My own experience with the Fully Vital Hair Growth system
If you're experiencing hair loss, you know how frustrating and devastating it can be. But don't worry, there's hope! One solution that's gaining popularity is the Fully Vital Hair Growth System. This system claims to promote healthy hair growth and improve the overall condition of your hair.
Before and after using the Fully Vital Hair Growth system
Tumblr media
But what makes this system different from other hair growth products? Let's take a closer look.
The Fully Vital Hair Growth System is a 3-step process.
Tumblr media
The first step is the Fully Vital Shampoo. This shampoo is specially formulated to cleanse your scalp and hair while nourishing it with essential vitamins and minerals. It contains ingredients like biotin, keratin, and other botanicals that are known to promote healthy hair growth.
The next step is the Fully Vital Conditioner. This conditioner is designed to strengthen your hair and prevent breakage. It contains ingredients like hydrolyzed collagen, argan oil, and jojoba oil, which help to moisturize and protect your hair from damage.
The last step is the Fully Vital Hair Growth Serum. This serum is the real star of the show, as it contains a potent blend of biotin, keratin, and other vital nutrients that are essential for healthy hair growth. It's easy to use - simply apply a few drops to your scalp and massage it in. This product is unique because it doesn't just promote new hair growth, it also strengthens your existing hair follicles, which can help prevent future hair loss.
But does it work? According to customer reviews, the Fully Vital Hair Growth System is indeed effective. Many users have reported that their hair is thicker, fuller, and healthier after using the system consistently for a few months.
Tumblr media
Another thing to note is that this system is free from harsh chemicals, such as sulfates and parabens. These chemicals can damage your hair and scalp, so it's refreshing to see a hair growth product that doesn't use them.
In summary, the Fully Vital Hair Growth System is a comprehensive solution for anyone who wants to improve the condition of their hair and promote healthy hair growth. With its three-step process and powerful blend of natural ingredients, it's worth considering if you're struggling with hair loss.
My own experience with the Fully Vital Hair Growth system
I have always struggled with hair growth and thinning hair. I have tried countless hair growth systems and shampoos, but nothing seemed to work. That was until I discovered the Fully Vital Hair Growth System. After just a few weeks of using this system, my hair felt thicker and looked fuller.
One of the things I love about this system is that it uses natural ingredients, so I don't have to worry about harsh chemicals damaging my hair. The shampoo is gentle but effective, cleansing my scalp and promoting healthy hair growth. The conditioner is lightweight and doesn't weigh my hair down or leave any residue.
What I noticed about this system is that my hair started to grow faster and stronger. It also felt softer and smoother to the touch, making it easier to manage and style. I have been using the Fully Vital Hair Growth System for a few months now and have noticed a significant improvement in my hair's overall health and appearance.
Conclusion
Overall, I highly recommend the Fully Vital Hair Growth System to anyone struggling with hair loss or thinning hair. This system has truly changed my life and given me the confidence to flaunt my long and healthy locks!

Dream hair at home - how to choose a conditioner
What is the function of the conditioner? Is there a correct way to use it? That's what you'll learn in this post First of all, I need to say that the function of the conditioner is to make the hair more malleable. It is not the function of conditioner hydrate, nourish or treat the hair. Including, the treatment should not be carried out every wash.Later, I will bring the protocols and talk more about that. For now, it's important that you understand that conditioner is designed to make your hair more manageable after shampoo application. Nothing more than this. And this malleability that the conditioner provides occurs because it has a pH between 3.5 and 4.8, that is, much lower than the pH of the shampoo. While the shampoo leaves the hard thread, because it needs to be astringent to clean, the conditioner leaves the hair malleable so that it does not break tear or break during detangling or brushing and also to give that delicious feeling to the hair soft. That said, now I need to explain that there is a way correct way to use the conditioner. Yes, just like shampoo, conditioner also has a correct way of application.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After rinsing your hair very well, you will remove excess water. Take the towel and squeeze it to remove all excess moisture. To make things easier, you can even divide the hair in half, half on each side. Oh you are not supposed is to twist your hair inside the towel as if it were the floor cloth in your home! Remember: we need to rescue this hair, and an important step is to take good care of itbalso mechanically, and not just through thecosmetics. So, no twisting
After removing excess water, divide your hair in half, half for each side, put the conditioner in your hand and apply from the ear down. Always from ear and down so that the scalp does not absorb too much of this product. Conditioner was made for the hair lenght, not the scalp. On the scalp, we apply the shampoo, remember? Here, it's just the hair. And how will you apply this conditioner? You are going apply with a closed hand, covering the hair. In that Now is not the time to untangle your hair. It's time just deposit the product. So, apply with calmly and gently so that the conditioner is deposited in all the strands that are inside this strand. Do it for 2 to 3 minutes on each strand, which is the time the conditioner needs to take effect. After that, you know that little bit of product left in your hand? You will lift this strand and apply it all over this top of the head, because this hair up here it also needs to be conditioned. What not to do is to apply the conditioner directly to the scalp, but applying it to the length of the hair is necessary. After applying the conditioner and wrapping each strand well, your hair will be maleable and easy to untangle. If the your hair is rough conditions, it may be that, after apply the conditioner, it becomes all thickened. Stay calm, be patient and keep gloving him until he stay untangled, without needing to use a comb.
Once that's done, now it's time to rinse the hair. Just as it was with the shampoo, it will also be with the conditioner. You will remove completely the entire product of hair. Rinse very well, let the water fall in abundance, as the conditioner needs to be removed.
Yes, there is a product that will stay in your hair until next time washed and which will even protect it from external aggressions. But that We'll see in the next post. Therefore, completely remove the conditioner. I'm insisting on this because we tend to leave a little conditioner in your hair in hopes so that the hair strands are most treated. But that's just a belief that we have, therefore, as have you seen, the conditioner doesn't treats hair. So remove it completely!
And how to choose a good conditioner? As you already know, conditioner does not treat hair. Therefore, we do not need to worry so much about what is in this product in terms of active ingredients. Even so, I will include items here that are commonly are found in good quality conditions:dimethicone, cyclomethicone, dimethiconol, polyquarternium… In short, items with the endings “xane”, “cone” and “conol”. The pH of the product is also an interesting aspect to consider. please note when it comes in the description (most of the time, It is not written and this is common). If written, it should be between 3.5 and 4.5. This is the ideal level to close the cuticles that were opened after the application of the shampoo. (later on ill make a post about products my tricologist recommended for me or maye i can try to translate the pdf)
In this post, you learned that conditioner has the function of making the hair more maleable and soft, facilitating detangling, and that it is not its function to hydrate or nourish hair. Furthermore, you saw that there is a correct way to apply the conditioner and that it is even necessary remove it completely during rinsing.
on the next post about hair care will teach you how to properly protect your hair until the next wash.

How I’m Looking After Myself (simple self care and beauty)
Hair
- High frequency on my roots on wash days (2x week), followed by onion serum meant for hair
- Homemade hair mask of egg + mayo for 15 mins before shampooing (dry hair) and applying Shikakai powder + water mixture to my roots
- Apparently air drying is bad for your hair, so I’m trying to use very little heat from the blow dryer instead
Face
- 1 clay mask/ the ordinary’s red serum mask (AHA+BHA) a week
- Morning routine: face wash, toner, vitamin C, eye cream, sunscreen and moisturiser
- Night routine: face wash, toner, hylaronic acid, eye cream, moisturiser
- Lymphatic drainage massage on mask days
- Occasionally using high frequency
- Waxing upper lip/ chin/ eyebrows myself once a week/ 15 days
- Black head removal twice a month (i steam my face while doing this)
- Minimal make up, even on work days to prevent clogged pores
Body
- a gentle body wash of mint and some other herbs
- A combo of body oil and moisturiser after shower
- Red nails and toes, always
- Waxing instead of shaving - especially down there to reduce growth, waxing lasts so much longer than shaving; I wax once in like 1.5 months
- Oil massages at my local masseuse once a month

Do u know any products that are good for hairgrowth and help thicken the hair? I hear rosemary oil is good for it but there are so many products on the market that i dont know where to start..
I've heard the Mielle Rosemary Mint Scalp & Hair Strengthening Oil lives up to the hype! However, it is most important to consider WHY your hair is not growing much/is thinning out. You could have a vitamin deficiency (Biotin, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Iron, and Zinc), so figuring this part of the equation out is super important. You can either add in a supplement or optimize your diet to resolve one of these deficiencies, too.
Hope this helps xx

Simplified Summary :
When it comes to haircare, it truly does depend on each persons hair, no product is one fits all. If you like a product, and your scalp feels clean while your ends feel moisturized, continue use.
Healthy hair habits take priority over products. Keeping your scalp clean is number one, to do so depends on how often you wash. There is no right amount, it is okay to wash daily or weekly. If washing daily, use a shampoo that is lower in surfactants, aim for ones that say “okay for daily use”. If washing once a week, or twice, use one with higher surfactants (clarifying shampoo). If at any point your hair feels as if there is product buildup or the scalp is itchy use clarifying shampoo. number two is to condition frequently, you can condition before or after shampooing. It is helpful to pre-oil your hair 30 minutes prior to showering with coconut oil, coconut oil is the only oil proven to effectively enter the hair cuticle and can help protect against water damage. if you are going days without shampooing, spraying it with conditioning spray or oil on the shafts only is helpful. number three is small habits, dry your hair with a microfiber towel. keep shampoo only on the scalp and conditioner on the ends. squeeze out any excess water out prior to applying conditioner and let it sit for at least 2 minutes, longer if you can. use gentle hair ties and claw clips. put your hair in a protective style before bed. eat properly, get enough rest, and make sure you are hitting protein goals for biotin production. never brush your hair while it’s wet, and don’t over brush. use a leave in conditioner after washing, and avoid heat styling.
ingredients : shampoos and conditioners have a team of hair chemists formulating them carefully, so most haircare products are safe to use, but some are better based on added ingredients. ingredients like proteins, peptides, keratin, butters, oils, silicones, citric acid, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, lactic acid, and salicylic acid can improve hair. when choosing hair products, aim for ones that have these ingredients higher on the ingredient list
despite fear of silicones and sulfates, they are recommended by dermatologists and trichologists. the only ingredient you should avoid is formaldehyde. formaldehyde has different names, so avoid at all cost anything that says formaldehyde, methylene glycol, formalin, formic aldehyde, paraform, formol, formalin (methanol-free), FYDE, formalith, methanal, methyl aldehyde, methylene oxide, tetraoxymethalene, oxomethane, and oxymethylene. these are mainly found in special treatments and heat products, legally these can be called “formaldehyde free” if using it in a different form. (the ones listed above that are not verbatim “formaldehyde”)
affirmations
i love taking care of my hair, it’s so soft and fluffy. it never tangles and always is super shiny. it never breaks, my split ends always repair immediately. it grows so fast, inches every week. my hair smells so good and feels so bouncy ૮꒰ྀི⸝⸝> . <⸝⸝꒱ྀིა

Introduction
Hey ^^
My Name is Lana, I’m 21 years old and my pronouns are she/her.
Ever since I was 12, I’ve been struggling with eating disorders and switching between eating everything in sight for a few months to not eating anything at all for a few months.
With this cycle of life I have lost all of my happiness, my hair is balding and I’m like most of the time overweight.
My first instinct was to begin starving again, even though I am fighting so hard to somehow have my hair regrow.
But I want to end this cycle now.
I will finally figure out how to eat healthy.
I will figure out how to regrow my hair.
I will learn new cooking and housekeeping skills.
I will be lifemaxing.

next year makes 10 years since I graduated high school. 🚬😮‍💨 so glad I live 1400 miles away and will NOT be going to any reunions. I know I'm constantly on my "I'm aging and time is progressing" bullshit these days, and I know I've got friends on here older than me. but it truly feels insane that I'll be able to say "a decade ago" and be meaning about something I've done in college. yes I noticed my hairline receding today btw I'm sure it's unrelated
