I've been having so many nightmares lately and let me tell you like seriously- not pretty ones.

Very graphic- very gore- lots of blood- purely psychotic and so disturbing. Ever since i witnessed the suicide in train i've had very few nicer dreams. Either a neutral one which i have no idea how to feel about or just straight up gore nightmare.

All of them left me disturbed and i know those are only dreams but why do they have to look so real..like how do i stop this?? I'm scared to fall asleep because i seriously DON'T want to see that everytime i close my eyes..

I have two particular nightmares that i remember and those left me disturbed the most- Kinda warning cause srsly it's fucked-

In the first i find myself sitting in a chair by traintracks under sketchy looking bridge, looks very old, abandoned in the middle of a forest and i'm all alone there by myself. Then random people start coming through very slowly from the other side of the train tracks across me and they start crossing it only for a train to start coming through and me seeing this, knowing, in the dream what is to happen i got up as fast as i could to try and save the person that was about to be ran over by the train, only for me to be too slow and watch them get run over before my eyes...

This one is one of the less gore ones but oh boy this next one..

I don't remmeber the start of this one that well because it was very consfusing but i remember trying very hard to tie a knot with rope because i wanted to ride a horse for the first time in my life and then, suddenly the whole scenery and dream changed to a woman sitting in a bathtub with her baby, holding the baby close, both naked, both completely fine and then when i came in the second time, the whole bathroom was bloody, the woman in the bathtub was swinging violently back and forth with her dead bloody infant in her arms, she had scratched her own eyes out with a knife (she didn't carve them out but literaly scratched a lot of very deep lines across them it was very vivid) and she muttered something about a god and how it sucks not to see or something similar and i was just watching without a word.

And this one is the reason i'm afraid to fall asleep again..

I apologize for this random ramble of mine but i desperately had to get it out of me somehow. It was eating away at me from the inside and maybe just maybe when i wrote it down and shared it, sleeping will get easier. At least i hope so. Thanks for reading🫶🏻
