• Stella takes Octavia out for nails and pedicures if Octavia feels like it

• Stella gives Octavia a allowance of around $5,000 a month and Octavia uses it for hair dye, buying new earbuds if they break, backup phone cases, basic punk teenage stuff

• Stella has tried getting anger management therapy for Octavia, but her family preparing her to be a wife and nothing else + Stolas cheating on her was the final straw

The way the writers and the fandom demonize all three of the characters who were the most hurt by Stolas’ actions whenever they get rightfully mad him in order to try and make Stolas look more sympathetic is kinda gross…?

Like they’ll instantly take Stolas’ side and completely ignore all of his bad actions to paint him as an UwU soft boy and demonize any character that DARES hold him accountable for his actions while neglecting looking at this situation from their perspective.

For Octavia it’s especially bad because this girl suffering from neglect and divorce who has done NOTHING wrong is being called a “slut” and treating as a monster from the rest of the fanbase.

Octavia deserves to be in a better show man.

Abusive fictional fathers - Robotnik vs. Stolas

I won't be talking about Coconuts here since he's not on screen that much, but know that I feel sorry for the stuff he's been through, poor guy

Like... he literally only created these two to use and abuse them and that's crystal clear

When I say Robotnik is an abusive pos, this is what I mean (and this is just some of the physical abuse, don't even get me started on the emotional):

...Okay, that last picture was the last straw. Robotnik's thrist for power has officially outweighted Scratch and Grounder's "value." He felt 0 remorse for throwing them into the lava. Keep in mind, he THOUGHT HE HAD KILLED THEM and DIDN'T CARE AT ALL. Thankfully they were fine. And no the fact that they're robots doesn't make it any less wrong

If you're willing to sacrifice your children for a powerful artefact, then I'm (NOT) sorry to say this, but you're a heartless pos and deserve to be held accountable for your actions. If I were in Scratch and Grounder's shoes, I would have ran the hell away right then and there and found home elsewhere

However, unlike with Stolas and Octavia, at least the narrative doesn't try to convince us that Robotnik loves his sons. Because if he did, he would have tried to change his behavior. Or better, he wouldn't have abused them IN THE FIRST PLACE! AT ALL! No matter what he had gone through! I'm not denying that his mom was a pos to him just like he's a pos to scratch and grounder, but i refuse to see this as an excuse. he should have tried his best to break the cycle of abuse

Stolas ⮕ Octavia

Stolas is shown to have been there for Via in her childhood. although we never see them bond over anything, connect emotionally with each other or spend quality time together, we've only got this one nightmare scene. this was the only time stolas was shown to care about octavia

He did his best to calm her down and make her feel safe, then proceeded to break his promise for a booty call. For a childhood "friend" that his father bought for him 25 years ago.

And you're telling me how Stolas didn't realize that bringing Blitzø along in Loo Loo Land is uh... a bad idea that will make his daughter feel even worse?

I HATE the excuse that Stolas was "just clueless." Because anyone with the tiniest bit of common sense would come to the same conclusion: flirting with your booty call in front of your daughter who is a minor and going through emotional hell that happened because you cheated on her mother makes you a horrible and selfish father.

Even worse is that Stolas doesn't learn his lesson and once again neglects Octavia. Stolas is too busy hating his ex wife and gushing over his abuse victim that he can't even be bothered to look for his daughter himself, and instead Loona has to be the one to go find her. And then she literally tells Via how her dad's trying his best and how she should cut him some slack. No. No she shouldn't. Octavia was right to think that Stolas hates Stella more than he loves her because that's what his actions show.

He can hug her all he wants and promise to do better but he has done nothing to even TRY to be better for this poor girl.

Not to mention that Loona is a hypocrite. Blitzø has always been doing his best to be a good dad to her, and she thanks him for saving her life by being a complete bitch. It's been five. Fucking. Years. Of unconditional love and support from Blitzø's side. And what does he get in return? A kick in the balls. Blitzø also got beat up by her and hit with the "if I'm so terrible why don't you replace me" after he rightfully called her out and you're trying to tell me Blitzø was the one in the wrong and how this isn't abusive huh ok then whatever ya say

I won't talk about the upcoming episode much. I honestly just don't have the strength anymore. But to make it as short as possible, Stolas is gonna be treated like an uwu poor sad gay boi and once again choose Blitzø, the guy he r*ped, over his own child.

If you check out the leaked story boards for s2 ep12, you'll see how disgusting it is that Via is spitting nothing but facts and yet she'll be demonized by the writers, Stolas lovers and Stolitz shippers. Just...

Please stop lying, dude. Just stop. You shattered her entire life and neglected her for a guy you abused and never got to know on a level that's deeper than sex. No wonder Via thinks he doesn’t love her anymore. The line above gives me the same vibe as THIS line also they made Stolas not only ACT like a guy who victimizes himself but LOOK that way too

STOP LYING. JUST SHUT UP.

And yeah, I get it: he was put in an arranged marriage (this was clearly a retcon, but whatever floats viv's boat) despite being gay and was sheltered and never had friends, but those are explanations for his behavior, not excuses.

Oh and, to anyone who thinks otherwise: Emotional neglect is a form of abuse.

Closing Thoughts

One important thing that I noticed with both Scratch and Grounder and Octavia, is how none of them feel at home with their fathers. A reliable way to know whether you've failed as a parent or not is to see how your behavior affects your kid(s). How does your behavior make them feel?

Scratch and Grounder are terrified of Robotnik's wrath, he constantly makes them feel useless and unwanted, but at the same time, they have no problem betraying him both of them always come back to him, just like how Blitzø doesn't leave his abuser because he wants to feel "loved" and "needed" for once even though Stolas treats him like shit

So yeah, if you made your kid(s) feel this way, you've officially failed as a father.

Hello Starry Anon ✨ here! I would like to give a huge applause to that one anon sharing a Lackahazbin au (If I am correct-) This overall inspired me to write an idea that explodes my head in 1 sec per min, but this only like my au draft idea:

I would make Octavia a scottish fold mixed with, cause well their folded ears look similar like other owls. I also had an weird idea to make her as Wick's niece, yes she's now half siamese, Idk to me everytime I look at Wick he reminds of dad friend not really but he could be a uncle. (And he does remind me of my uncle who's really nice, well expect the geology thing.)

As her design, not sure yet. But already imaging her wearing some alt goth outfits, formal or like Lolita, cause yes like cmon sprinkle the girl some goth style Viv! Seriously.. But I still needed to follow the 1920s accurate fashion style If I ever tried to reimagined her as a cat.

Also would maybe put Stella in Lackadaisy universe, I were a writer I would maybe give her a bit of a personality rather than one off mean mom. This is kinda a excuse wanting the urge to write a fanfic Wick being a uncle to Octavia, and maybe Stella reuniting with Wick again after she divorced Stolas (Who by is sucked by the blackhole cause I said so)  , like he would write some letters and sends gifts to her when his too busy. Will visit Octavia and greet her, about the gifts parts since Octavia likes Astronomy stuffs Wick could show her telescope then the two outside star gazing, they could tag Stella along too, the same Stella would bring Wick in a shopping spree with Octavia. He would comfort Octavia when she's crying, or having a bad day and will give her the space she needed. And many more more, ideas.

As much I love to ramble I am afraid I have no idea what to say. But this isn't really my first idea, the first I had was Octavia being tired of living with her stooped owl Dad and founds out a book about reincarnated to another world, so she's like "screw you Dad I am leaving" and Boom she's in Lackadaisy bit doesn't remember her current life and maybe has a better childhood (If crime in there was practically avoided.).

[Note: Reading This Is Optional, BUT this will still be for Mature Audience Readers Only, so NO kids allowed and Parents need to stop scapegoating and actually make sure their kids don't view something that is 16+ to 18+ when they are not the correct age to view it...though half the time it wont be just the parent or parents at fault, it would also be the much older relative like a uncle or aunt or cousin, who lets the child watch something that is not meant for them until they become the proper age to view it........I seen a movie I shouldn't of seen when I was a little kid, and I had misremembered that being my Mom who let me watch it when we had rented at some old video place......but it was one of my much older cousins that let me, which I guess they did cover my eyes at some parts, well maybe not them but maybe my Mom. I still love the movie though and I finally own it on DVD, but I realized what happen when I was little was still irresponsible of them and they should of known better...it isn't the Movie that is at fault, it was the grown-up that had carelessly allowed me to watch it when I was not the proper age to view it....so yeah, since I do have the DVD of that movie now, I think maybe later today or maybe tomorrow I can find the time to watch it again...at least I know now what one of my older cousins did was irresponsible.]

even though what Stolas did was wrong, but he was with a woman like Stella who should be happy about getting a divorce from a man she hates, but the only reason she stayed with him was probably for the power and the title...and with the title she was given before, could very well be taken away as well as the power she was given.

but Stolas is probably no better than her, when it comes to how he can't see how much he hurt Blitz, well of course Verosika, Fizz and Ozzie did the same thing, but it probably hit him even more when Stolas chose to use that Menu to cover his face.

and I wouldn't be surprised if Verosika may have did something that caused Blitz to run off the way he did, but maybe they can still patch things up and become friends, like how he patch things up with Fizz.

Fizz and Ozzie, I love ya both and if you both were real I would slap you both if you EVER put Blitz through that again...

I would be on Alastor's Shoulder (when he is in Full Demon Mode" to slap Ozzie, and if Fizz is on Ozzie's Shoulder, then I will still slap him one too...

of course some damages could happen to the Soul, no matter if it is a fully human soul or a hybrid soul.

and there is the thoughts of them having a library, which could be a bit smaller than a library in Heaven, like the bookshelves in Heaven being super high that it would take a Angel to fly up to get a book or scroll to get the item your looking for if you aren't able to fly that way...like one of them being that you could still be scared of some heights and can't fly because ya don't have wings.

it might be a good thing that one can't remember fully of their past lives, one of the reasons could have to do with some damage done to their soul even if it did heal, but the problem could still be there.

I know one of my past lives had inspired the idea of some OCs I had made before, of course I had to change the ideas a bit on the OC that I had made, even if the first one was a Creepypasta (which I had posted the drawings about them in another place, like Deviantart.) and I had no idea at first that I was just remembering past life stuff...

and that past life is probably more closer to me, and I know I died in a dress when I was probably about 4 years old...which of course when I died at 4 years old before, I for some reason started to hate wearing dresses at 4 years old in my current life, and for all I know my 4 year old self was likely traumatized and remembered that we had died in a hospital when wearing a dress.

I do have a birthmark that may prove on the ways my past life self had lost her/our life in that time.

and it can suck for anyone to have bad luck dying a bit too early before they are too helpless to prevent it.

Lilith is no better than Stella, even if Charlie might think her Mom is a good person who loved her kingdom, but we know there is always more sides to the story.

Lilith, Charlie's Mom....is just as Bad as my Dad, well my Human-Dad who is still biologically related.

I was told by my Mom that when she was pregnant with me at the time, both she and him got into a type of I guess heated argument.

Adam may have been sweet and innocent, and maybe a bit clingy during his younger days in The Garden of Eden.

Adam and Lute's relationship could of been platonic, even if in the Fanon there is more to it and them being in a type of loving relationship, like a mix of lovers who are like best buddies.

and yeah, I'm still gonna view that both Adam and Charlie are both in the right and wrong, Adam can't just senseless give a game over to every Sinner, and Charlie needs to understand that there are some Sinners that should be taken out by the Extermination Day.

like the type of Sinners that shouldn't be in Pentagram City, and should just go to that dark and blue, and possibly cold place that we see in the Lucifer Tv Series, which if it were in the same world as Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss, that place would be The Double-Hell...or as I like to call it "The Original Hell"....because of the whole current one that isn't the "Original" or "Double" Hell...

had possibly been a part of The Goddess's Earthly Queendom, before that whole imbalance happen and it had to be possibly placed under quarantine from the rest of the Earthly Queendom in the Celestial Realm.

for all we know, Double-Hell could be REAL in the Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss Universe, but it is meant for the very Worse and Toxic-Sinners that are just too far gone, and are even more bad than The Vees and have done far worse than The Radio Demon himself.

those are the types, who are send to Double-Hell, that Charlie can't save or get redeemed, and who deserve to be taken out in Extermination Day.

and as weird as it might be, Adam from Hazbin Hotel, reminds me of Spinel and Pink-Pearl from Steven Universe...

and right now, he also reminds me of Marianne from Strange Magic.

it could be possible that Adam hides the fragile parts of himself that was caused by Lilith and Lucifer, that he likely only lets those closes to him see, like Lute.

Humanity already had some form of Free Will, even before the whole Forbidden Fruit Situation, cause Lilith had the free will to leave Adam.

but Adam isn't the only one that Lilith hurt, she also hurt Lucifer and Charlie, and possibly hurting Alastor as well.

even if Charlie might not realize that her Mom is hurting her, she needs to face the truth at some point.

plus it could be possible that Lilith in Hazbin Hotel, couldn't become pregnant like her Fanon Counterparts.

and if Lucifer being the one who was pregnant is true, it could be more than just Lilith not wanting to.....its just she couldn't, because she had become sterile, because that was one of her punishments for the forbidden fruit incident.

she is unable to have children, she can't bring a life into the world like Eve and those lucky enough to have a child.

Lucifer likely found a way to become pregnant with Charlie, and for all we know, Roo could be Charlie's True Mother, who had helped Lucifer have a child that he wanted to have have with Lilith but couldn't because they weren't able to, even if they took some DNA and Magic from Lilith's Soul and Body, it likely came out as a failure which ended up creating nothing.

a true mother would still love their child, even if the child ends up being adopted and not biologically theirs.

for all we know, the Flashbacks during the song "More Than Anything" that had Little Charlie in it...

it might of seem like Lilith in the Flashback, but for all we know, it could of been someone else, and Lilith left a long time after when Charlie was probably still a baby.

Roo is one of the likely people who could of been the "Lilith" in that Flashback, well either her or some other characters who is likely Charlie's real biological mother.

Roo could turn out to be Charlie's Bio-Mom, and she likely took the form of "Lilith" after the original Lilith left both Charlie and Lucifer, and Charlie's Dad was likely very aware of it.

anyway, I think that Adam, Stolas, Blitz and even Charlie's Dad Lucifer, were hurt and deserve better.

and hopefully things do work out with Stolas and Blitz, but Stolas should get slap over the head for making Blitz feel really bad at Ozzie's.

in theory, Adam could come back as a Sinner type Fallen Angel, but we will have to wait and see what the future seasons of Hazbin Hotel will bring.

and maybe like Charlie, Octavia will learn a bit more of how hurt her Dad Stolas has been, even before Octavia was born.

to Stolas, Octavia was the one good thing that came from his marriage to Stella, and he probably wouldn't change a thing if he had to do it all again.

even if Cain's Bio-Dad is like also technically my Grandpa too, but the Adam from our universe is also biologically my Grandpa but through Seth's side.

but Adam can be considered the true father of Cain, because despite the messed up stuff between Cain and Abel (which I'm still gonna view both Cain and Abel both being victims but also both of them still being in the wrong...) but Adam had possibly still loved Cain, and he is Cain's True Father, even if they aren't biologically related.

of course in Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss AU Fanon Timeline, if Adam turns into Eve every once in a while, and well that would mean that both Cain and Adam are biologically related.

even if it ends up not becoming canon and being one of those times when a fan accidentally predicting future canon events, like in Chapter 2 of Deltarune, with Kris eating the whole pie, and Darkners becoming items in the light world and turning to stone statues in different dark worlds...Best Accidental Fan Predictions Ever.

Stolas might of been hurt after what happen at Ozzie's, but he can't just act like he didn't do anything wrong either...

he was likely a immature brat who couldn't understand that couples do need space from each other at times, and those Three Angels are just as much as fault and knew better than Adam did, I mean those three angels were old enough to know better, and probably been around for a SUPER long time even more than Adam and Lilith (and later Eve) were, so they should of just let Lilith be alone until she was ready to go back to where Adam was.

she likely twisted the truth in that book she made for Charlie, in what she believed to be true, that Adam was demanding control...but that could only be what Lilith believed and she ends up twisting the truth in her favor to get Charlie to see Adam as having always been the "bad guy" but really he wasn't, he became that way because "The First B**th" and Lucifer, had hurt him and he became like The Marianne (from Strange Magic Movie) of Hazbin Hotel.

not everyone has to take this theory and thoughts the wrong way, the chance of it turning out to be true and canon is possibly very small chance....

I'm still gonna view Charlie's Mom by the nickname The First B**th.

Stolas and Blitz might still have a chance together, and Stolas may have time to tell Blitz he's sorry and not play the victim when he is partly the reason Blitz became so hurt at Ozzie's, not just Fizz, Ozzie and Mayday.....but Stolas himself also had hurt him.

even some fans could see that, that Stolas had hurt Blitz, and it could of been hinted from how Blitz spoke about Stolas when he and Fizz were captured.

Lucifer possibly holds on to hop that Lilith will come back to him, so they could be a happy family again.

even if RadioApple might not become Romantically Canon, but some could view the whole Alastor x Lucifer as the highest favorite ship possibly, even if I still like the whole idea of Lucifer being ship with Angel's Dad...which someone is to blame for that. XD

also in theory, if Lucifer from our universe did have a Twin Flame...

she is possibly "Gone".....like Pink Diamond/Rose Quartz, like she may have pulled a Rose Quartz, even before Steven Universe.

but it was never good enough for Stella, who had to rub it in his face that they hadn't divorced.

even if Stella was hurt, but did she truly love Stolas...?

well maybe in a Fanon AU timeline she would of, and been a more nicer version of herself, and in some alternate timelines she is Stolas's Girl-Buddy and Wife, and their wedding was more of a Lavender Wedding, and her being more of a Pife.

Pife being short for Pal-Wife, and Budband being short for Bud or Buddy Husband.

we wont know if what we assume about Lilith from Hazbin Hotel, will turn out to be true...but a part of myself and maybe others, hope we are wrong.

that she isn't as heartless as she seems, and maybe a part of her still loves Lucifer and Charlie...but the likely of her not fully caring about them, and it possibly been Roo who had to shapeshift and take her form because she fell in love with Lucifer and had formed a motherly love for Charlie, like you know Roo being the Maleficent and Charlie being the Aurora from The First and Second Maleficent Movies.

we don't know if Stella did truly love Stolas, or was just in it for the power and title, or like she only acts like it was only for the power and title and she hides the fact she did love him...

but he couldn't truly be in love with her, despite how he did tried to make the family and life they made together work.

how Stella treated him was likely one of the reasons Stolas gave into his feelings for Blitz, I mean possibly...

anyway even if some think Adam doesn't deserve to be given another chance, and well maybe he does and maybe he doesn't.

but it doesn't change the fact about him possibly hiding some pretty bad emotional pain and him probably secretly hating himself.

Blitz likely hates himself too, as it was implied in a episode.

and it doesn't help that both family and friends made him feel that way.

Fizz and Blitz rekindling their friendship, is one step in the healing that Blitz needs.

Adam, Lucifer, Blitz and Stolas would need some type of healing, maybe we will see it in the future.

I mean not sure if Adam will come back as a Sinner, but if he did, that man needs a hug and sit down and watch Strange Magic, and maybe some Steven Universe. XD

I'm still gonna view that Greg was a spoiled brat who didn't have the full story, and his parents (Steven's Grandparents) likely wanted him to learn self-defense to stay safe, and likely gave him curfews because their neighborhood use to be really unsafe, and he was possibly given meatloaf for a reason.

and it could be possible that Greg couldn't understand that his parents either one of them or both, may of not been able to handle very loud sounds coming to the music he listens to and had the volume up really high to the point where it became painful for them, and the reason why they didn't let him have any music was because he was irresponsible with the volume that was causing one or both of his parents pain, and they likely couldn't afford certain things that Greg wanted, and he viewed it as them just being unfair.

sometimes there are more sides to the story, and maybe Greg wouldn't of thought so terribly about his parents, if his parents had sit him down and talk to him and explained to him a bit better about why they made him take up wrestling and have a curfews and even chaperons, because it was for his own safety. and the reason why he couldn't have music, because he wouldn't listen to them about turning the volume down because the high volume he puts it on ends up hurting one or both his parents, causing them great pain.

and him getting meatloaf, could have to do with iron or something else...who knows, maybe it was to help with giving him the proper diet...?

People have been saying Octavia is misremembering her childhood and/or Stolas did everything he could to make her childhood good. So either Octavia is in extreme denial or Stolas and Stella are great actors (and Stella has suddenly decided to stop pretending)

The thing is the fandom treats Octavia like shit already just because she serves as an obstacle against poor uwu innocent Stolas sometimes, but it’s also the writer’s faults simply because they don’t put the time and effort into writing her and the relationship between her parents, at least one that isn’t from a one sided perspective. And…nah, Octavia isn’t “misremembering” her childhood or seeing things that weren’t there, we’ve literally only seen her as a child twice and both were the same exact scene of Stolas mending to her. There’s no logical explanation to why Octavia is the way she is regarding her parents, it’s just that the writing is awful. Octavia at first was a teenager who had it rough with her dad simply because he ruined the relationship between him and her mom by cheating on her, but then the show retcons everything, turns Stella into an abusive heartless bitch who never cared in the first place, and makes Octavia out to be an oblivious idiot who has no idea that her mother is a bitch and was apparently abusing Stolas.

She’s 17 years old and should be smart enough to know that SOMETHING shady was going on between her parents, yet despite clearly seeing that her mother is a harsh bitch, she still blames Stolas for not loving her. I’ve said countless times that it doesn’t help that we don’t even know the relationship between Octavia and Stella, and it’ll only go downhill from here since the S2E12 leak reveals that Octavia sees Stella and Andre laughing at how Stolas has been trying to call her all month, and even AFTER discovering that and seeing that Stolas took anti depressant pills, she STILL flips out at Stolas for not loving her mom. It makes Octavia come off as an idiot who just expects Stolas to magically love her mom despite legit knowing their marriage was broken and I swear it feels like the writers did this on purpose just so you can side with Stolas instead of having a realistic more layered understanding of BOTH perspectives rather than just one, but this is the same show that will never stop sucking Stolas’s cock wether he’s in the right or wrong so I don’t know what I expected. Octavia deserves better from both the fandom AND the writers, because I can’t even blame the fandom fully for thinking this and trying to come up with reasons why Via is so shallow to what is going on around her. It’s just the writers faults.

it's been a year since octavia set foot in a tattoo parlour, ready to leave with fresh ink beneath her skin, but this time, instead of her best friend and nicklas in tow, octavia had walked in with her big brother right behind her. it'd been a few weeks since her conversation with grant while walking along the nightclub rooftop and today she finally felt well enough to do something for herself. her brother might've argued a tattoo was the last thing she needed while her body was still mending from the damage she inflicted with drugs, not to mention the bullet but, she told him she was going whether he went with her or not.

now, as she lay on her stomach on the tattoo bed, octavia used her brother's hoodie as a pillow beneath her head, waiting for the butterfly stencil to dry. while her artist stepped out for a smoke beforehand, octavia lay there, emerald hues lingering on all the art around the parlour. "i can feel you judging from over here," octavia groaned, twisting her head to glance over at her brother as he stood off to the side. her brow raised, "i'm better bell..." when he gave her a look, emerald hues rolled. "physically," she corrected, closing her eyes momentarily. her wound was turning into a shameful scar, and the worst of her withdrawals were passing. physically...she was a hundred times better than this summer. "this'll help get my mind off..." all the overwhelming cravings and desire to use. octavia sighed, opening her eyes as she slowly sat up, skin still twinging around her fresh scar as she shifted.

"i know you don't get it but...bell, ever since dad and...mom, there's this emptiness inside of me and...i try to fill it with good things, i swear i have tried that but..." emerald hues fell from her brother's features, shame burning hot in her cheeks. "i think a part of me has always believed i was supposed to die with them...and so i've tried to fill this emptiness because i don't want to feel like that bell." her shoulders lifted with unspoken emotion before she finally rolled her shoulders back, stiffening her lip that threatened to shake. "i have survived a lot of things...some i did to myself, some..." her mother. the invasion. the kidnapping. "i need to start reminding myself i am here, that i have survived...and i deserve to be here. that's what this is..." octavia explained, brows knitted together, hopeful her brother could understand. a soft smile rose on her lips as her brother leaned on the tattoo bed beside her, linking his arm around her shoulder as his lips pressed against her forehead. i'm proud of you, o.

Characterization Across AUs: Shizuke Midorikawa

He butchers Keagan and Fiona's names on their first meetings. He's the reason why they go by "Kaji" and "Fuyu".

An all around mom friend and babysitter of those two, at least, for a time. He eventually has to strike out on his own without them.

Healing powers and magic that's entirely dependent on his enemies, tailored for counter attacks.

He is a master at restriction. Best person to capture someone alive... or stall until he or someone else finishes the enemy off.

Between Keagan (smart and talented mage) and Fiona (strong and powerful knight), Shizuke typically sits between as a support that can do a bit of both. He's jealous of them while ignoring his versatility being his real talent.

Proving his worth is his mission in life as he is no genius nor is he born with stupidly powerful stats. He has no talent he didn't have to work hard on.

He needs to learn to appreciate what he can uniquely do and make full use of it. Blair, for purely pragmatic reasons, is the one to open his eyes to his potential. Usually by kicking his ass at sparring.

His reason for throwing his hat into the main conflict ring always had to do with Fiona. She's his motivation.

While Blair is his source of encouragement. He's a simp, he can't help it.

Too bad it usually starts out one-sided and stays that way for a while. Sometimes, the story might not give them the time they need to officially get together.

Often, it goes on long enough for Shizuke to give up and try to move on, only to get to know Blair better and fall for her again. He calls it a curse that he keeps falling fast and hard. At least by then, Blair is usually simping back at him.

He goes through a tsundere phase around Blair. More often than not, it's very much deserved.

Despite his nerdy get up, he's among the better athletes in the cast and typically has a highly combative occupation.

His grandma wishes he'd quit said highly combative occupation and live a normal life, but she knows he wouldn't quit.

His bond with his grandmother strains once he learns what she's hiding from him. She alway meant well, but the truth just flipped his world.

There's always a period in his childhood where Damien bullies him. It's usually because he's close friends with Fiona.

He once had a crush on Keagan's older sister, Octavia. She fits his preferrence for dark haired girls with bright eyes and a prim and proper demeanor. This is why he's in denial when he started realizing his attraction towards Blair.

While Shizuke isn't particularly popular, there's always this one mousy brunette who has a crush on him. He knows but wouldn't tap that. It wouldn't be fair cause he doesn't feel that way for her.

He'll live with one of his friends at some point. In a way. It's always because for whatever reason, he gets driven out of his home.

His love story with Blair has an ever-changing dynamic riddled with secrets, revelations, foe yay, bickering and getting to know each other only to realize they have more things in common than they initially believed. Not always in a healthy way.

His reputation among his peers isn't very good.

His friendship with Keagan is always put through the test with all the stuff they do behind each others backs. Especially Keagan, that sneaky bastard.

He's often compared to Natalia, they've got a lot of similiarities in the surface. Both are nerdy healers with a quick temper and Crawford twin love interest.

Notoriously bad liar and jokes are made over this. Sometimes its plot relevant.

Forgiving Damien takes time because it doesn't quickly sink in how much he's changed while he was away.

Natalia's antagonism towards him is always caused by his own antagonism towards Damien. She may be mean, but girl is just looking out for her buddy, which helped a lot in Shizuke hating her less.

This blog contains three muses at present:

Andrealphus - A Great Marquis of hell, a member of the Ars Goetia, brother of Stella, ex brother in law of Stolas (or brother in law pre divorce), Ice Queen/Elsa/Frosty Bitch. My Andre is canon divergent at times and takes inspiration from a fair amount of places. He is loud, proud, arrogant, showy, flashy, just like a true peacock. He is also quite cunning, ruthless, and conniving, especially if there is a way to obtain more power/status. He does have a much softer side, but it's buried under multiple layers of ice/is at the bottom of an iceberg so good luck getting to it!

Octavia - Princess of the Ars Goetia, daughter of Stolas and Stella, and a very much emo teen who is going through some shit and has issues. My Octavia will be canon divergent as the series goes on, because I highly suspect the narrative/writing and fandom will do her so damn dirty and she deserves better. She loves both her parents (albeit Stolas more than Stella) and is filled with anger, hurt and sadness. There is a joyful soul underneath, but it hasn't been seen in years....

Caim - Camio, a great president of hell (or soon to be whenever she takes over her father's role) who is part goetian, part youkai (tengu). Currently living in the human world but visits hell whenever the need arises. Is also Andre's close, and in some cases only friend and was his ex fiance at one point. Can be calm and level headed, and serious. However, she does have quite a bit of pride and so help you if you cross her. Very good with a sword and fast as lightning. Also married to a very beautiful, drop dead gorgeous and hot kitsune wife, who is just as deadly as Caim is. Tread cautiously.

Points of interest:

Andre - Has a lot of trust and intimacy issues, and deep down tires of the aristocratic bullshit that has governed his life since birth. Is a softie who will raise hell should anyone he cares about comes to harm.

Octavia - She's going through it and just wishes to be happy again. She takes after her dad more than her mom, especially when expressing joy/happiness.

Caim - Is a half blood/mix of demon and youkai, which makes it hard for her to truly settle in either world. She does her best to make it work, though!

What they’ve been up to recently:

Andre - Has been dealing with the bullshit that is Stella's divorce, her relation to the imp assassin she hired to off Stolas, and generally staving off the inevitable anxiety and panic attack both. Also struggling with intimacy and coming to terms with many personal issues. He's not handling any of these as well as he thinks he is.

Octavia - Found out the truth behind her parent's relationship, learned that her mother hired an assassin to take out her dad, got adopted by Lucifer in one verse, and is generally trying to make sense of the world she knew rapidly dissolving before her eyes.

Caim - Currently bouncing between realms while secretly working toward obeying her father's request: To take his spot in the Goetian hierarchy. She is trying to find a way to do this while keeping her life in the human world. She's also checking in on Andre from time to time, along with other acquaintances in hell. Sometimes her wife, Yui, will join her.

Where to find them:

Andre - His mansion, rich/fancy places, with Stella, roaming around some of the other levels of hell if required, at Goetian gatherings. But mostly you can find him in various areas of the Pride Ring.

Octavia - Stolas's mansion, with her mother, or roaming the Pride Ring.

Caim - At Andre's mansion, in various places in the Pride Ring, or her home on the outskirts of Tokyo.

Current plans:

Flesh out all three of my muses; have Octavia find her family again (found or otherwise) and connect with her old, happy self; have Andre find love and stable relationships, platonic or otherwise while also getting over his hangups with intimacy while also slowly letting go of the politics and bullshit that govern his life; just use Caim more in rp's and flesh her out as her own person instead of an Andre accessory.

Desired interactions:

Andre - enemies to lovers romance, shipping shenanigans, friendships or people tolerating him, threads where his beliefs and mindset are challenged, Andre finally losing his shit on Stella and the two having a full blown argument that ends in either a mess, or a better understanding of each other. Give me messy family drama! Also drama with other Goetia and befriending more sinners and those of the lower class.

Get to know my OCs: parenting

Kroger of Creche K'liir:

Gentle and soft spoken with the children. Kroger has very little patience foe carelessness and stupidity, but children aren't careless or stupid, they're learning and exploring, he knows that, so he reserves most of his patience for them. He is the one to soothe boo boos and gently bandage wounds. He also knows better than most how to balance nutrients, taste, and texture to feed them.

Octavia of Creche K'liir:

Absolutely the 'fun nerd mom'. Museums, outings, library trips, magical experiments, games that also teach, and plenty of informative story time. She never approved of her peers bullying animals when she was little, a fact Tara is grateful for because Octavia is very much the kind of mother who will remind 'gentle hands'! Or 'did you check if Tara likes that?' When her daughter wants to pet the tressym.

Jaina Thalassia:

Never believed she'd be able to have children with her illness and cares deeply and intensely for her kids. Often angry with herself that her sickness keeps her from being able to play with them the ways they'd like and that sometimes she can't even get out of bed, but still fiercely protective and intensely proud of them. She's also very aware of their developmental stages, emotional and psychological needs, and physical changes as she was a teacher for so long.

Sentry Ojeda:

Always afraid he'll do something wrong because of how he was raised. He has no context for healthy parenting. Thankfully, being one of Halsin's partners, he has a pretty good support system and Halsin is happy to teach and guide him. As the children get older, however, the men (and 3rd dad Astarion) agree the kids deserve freedom to express themselves, which leads to one latching onto Halsin and his gentle, almost shepherding parenting method and the other deciding he likes how papa Astarion teaches him cool stuff and lets him do what he wants. Sentry is very much reliant on his partners for guidance and so he kind of just goes with it and acts as a protector, listening ear, and source of hugs when his kids need it.

The 100 liveblog ep1.11 The Calm

I am behind folks. So sorry. I don't know how I got so behind. I mean. I have a hard time getting to watch so I guess that's it. And when I'm done with the finale I have to watch Shadow and Bone before my next book assignment.

High Stakes. The Ark is dying. The Grounders are coming. Finn got dumped twice. Lincoln is leacing.

Out in the woods two days later Bellamy and Clarke are looking for the attack, knowing it's coming. Bellamy is looking at her. LOOKING at her. He's already fallen but acting cool. Clarke is feeling bad about being a warmonger. The Ark is radio silence. Bellamy thinks they ran out of air and it makes him feel guilty.

Clarke still thinks Abby was on the exploded exodus ship. (which we no know was blown up by Mount Weather, but they didn't know that storyline yet.)

Oh Kane is getting air from a vent. A little echo of s4 when the delinquents make it back to the Ark and the air vent saves them. That's the same window that they'll have later although I don't think that Kane is in the same section as the delinquents claim later.

The delinquents are in the smoker and some jackass callsher the grounder pounder. And Murphy defends her. The beginning of his redemption? Not quite, cause he still has some nasty actions coming, but the beginning I think.

Ew. Finn is flirting with Raven over the bullets. And Raven is being all cool. Finn is acting like he knows her so well and like it's a way to get back in her good graces. And she can't let him go. Screw him Raven honestly. He doesn't deserve you. "I just want you to be happy."

AND the smoker is up in flames. Because that dick didn't listen to Octavia. Murphy beats him up. "Save it for the grounders," Bellamy says. "THAT WAS ALL THE FOOD." O. Because they don't have enough against them.

Clarke says they need to hunt. B grabs her wrist. "With the whole army out there?" They need food, so B sets out hunting teams. Finn tries to go with Clarke. "You're lousy with a spear but you're sneaky." Ew. Finn is being condescending to the kid who invited Clarke to hunt.

B asks Raven for more ammo and Raven is bugging out. B says she can't leave. B stops her. 'You came down here in a pod you rebuilt yourself. You made a bomb out of a tin can. What else do you have in that head of yours?" She comes up with radios. "See we need you. You. may be a huge pain in the ass but we need you." YEs actually Bellamy is a better romantic choice than Finn. Jasper is. Clarke is. Hell, anyone is. Murphy is. Honestly. Give him time.

Oh back on the Ark, Kane finds Wick with his arm stuck in a door. What a dick (that actor.) He ruined the character. There was a hull vreech in engineering. They were betrayed by Sydney, stole the exodus. "What a bitch. My mom voted for her." He doesn't look that young honestly. Mid twenties, not going on about his mom. But Wick is funny. Kane is suddenly interested in survivors. Which they find. A whole bunch of them.

Myles Finn and Clarke tracking... but are being hunted. "I don't see anything," Myles says. Famous last words. He's shot by an arrow. Finn is like, "We gotta leave him." Dick. Always trying to leave kids behind.

Anya gets Clarke.

Kane and Wick kibbitzing. Worries about air. The cooling air is a message. He thinks theeres someone in earth monitoring. Wick thinks he has apoxia and his brain is going wacko. lol.

Anya Clarke and Finn. Oh the kid who can't breathe. Anya threatens her. Help her or Finn dies. That's fine. Promises promises Anya. Too bad you didn't live up to that one.

Oh yeah. It's Jaha in Earth Monitoring. He says Kane is too stubborn to die. Sinclair is rerouting air to the mess hall. And Jaha is saying he's about to run out of air. All right Jaha that's fine youre suicidal we know that, but I know Sinclair isn't so you better work harder at staying alive.

I have resentments against certain characters that make me biased. Have you noticed? lol.

Kane sends Wick out with the people so he can get Jaha and Sinclair and is reisking his life. Wick won't let him do it alone. The people come back to help. Why couldn't they do more of THIS. This working together to help everyone out. Because that's true to life and true to the story, instead they have to be like NAH WERE ALL MOBS ONE SECOND A WAY FROM EATING EACH OTHER. Ugh so sick of grimdark.

Clarke realizes that the kid injured is from the bomb on the bridge. Finn looks guilty because he thought his peacenik thing was safe against bridges.

Monty has found the radio. He says something is jamming the signal. He's trying to find out why the dropship crashed. and contact the ark. Raven tells him the ark is a hole in the sky. Monty is sad about his family but Raven needs the radio for the battle com.

Clarke and Finn don't come back with the hunters and Raven feels sad and jealous. :What's it been a day and a half, she says to B. "You're mistaking me for someone who cares." Now Raven is stripping. Where else would this scene come in but it seems and awkward time, doens't it? Her seduction seems rather aggressive and angry. "If you're looking for someone to talk you down. That you're just upset and not thinking straight, I'm not that guy." yeah you are Bellamy. You just did it. IT didn't stop either of you but okay. Again. I like braven better that finn and raven. They're better as friends but still.

Clarke is still trying to save the kid. Scalpel. blood. sticks a little tube into her chest to release pressure. Anya hits Finn. Hit him harder.

Kane gets into Earth monitorng and gives oxygen to the survivors. "I gave you an order. You are bound by law to follow." Jaha

"The people in this room are our best chance at survival."

Clarke "How could you send a little girl into battle."

"She was my second." "You put the bomb on the bridge. You did this to her." AGAIN. I attack you. You fight back. Therefore it's all your fault.

There was absolutely no examination of this train of thought it was taken as correct. No one ever said. "If you didn't attack us, you wouldn't have been on that bridge would you?"

No raven fucking B doesn't help your heartbreak. that's not what sex is for.

WHO WAS IN THE SERVICE BAY WHO CLOSED THE DOOR???

It's Abby isn't it?

Kane has to try to save them.

Clarke trying to save Tris isn't exciting when you know how this storyline ends. It's not about character. It's about stupid grounder society and violence and pointless warmongering. And yes, how Clarke gets them out of it. But it's interesting the things I'm interested in watching and the things I'm not. I am interested in what's happening on the ark.

Also Clarke's fear that they'll kill Finn is horrible to see. He's such a freaking creep. But they don't even kill him. And Clarke is so terrified for him. He's not worth it.

Wick making jokes is good though. We really need that comic relief. "When you die can I have your shoes?" Damn I'm so mad at that actor for being a dick.

Raven realizes that Clarke and Finn didn't run off together but were with another kid and all of a sudden she's like OH they WEREN'T hooking up. For a smart girl she's stupid about finn.

Kane crawling through a tunnel to hear clanging. OH Shades of season TWO when Abby is crawling through a tunnel with clanging to save Kane from the cave in after Mount weather drops a bomb on the village. Call back. Or call forward.

The first Kabby cuddle.

The warrior (nice voice) is telling Clarke that Anya won't kill Clarke because they need a healer. He tells her that by tomorrow the delinquents will be gone. She asks about the kill scars from combat. Asks how many he has. He opens his armor. "And half were after I hurt my knee." She kicks his knee and stabs him in the throat and holds her hand over his mouth while he dies. "Shh."

I'd say that's her first kill. Not mercy kill. Kill kill. The other was being a doctor.

She has crazy eyes.

Raven and O. "This morning I was thinking how much easier it would be if Finn was just gone." It would be. We wish it had happened that way. Bad things would have been averted.

Monty's signal disappears. He was trying to tell them there was a weird signal.

They find Myles. He says grounders took Clarke and Finn.

Bellamy is getting a lot more caring. "Raven I'm sorry." Now he realizes Monty is gone too.

Clarke running through the woods.

She gets caught in a trap slinging her through the trees.

I mean, not for nothing, but HOW IS THAT ALL CALM???
