sketch page time, but make it medieval! I was messing around with a composition for a knight, and the blacksmith and the jester and also the lady (who is an assassin) were some early early early ideas for characters! someday they may even exist in a story that has a plot.

headcanon that people of the islands sleep schedule is like, four hours later than average.

they wake up at mid day, and sleep well past midnight. kids begging their parents on weekends to pleeaaase please let them step up just a little longer to watch the sun rise. early-riser visitors / tourists having to adapt to their horrid schedule because stars forbid theyre up and about at 10:30.

Things to assume: this is a world in which such a thing could actually occur, you did it out of self defense, the characters view you as a friend. Also this is just for fun it's not that deep.

Jax: 50/50 chance. He might decline just to see you suffer some more with the panic of the situation, or he'd accept because that's the kinda thing he'd find entertaining. Either way he's only thinking about what he'll gain from the situation. Wouldn't be beyond ratting you out after blackmailing you, or just because he's bored.

Gangle: Yeah no. That's not happening. She wouldn't judge you but she wouldn't be in any condition to help either. Unless this is just like the plot of something she loves, then she's giddy and living in her own little movie.

Kinger: If he were in his right mind he'd try to figure out what happened and comfort you. Chances are he's not though, so no.

Zooble: They're down, not really phased, either. Might even be like "don't worry man, I've been there". Will absolutely not tell you what happened though.

Ragatha: She'd be really split on the whole thing. She'll ultimately help you and try to make you feel better but the experience will weigh on her, and you'll feel hella guilty if you realise.

Pomni: Depends. If she's able to keep a clear mind and not panic about the whole thing she'd probably agree, or at the very least try to help you figure out how to proceed. If she gets overwhelmed and too scared she might get in trouble, you're just gonna have to leave her be. Won't rat you out though.

Caine: He will not understand why you need his help. Might even tell people, and not get what the issue with that is. This man is only thinking about himself, but not maliciously so. You might be able to bribe him with compliments though.

Bubble: Yes. But you might regret it.

You know what, more series should do that actually. As in, have the parent of the main hero also be the villain’s love interest. Whether by it being revealed later down that the person the villain is smooching is the protagonist’s parent, or the villain just thinks the hero’s parent is hot and wants to date them. Either/or. There’d be a lot more villain stepparents that way I think

I want him to be taller than me, nothing much just a head taller than me.... I want him to hug me when I'm in need of it..... I want him to look at me... I want him to have short hair, not really-really short but short enough for me to run my hand through his hair..... I want him to breathe me in when I hug him tight when we are waiting for our respective buses......I want him to have stubble.....I want him to have his sleeves folded so I can annoy him by pinching his skin and hair and him to softly yell at me 'mat kara karo waise, lagta hai!' ....I want him and me to have matching wrist-watches....I want him to be okay if I play a song thirteen thousand times...I want him to say 'aur ek baar yeh gana tumne bajaya na toh dekh lena...' but I still listen to it and he sighs and says nothing.... I want him to hold my wrist when we cross the road, qki haanth may toh Mera rumaal aur phone hona hai.....I want him to kiss me and then look around to check whether our neighbours looked, why? because I told him ki 'lets pretend humlog abhi bhi school may hain and mummy ko pata chalne nahi dena hai..'' and he remembers it and does it every time... I want him to know that I want him with all his mess...I simply want him..
