Anger: HYDRATE OR DIE-DRATE!
Anger: *aggressively throws a water jug*
Disgust: Uh... what's up with him?
Envy: He’s trying to yell mental health and wellbeing into us.
Anger: I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU!
Joy, crying: It's working.

Even today, our wounded world is feeding us. Even today, our wounded world holds us, giving us moments of wonder and joy. I will forever choose joy over despair. Not because I have my head in the sand, but because joy is what the earth gives me daily and I must return the gift...

Practicing gratitude is powerful, but I don’t think deliberately striving to find things to be grateful for is the best way to do it. At least it hasn’t been for me. What has been helpful is any time a thought crosses my mind naturally that I’m grateful for something, no matter how fleeting of a thought it would otherwise be, I try to make sure to write it down, and expand on it. The latter might not be necessary for all, it’s probably more the act of just getting your thought officially out there that gives it a lot more gravity. You could speak it as well, if that is your preference. Just don’t let the thought leave without intentionally raising its value by writing or speaking it into being. And the more you do this, the more opportunities (grateful thoughts) you might receive to keep doing it.

Gratitude – The Key to Unlocking the Law of Attraction

Gratitude, often underestimated, is the cornerstone of the Law of Attraction. When we practice gratitude, we shift our focus from what we lack to the abundance that already exists in our lives, creating a powerful magnetic force that draws even more positivity our way. When we genuinely embrace gratitude, we transcend our egos, fostering a sense of unconditional love and interconnectedness with the world around us. Healing
Prompt 1: What do you wish you could remember on your bad days?
On my bad days I wish I could remember that they are just that, bad days. Not a bad life, just bad days, bad moments. Those feelings, those situations aren’t forever, they’re not permeant. I wish I could remember that ultimately, I am in control. I can control my reactions, my emotions and my feelings. If it’s something that I cannot control, then it’s something that I need to let go. You are strong. You are resilient. You are intelligent. My self-worth does not come from others. It doesn’t come with how much stuff you get done in a day or don’t get done at all. No one is obligated to make you happy, that’s your job. You can sit around and cry about it, but you must get up and dust yourself off no matter how difficult that might be. If you strive every day to be a better person than you were the day before, that is enough. Be kinder, gentler to yourself, you deserve self-love. It’s not about fighting to survive anymore; it’s about living your life. Make it better than you could have ever imagined. Embrace the journey, you don’t know how long you be on it.
