You know, it's genuinely sad to me that aging favourite character actors no longer have any fun murder-mystery tv shows to guest-star as murders on.

#murder she wrote #matlock #diagnosis murder #father dowling mysteries #agatha christie’s poirot #columbo #quincy ME #ironside #perry mason #there are a few others #yes i know there are murder mystery shows on now #but i'm talking specifically about the silly old fashioned ones that have guest stars as murders who used to be quite famous #and yes I know they have rebooted several of these buy none of them are watchable #but that is a whole lot of white people #still fun shows tho that had fun guest stars #yes yes I’ve seen the hallmark movies they are awful and usually don’t have good guest stars #and whilst i love these shows there are way too many white people #I just wanna see old people on tv drinking tea or eating chilli and chasing after murderers.#Perry mason was actually quite young. I want someone over 50 or 60 at least.#and give me more older people with disabilities. I wanna see canes and wheelchairs.#yes the nun in father dowling played a nun in #sister act #but Perry mason was brought back when he was older so he still counts.#yes I’ve seen poker face and it’s good. but I want older people on my screen.

Finished the game couple of days ago and had some thoughts I needed to process a little. Like. Yes.

So anyway I actually didn't plan this and just wanted to redraw some sprites to just make sure I understand how to draw Siffrin correctly (still working on that!)

What did I learn from this? How fun it it to draw on a canvas that literally doesn't let you draw with colors without some layer cheating when necessary. Never tried it.

The beans. Sleeping beans.

Basically what happens when you want to sleep AND draw. Draw characters sleeping on your behalf.

Doesn't help, but at least it's cute.

I have no idea what was going on in my mind as I drew this. Feels like a fever dream of 'I want to sleep' at 4 am and 'Hm...' of thinking random things

Also that phone craft sign. Still too funny to imagine. I had to.

Back in winter 2022 I started working on a comic of one of my favorite nsfw oneshots, Practical Demonstration, made like five pages, and then promptly dropped it cause I was still in the midst of Art Block From Hell, among other reasons

but the fic series recently got an update and I read it on a flight last week, which has renewed the brainworms :)

The comic's FAR from finished (I've thumbnailed the entire thing and it comes out to twenty-eight pages, while I have thirteen of those pages in varying stages of completion) but I've been having a lot of fun working on it and forcing myself to try and learn new things (backgrounds/environments, in this case) in the pursuit of Harvey Smut LOL

I thought I'd post some WIP shit here, in case ADHD gets my ass and I end up dropping it again 😭 pray for me

I FINALLY FINISHED SEASON 2.#the finale was fun. i liked it a lot more than s1's admittedly #now i'm ruminating on the finer details of kuroba's side of it...#in my head the skit / segment for it would be called kuroba's melancholy so i might start calling it that #i can't decide if they'd still be there when totoko's reading her letter at the funeral tho #like i feel like matsuyo and matsuzou would have invited them to stay but there's a part of me that thinks they'd politely refuse #they'd thank them but feel like they're interloping a bit. after all the rest of them have known the sextuplets for all their lives #they've only known them for around two years at that point so they think it'd be best for them to leave with the rest of the visitors #( they also don't know if they could handle sending them off to cremation. they've had to do that before w/ hibiki and it was rough )#also i kinda like the idea of kuroba running into homura after the wake and becoming acquainted with her #probably stumbles upon her crying in the park and offers her a handkerchief & a person to talk to...#gotta put my head in my hands and sit for a bit #also almost forgot to mention : the earrings they're wearing are kara's white day gift to them #they hadn't gotten the chance to wear them yet...#osmt #osomatsu-san oc #mj ocs #oc : kuroba #mj draws #tw implied death

Just for fun
