Ingredients: 2 cups mixed greens. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cucumber, diced. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced. 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped. 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped. 1/4 cup buttermilk. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 lemon, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Chop the basil, mint, and parsley and put them in a large salad bowl with the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and herbs. Put the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, extra-virgin olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a different bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients well. Add pepper and salt to taste. Spread the herb buttermilk dressing on top of the salad ingredients and gently toss to cover everything. Right away, serve the chopped salad as a tasty and refreshing side dish or main course.
