The French presidential palace unveiled a new centre-right government Saturday, more than two months after elections that produced a hung parliament and deepened political divisions as France grapples with economic and diplomatic challenges. Conservative French Prime Minister Michel Barnier put together the government after weeks of difficult negotiations, and President Emmanuel Macron approved it. The new government was announced at the presidential palace. A left-wing coalition secured the most seats in June-July elections but failed to win an outright majority. The 38-member Cabinet announced Saturday includes primarily ministers from Macron's centrist alliance and the conservative Republicans party.

The French government decided to change to pronunciation of croissant to kwathoe. There was worldwide outrage, and everyone asked them to change the pronunciation– not back to croissant, but to creamsy.

Candace Owens just announced that she has received evidence that French President Emmanuel Macron's "wife," Brigitte, is indeed a biological male.
Candace flew to France to meet with local journalists who'd been working on the story for years. Macron's team sent a legal threat to prevent the release of the interview, which is set to air later this month.
At face value, these claims may seem outlandish, but there are a lot of holes in Brigitte's story. 🤔

France has a government. A very conservative one. Our new prime minister has voted in the past AGAINST the ban of conversion therapy, AGAINST gay mariage, and FOR anti trans laws.
Oh boy. I don't feel so good.

Hi just wanted to ask, does a nations health depend on their economical and political stability, for example in the past weeks both france's and germany's governments crumbled what would be the consequences of it in your au would they both be severely ill , or just feel a little feverish and how would people react to the vulnerability of their nations to their political and economical conditions, would it push people to stop revolting as often as they do(specially in france),or would it push politicians to actually do their job correctely if they saw the impact that it could have on their nations wellbeing?
Because of the economic situation, I think they are going to look visibly ill. They'd have symptoms of a moderate cold with extra fatigue and a temperature of around 39 Celsius. As for the political crises, they'll be very dizzy from the instability. They'll also probably have upset stomachs and headaches from the turmoil. France has definitely been dealing with that for a while so he probably has an entire sick day routine.
In this circumstance, the public is definitely worried. People tend to catastrophise when they see sick nations, even if they have a minor cough. Once people notice, there's not much that governments can do to quell concern. There's also probably a few memes like "Me watching the German government collapse right after I moved here" and it's just a picture of Germany looking sickly.
I don't think seeing France looking sick would make people stop protesting. The main reason is that France is usually on their side, and he wants to keep the spirit of the movement alive. So he's like "No! I order you to keep going! Vive la France!" While running on 1 hour of sleep and holding back vomit.
Another reason is that it's not really the protesters' fault. Economic and political instability are usually because the people in power messed up. So the public will see a NP's sickness as a result of government incompetence. The NP merely reflects how the average person is feeling.
Some politicians may want to do better by seeing the state of their nation, but most of the time, they just go for quick fixes. So instead of fixing the root issue, they just have their nation hospitalised or ignore them entirely. Basically, if the politicians don't care about their people, there's a good chance they're not going to give a shit about their NP either.

I’m studying international law in college and finished in the summer a class about genocide. My autism will NOT allow me to shut up about the horrors of mankind so I know if I were in Yuu’s place I would be constantly disturbing those around me.
Riddle and Azul would find the issues with the legal system fascinating though. Everybody would be confused on why I would want to go back.
I can't tell you how many times I think about the actual political/historical world of twisted wonderland. I want to understand everything about it. I would live in trein's classroom. bc if lilia's dream in book 7 is any indication, this world is just as fucked as ours, we/yuu just hasn't learned the full extent of that yet. I wanna knowww
