Woke up at 4:30 this morning and decided to get a mile in before work, if I do 1.5 miles in the morning and then 1.5 miles at night that’s 3 miles total for the day and pretty solid, I could do that 🫠😵‍💫😵‍💫

"the preteens are running around sephora because all their third spaces are gone!" i get that but did you know. did you know that there is an age appropriate store for young girls selling (fake) makeup & accessories. are you reasonable enough to understand that 10-12 year old girls do not need to be running around an adult makeup store ruining displays, destroying products, & generally leaving the stores a mess? all while they harass employees & disrespect them. the real solution obviously is to make 3rd spaces accessible again but until then keep your CHILD out of sephora unless you are right there with them & able to fucking parent.

also by the way other people with curly hair there's no way you actually have to have a routine for your hair, right. there's no way that you're actually SUPPOSED to be putting like three different kinds of leave-in and cream and foam whatever the fuck that stuff is, right ?????? this is halfway a vent post about how disabling adhd is also but i can barely manage to change my clothes every day if you told me i needed to have a HAIR CARE ROUTINE for my hair to actually look nice i would actually lose it

I found a website where you can type the ingredients of the skin product you're using and it tells you whether they're comedogenic or not and if there's an irritant in there as well. The site is in Spanish but I assume it can be easily translatable by your browser.

But it case it's not, I translated it for you

Once you click Verify, it brings you to this page:

The mildly comedogenic ingredients are in yellow, moderate in orange, and high in red. The irritating ingredients are in blue.

The two "warnings" on top are the conclusions the website reached, the yellow one says this product is potentially safe, except if the case my skin has a strong tendency to get obstructed pores. The blue one says it can be irritating, especially in sensitive skins (you can't see all the ingredients here, but the last one was parfum, which is an irritant).

The website also said products that have comedogenic ingredients are usually safe as long as those ingredients aren't within the 5 first positions on the list.

Disclaimer: I'm not a dermatologist nor do I know anything more than the average person about skincare, I'm just an acne sufferer who thought this could be of use to people like me. And I hope it is!!
