I can say a lot of shits. I can sometimes be very tired. I can say things I did not really mean. I can forget a lot of shits. I can be very direct. I can be too harsh sometimes. I can be and I am an asshole. But after all, I still and will always love my sysmates and I try everyday to show it to them even if I am bad at showing it. But I know I can do it. Why? Because I accepted that people, animals and non human beings all need some kind of love. Whenever it is platonic love, romantic love or other kinds of love.

When the nature of our system means we cannot remember names of people we've spent days with, if walking in a straight line makes us nauseous with disorientation, if you're having to compromise on every decision, if you're not wait just waiting for the next split, the next fuse the next new alter. All of that. And all the seizures and twitches to go with it.

Is the achronic pain, the agoraphobia, the ableism is it worth it just to hear their voices whilst you're awake?

As we've learned more about what it means to be a system, and to share a life with multiple people in one brain and one body, one of the many things we've come to accept is that we don't always get to know who's fronting and who's saying or doing something. Sometimes someone (we have no idea who) will take over for less than ten seconds just to make a ridiculous sound and send everyone else into a giggle fit XD
