Just realised I haven't continued this series at all and I do have a few blorbos, and certain things here and there for this cesspool of a family that I find myself obsessed with. This is my headcanon, and your interpretation of these characters doesn't need to be influenced. Kindly do not take this as verbatim.

For me, I like to go with the idea that Sirius I, Phineas Nigellus, Elladora and Iola were the children of Cygnus Black I and Ella Max. Hey, the dates match even though Cygnus died inexplicably at the age of 29, possibly the same year his youngest Iola is born.

Sirius (1845), Phineas Nigellus (1847), Elladora (1850), and Iola (1851).

Headcanon that Sirius Black I, the older brother of Phineas Nigellus Black, who died at seven or eight years old, was killed by his family because he was a Squib.

Sirius was Phineas' best friend, his death affected him for life. He named his firstborn after him.

Like all Sirius in the Black family, he was extremely loyal, stubborn and vivacious.
