This is how I stay in shape… I’m pretty sure.
I eat this oatmeal cake (no flour, no sugar) instead of buttery sugary desserts after dinner or even for breakfast. It’s packed with protein, vitamin and fiber with a natural sweetness from apple and banana.

These are the top 3 nutrients I prioritize when building my plate:
1. Protein
2. Fiber (vegetables & fruit)
3. Heathy fats
Anything after that is simply out of pleasure or if I have room, but those are the top three nutrients that always get priority.
By prioritizing your plate with the right nutrients you will feel full and nutritionally satisfied, reducing the likelihood of overindulging in nutrient-deficient foods that will harm your health and cause cravings for more of the same. Over time, you will also gradually shift your palate to crave healthier foods.

some yummy (as healthy as I can) foods i ate today
☆ breakfast was a smoothie: 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 handful of spinach, 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, ice cubes for a thick and creamy smoothie (140cals, 7.5g protein)
☆ lunch was some sushi and raspberry Arizona Tea (500cals, 45g protein)
☆ snack was some soy milk and strawberries (110cals, 9.3g protein)
☆ dinner was some homemade food: rice, soy marinated eggs, steamed cabbage (300cals, 15g protein)
total: 980cals, 76.8g protein!!!
