TRIGGER WARNING- DAY 12 RESTRICTION CONTINUED-
Weight lost in 12 days- 15lbs
+continuing to fast even when I have a binge once a week+ for one day I binge I fast for 2-3 days to make up for it and eat low calorie meals when I need to binge or eat at all. Husband all over me now. I'm so proud of me.
So last night I had a mild binge. I have hunger pangs today as well. Doing a safe foods groceries haul. BUYING: 1.)Laxatives Teas, 2.)oats probiotic tea, 3.)kettle and fire bone broth, 4.)Rolled oats, 5.)silk vanilla almond milk, 6.)Shredded carrots, 7.)nappa cabbage,8.) Zucchini & squash,9.)laxatives,10.)diretics,11.)celery,bell peppers,onions,scallions,12.)Mini Mason jars.
IM MAKING: 1.) Protein cheesecake bowls for hubby and for when a binge decides to strike.
2.) Negative calorie weight loss soup (it burns calories just burning the energy) ty tumblr
SAFE FOODS IN MASON JARS TO AVOID BINGES AND I HAve to eat something: +posting pics later

No late snack last night. Just wasn't hungry after a high protein dinner. I had chicken breast with a little melted cheese. Half an avocado and some savoy cabbage. And I added a new idea. Cottage cheese mixed with protein powder, inulin fibre, coriander and coconut "flour". Wow. That packed a real satiety punch!
So that took me to a 14hr fast, broken with my new morning protein decaff.
So that was technically my "breakfast", but in the more commonly used context of the word, I then relaxed with a little bowl of salted peanuts and frothy collagen coffee.
I had toyed with the idea of a free day with fitness. But nah, I don't need that today. Won't be doing loads, but I'm staying moderately active.
HIIT workout for lower body before a fabulous protein packed lunch.
Two hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, ham and a touch of side salad. Just a handful of lettuce and a couple of cherry tomatoes.
Trying to focus on my lower fat levels. No, not LOW fat. Just lower than before.
Macros are looking good.
I'm not worried about extra protein, nor a small amount over on fat. I'm not going to allow myself to get obsessive.
High protein for the win!
I haven't done any yoga for a while, so I got on with some of that an hour or so after that very filling lunch.
Double wellness bonus for doing it outside in the lovely fresh air 😁
And I'll be training one of my online clients this evening, so I added that into my app already.
And I'm actually having to edit this daily report, because I got an unexpected short bike ride added on before dinner!
A good Monday for me. I'm feeling great, even with all the other stupid things going on with my crazy biology, lol.

Dinner last night, 4 Feb 2025.
Sirloin steak cooked in air fryer. Then sprayed with avocado oil and powdered with Allulose sweetened (and citric acid) chili powder.
Salad of romaine lettuce, avocado, aged Gouda cheese, hard boiled eggs, fermented picked, Caesar dressing homemade with Parmesan cheese, olive oil, apple cider vinegar.
I also had a ¼ cup of hulled hemp seeds plus Allulose and heavy cream.

some yummy (as healthy as I can) foods i ate today
☆ breakfast was a smoothie: 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 handful of spinach, 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, ice cubes for a thick and creamy smoothie (140cals, 7.5g protein)
☆ lunch was some sushi and raspberry Arizona Tea (500cals, 45g protein)
☆ snack was some soy milk and strawberries (110cals, 9.3g protein)
☆ dinner was some homemade food: rice, soy marinated eggs, steamed cabbage (300cals, 15g protein)
total: 980cals, 76.8g protein!!!
