The Power of Aligning Your Heart and Mouth with God's Will
Have you ever said something you immediately regretted? Or did you find your mind wandering to places you'd instead it didn't go to? We've all been there. That's why Psalm 19:14 from the New King James Version (NKJV) of the Bible is so relevant to our daily lives. It says, "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer."
This verse is like a spiritual checkup for our words and thoughts. It reminds us that what we say aloud and silently think matters to God. But why does God care about these things? And how can we live out this verse in our everyday lives?
Let's start with our words. The things we say can significantly impact the people around us. A kind word can brighten someone's day, while a harsh one can hurt deeply. The Bible often talks about the power of our speech. Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue." That's pretty serious! It shows us how important it is to use our words wisely.
But this verse doesn't stop at our words. It also mentions "the meditation of my heart." This is talking about our thoughts and what we focus on. Our thoughts are important because they shape who we are. They influence our attitudes, our actions, and even our words. That's why paying attention to what we're thinking about is crucial.
So, how can we make our words and thoughts "acceptable" to God? Here are some practical steps:
Start your day with prayer. Ask God to guide your words and thoughts throughout the day.
Practice the pause. Before speaking, especially when you're upset, take a moment to think about your words.
Fill your mind with good things. Read the Bible, listen to uplifting podcasts, or spend time in nature appreciating God's creation.
Choose gratitude. When you complain, try to find something to be thankful for instead.
Seek accountability. Share your goal with a friend and ask them to encourage you and gently point out areas for improvement.
Remember, this is a process. We won't get it perfect every time, and that's okay. The important thing is that we're trying and improving. God knows we're not perfect, so the verse ends by calling Him "my strength and my Redeemer." We can rely on His strength when we're struggling and His forgiveness when we mess up.
Try to be more aware of your words and thoughts as you go through your day. Don't beat yourself up when you catch yourself thinking or saying something that might not be pleasing to God. Instead, use it as an opportunity to pray and refocus.
Here's a challenge for you: For the next week, start each day by praying Psalm 19:14. Ask God to help you align your words and thoughts with His will. At the end of each day, take a few minutes to reflect. How did it go? Where did you see improvement? Where do you still need help?
Remember, this isn't about being perfect. It's about growing closer to God and becoming more like Him. As you focus on pleasing God with your words and thoughts, you might be surprised at how it changes your relationships, outlook on life, and faith.
So, are you ready to take on this challenge? With God's help, you can transform your words and thoughts to align with His will. This change can truly impact every area of your life.

hey babes!! okay, i know i said i was going on break but i got this sudden inspiration and yk i had to make a post!! so this challenge is called the inner man challenge, because it's all about fulfilling your inner man and staying in the wish fulfilled!!
WHAT IS THE GOAL FOR THIS CHALLENGE? ★
making the state of the wish fulfilled your dwelling state
fulfilling your inner man
falling in love with imagination
not caring about the 3d
FIRST STEP! ★
this is crucial! remove the intention of manifesting to be for getting in the 3d!!! "but girl.. the whole point of manifesting is to get it in the 3d" okay yes, if u want to believe that i can't change your mind. but to get it in the 3d we need to be fulfilled, and you can't be in the SOWF if you are still trying to get it! read this if ur still confused <3
me personally i feel like the reason why some people don't get results from methods, challenges etc is because they are doing the method to get it in the 3d, not to feel fulfilled. but thats just me 🤷🏾‍♀️
SECOND STEP! ★
now for the fun part, decide what you want!! df, db, sp, a billion bucks in ur account, being the smartest of ur class, moving out of your paren'ts home, getting into your dream college, literally go wild!!
THIRD STEP! ★
fulfill your inner man when your inner man needs fulfilling! if something bad arises in the 3d that shakes ur confidence, fulfill!
having the urge to look in ur bank account to see if you have a billion bucks? close your eyes, imagine your inner man looking at her bank account and seeing the numbers go up by the second!
one of your family members makes a comment about how ugly you are?? would your inner man care?? NO! bc she's fine asf!
if anything 'bad' happens in the 3d, imagine your inner man saying "uh.. thats cute but i'm living my dream life rn sooo.."
WAIT, IS THERE A SCHEDULE? ★
there's no schedule to this challenge!! no "in the morning say 1409834 affirmations, in the afternoon vaunt for 3 hours, in the night do starfish position and affirm for the void" NO!! literally just fulfill your inner man when ur inner man needs fulfilling!!
"don't force yourself to do a method you don't want to do! don't force yourself to visualize the same scene someone else even though it doesn't create any feeling of knowing inside of you and feels like a chore to you. don't repeat affirmations if you don't want to and don't repeat an aff you don't resonate with. do what you think is fun! and do what feels natural to you! by taking the pressure of being perfect off yourself, it's easier to imagine in order to experience, rather than to get it in your 3d." - @remcycl333
HOW DO I STAY IN THE STATE OF WISH FULFILLED THE ENTIRE DAY? ★
no need to stay in the SOWF the entire day, we are always changing states! for example, right now you're in the state of reading this post, and i am in the state of writing this post. it's all about making the SOWF your dwelling state! so if you accidentally stay in the state of lack 7 times but you are in the SOWF 8 times, then the SOWF is your dwelling state! (btw don't count the times you enter a state lmao)
ANYTHING ELSE? ★
get off tumblr, just delete the app.. like this place is literally just making you overconsume. you have better things to do!
if you have a negative thought don't spiral and think all your progress has gone to waste. breathe in and out, your inner man has it and that's all that matters.
have fun!! this challenge isn't like other challenges (soo quirky i know 😜), it's meant to fulfill you instead of making you stress about the 3d. make fun scenarios in your head, vaunt, just have a good time!!

sorry if this is too personal but what was your starting point for manifesting your desired body and how long did it take you to see results? im feeling discouraged again bc i feel like i havent seen any changes, but ive also been affirming and persisting
hii my luv ♡, I apologize for the late reply. Your question is not too personal don’t worry, I would be happy to answer it.
☆ — The main thing is I kind of just wanted to look different (?) I never really had any problems with my body, however I did want to look better and was honestly really bored. It took me a while to get body results because I used to OBSESS over results, and when I would start seeing the results I would lose them after a while 😭. I would spend my entire day listening to body subs constantly no stop for hours. With time I started realizing I just have to relax and stop looking for results after only listening once. At the time I would also affirm a lot but that didn’t help all that much.
The biggest advice I can give you is :
— ★ try focusing on your self concept for about a week. I know people are always telling you to do so but it’s really important especially when you’re having any type of “blockage”.
— ☆ for about a week listen to “reprogramming your subconscious mind” affirmations videos overnight, and during the day focus on your body playlist. Try shorten it down if you think it might be too long.
When I first started manifesting my body (even till now ) I only listen to Jessica Heslop on YouTube, but there are many different people that make those types of videos. I would recommend THIS video to help with any limiting beliefs.
—★ try doing fun challenges! When I did the 3dolc x Roe challenge it was during the time when I was struggling getting results but it worked even though I had many doubts. For my 🍒 I got my results in less than a week. For other parts like my hips it took longer but maybe a month or two. Please keep in mind that I am still working and manifesting my ideal body but the results I’ve been getting so far are great.

ELECTRA’S SIMPLE
MANIFESTING CHALLENGE!

★ step one
know what you want, you don’t need to write anything down but at least have a basic understanding of what you want and who you want to be. Don’t hesitate to add anything, this is your reality so get as creative as possible!
★ step two
this is the main premise of this challenge and is what will get you what you want: Keep your inner speech in check. Make sure you’re thinking as if you already have what you want, when you have a negative thought just remind yourself of the power you have and that negative thoughts have no power over you.
★ step three
as soon as you wake up vaunt! Vaunt when you wake up and before you go to bed, you can also visualise while doing this. You can also vaunt 5-10 minutes every hour. You can have a vaunt written out, but I would recommend just saying what comes to mind.
★ step five
Create a playlist! Make a playlist of songs that make you feel good or even remind you of your desires! You can listen to this playlist while visualising or doing whatever methods you enjoy. Instead of doing this you could create a subliminal playlist.
★ step six
optional, but for at least 10 minutes once or twice a day do whatever method you enjoy most, completely immerse yourself in it and feel the wish fulfilled!

★ some advice
if you feel as if you’re about to spiral take a couple deep breathes and tell yourself the new story, maybe even meditate and remember to fulfil yourself in imagination. If you do end up spiralling don’t tell yourself you’ve ruined everything, use this to your advantage and tell yourself that spiralling helps you manifest! You must persist, make sure you’re thinking in your favour but don’t stress yourself out. Remember that manifestation is instant, leave the 3D alone and work on your 4D!

thursday, may 2, 2024 | day 32/60 ͙͘͡★
during my meditation, i realized how i feel a sense of urgency to get back “on track” asap when i’m experiencing depression. i also realized that believing i must adhere to this high functioning “track,” is not sustainable.
it’s more sustainable to respond to my present needs and do my best with what i have—and my best may look different every day. i do still have responsibilities but i will arrange systems that work in harmony with the energy i have instead of straining myself in the name of productivity.

Clear Skin Manifestation Challenge
Join me in a clear skin manifestation challenge!!! Having clear skin doesn't need to be difficult, the reason by it becomes difficult is because of our beliefs. This isn't to say it's your fault, it's just that our limiting beliefs are stopping us from being the best versions of ourselves. But you know what? You have the ability to change all of that! You get to decide how your skin is.
Decide it. Accept it, FEEL IT!!!!!
So, for 2 weeks, let's do this challenge together and achieve the best glowy skin ever!
You in two weeks ----> (or should I say "you right now" because we already got that glowing skin!!!)

Step ONE:
To start off, get a clear image of your skin. What do you look like now that you have the most gorgeous clear skin??? How does it feel?? Do you feel absolutely gorgeous and confident? Do you smile confidently knowing your skin is literally GLOWING?????? LIVE IN THE FEELING. When you open your eyes, continue to live in the feeling. Don't be distracted by the 3D world, it doesn't matter, you are now living in the skin of your dreams, so act like it!!
Step TWO:
Once you've had a clear vision, strut like you have it. Act like it, talk like it. Look at yourself in the mirror and say, "damn girl, your skin is glowing!!!!" Who cares if the 3D isn't showing it? It's a reflection of the past, it literally does not matter.
Now, before you go saying "But I wanna see it in the 3d!!!!" Girl, you will! Live in the feeling of the wish fulfilled and it has to happen! It's literally inevitable!
Step THREE:
OKAY IMPORTANT NOTE HERE. You can do methods if you want, robotic affirmation, gratitude, 369 method, whatever but get your mindset STRAIGHT.
Whenever you do methods affirmations, don't do it from a place of trying to get something. Don't have the mindset of "if I listen to this subliminal for 20 minutes, or do this method I'll GET clear skin." NO. If you do this, then you'll always be in the state of trying and not HAVING.
YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO GIVE YOURSELF WHATEVER YOU WANT>
You don't have to wait for the universe or divine timing. You give yourself what you want. How do you do this?
FEELING.
Why do you want clear skin? You want it to feel good. Well guess what? You can feel good now. You can feel confident and gorgeous now. Feel it like you already have it. Give yourself that feeling. Visualize just because it makes you feel good, not to try and manifest something.
When you stop trying to manifest and allow you to give yourself all the feelings that come along with clear skin, you're telling the universe that you already have clear skin.
And when you decide, the universe delivers!
So, the take away is:
IT'S ALREADY DONE. THAT'S IT!!!! It doesn't even have to be 2 weeks, you've got clear skin now!!!! Whoo hoo!
Live in the end.
Do methods that make you FEEL GOOD>
Imagine that all the food you are eating is clearing your skin. Be so grateful for it's healing energy and embrace it.
Embrace yourself and your skin.
It is done.
