Astarion gave a small wave to the winged feline, raising his brow as Gale introduced the creature. Though when Gale mentioned she came bearing gifts, that peaked his interest. Astarion did like shiny things, magical or not. But when he leaned in to take a closer look at the ring, he noticed the gesture and saw the glance from the wizard and realized what he must have spotted.

"Oh, ah, yes..." Astarion stammered a moment, bringing up his fingers to wipe away what was left in the corner of his mouth. "I found some... berries, last night, in a bush, while I was... patroling."
