Go outside then go to bed with only difference being lack of socks & shoes (unless I went outside barefoot or it's winter thus I have to take a long-sleeved shirt and a coat off). (I've even gone outside naked a few times thoroughout my life, so...)

Yes, I would go outside with the same appearance I go to sleep on my bed with. I've done it many times before in various ways.
