How is one upposed to sleep and take care of oneself when the world around us is literally crumbling on a personal level, national level, global level? I don’t even want to sleep I’m so angry and sad and tired, but my body needs rest. Feels like the end times. Feels like the beginning of a new year. I’ll start going to therapy in a week. Everything and nothing feels important. I don’t get other people again. Other people don’t bother to try to get me. My car needs welding. I need more ibuprofein.
