- you can't see it because his mouth isn't open but his tongue is bone white. Because Baron. I debated it having stained his lips but decided just the tongue would be cooler

- very very subtle but Aelwyn's mark is right on the edge of her ear

Newsies AU where the Newsies go to the same 1990s High School

Look who are all in the same class:

Hull High is a 1990s musical comedy in which Kenny Ortega directed some episodes and did the choreography for (with his Newsies collaborator, Peggy Holmes). There are 9 episodes in total but only 6 of them aired.

It also stars Trey Parker and Marty Belafsky in bigger roles. Trey mostly sings his parts, while Marty is a major character. The other 4 actors are (appropriately) background characters/ dancers. I haven't seen the rest of the episodes so I don't know if more Newsies show up!

Trey gets to show off his dancing and singing skills in the show.

And Marty gets to show more of his comedic side.

Hey, what do you think about Quirked Animals? Do you think they are a naturally occuring thing in the world of Boku no Hero or were they artificialy made?

Can All For One steal and give quirks to and from animals? What would happen if he took Nezu's quirk?

So with animals getting Quirks, I've always assumed that those are natural occurrences. While there is a statement Nezu was experimented on, I doubt this is what granted him the Quirk. I believe that he had a Quirk and was experimented on because of it. Plus that doesn't account for the other two examples we have of animal with Quirks, such as Kuin and Monster Cat, which just seem to exist without any human intervention. That and the only person smart enough that could pull this off would be Garaki. And I don't see any evidence or reasoning to assume that he'd have anything to do with this. And would you'd need to assume that All For One could facilate something like that with his powers. Which I think he needs something capable of housing a Quirk in the first place, which most animals are clearly not capable of doing. It's not like humans, where each and every person is theoretically capable of holding a Quirk. Though maybe he could do it with an animal that already has a Quirk.

As for how it happens, it's basically whatever caused Quirks in the first place now popping up in animals. The how and why is not clear. However, it's obviously a lot rarer in comparison. Why it's these animals in particular may come down to the kinds of animals they are and genetic luck. Given how Quirks seem heavily tied to the function of the brain, it could be that these animals are more likely to mutate and develop a Quirk like humans did. Cats, mice, and vespids are all extremely intelligent animals in there own ways. Maybe their brains are developed enough they can manifest a Quirk, though not evolved enough to do it with any kind of regularity, making them rarities. Although, this could be a prelude to more animals getting Quirks. Just like with humans, it started out with a couple of rare cases before ballooning out into a massive incident of people gaining Quirks. Perhaps that same will eventually happen with animals with greater frequencies. I doubt that is the case, but it is fun to think about.

I have autism and I'm touch repulsed.

My sense of touch is super sensitive. (Even though I have a pretty high pain tolerance, idk.) I base all my clothing choices first and foremost on how it feels against my skin.

Human touch is... awful. Skin to skin is even worse. If it's one of "my people," I can tolerate it. They now know that I prefer not to hug, and they wait for me to offer, or in rare cases, ask for one.

Crowds? I take anxiety meds and actively dissociate. Handshakes? Dissociate. People touch me without permission? Try not to punch them.

My family was fairly tactile growing up. They loved tickling. I would literally collapse on the floor crying. It was too much; it didn't feel like fun or whatever it is that people like about tickling. It felt more like pain.

I've tried explaining what it's like to people who are not touch repulsed. People on here will probably get it better.

Let's see... touching people makes me want to claw my skin off (it's somehow even worse if there's skin contact). Even when it feels less extreme, my skin is still crawling. I am constantly aware of every part of me that is touching someone else. It's too much, and then I get agitated on top of it.

Being touch repulsed with autism probably has a lot to do with me being asexual. I'm fine reading about sex (sometimes I even enjoy smut), I'm pretty uncomfortable watching sex in media, but the idea of ME touching another person, let alone naked... gross. Just gross.
