Still weighing high. So obviously not a "little bloat" issue but could be "inflammation."

I did have a birthday party yesterday. I pre-ate some chicken & cauli rice, so I wasn't "starving marvin." I had some birthday food but kept it to one plate and bounced before cake.

I got my schoolwork done this weekend.

For a later snack last night, I wanted something sweet, so I mixed palm noodles with cacao, monk fruit pack, & some light choc syrup. It was chocolatey and prolly a bit better than other options. It looked ridiculously gross, but for 90 calories and a fuller tummy, I didn't give a shit.

Work is annoying me, the system keeps blinking out.

Breakfast was palm noodles & turkey sausage... which is surprisingly calorie dense by weight for a 2 oz/56g serving. The piece I cute for myself was 70 g! >>Measured today but haven't in the past so is that one of my fuck ups? I did crack open My fitness pal again so I can be more mindful of calorie traps to see if I can pinpoint where I am fucking up. I am thinking it is probably evening/night eating still 🤔 that is historically my biggest hurdle.

I am already on my lunch break.

this is a reminder for me to write something about how dany never really has . . . a good nameday growing up. and even now, she just kind of ignores her nameday?? same for birthdays in canon and other aus/verses. viserys never prioritized her nameday, and often, it was overshadowed by rhaella's death. at first, viserys was distracted and very visibly nursing his grief, but following the selling of rhaella's crown, he became antagonistic toward dany, most predictably on her nameday to the point that she would just . . . pray he forgot. so sometimes, even now, it really does just slip her mind.
