have you seen the reveal for kamen rider gavv yet? i've fallen in love with him, he looks so great. not to mention that he doesn't have an overt animal motif this time, i've been missing having a non-animal themed main rider since zi-o. and it's just funny trying to see people guess what animal he could possibly be (i've seen rabbit, cat, jackal, and kangaroo so far).

YEAH he's so purple and shiny! 💜🧡💜 I love candy themes/aesthetic and I'm SO jazzed to see a whole series based around that; really looking forward to the trailer/press conference in like. a month. :') though I had assumed he was supposed to be reminiscent of a...cutely-rounded gummy beetle or something, because Rider? they look more like horns than ears to me at least!

The difference in popularity when it comes to the nine ἀριστῆες who volunteered to duel with Hector (ten if we’re counting Menelaus) has never ceased to amuse me. Like, despite being specifically listed by Homer to tell you that they’re the best of the best and having a bunch of mentions in the Iliad, Idomeneus and Meriones just didn’t get the popularity as Diomedes and Odysseus got, then Agamemnon and the two Aiantes having the next tier of popularity. Still, I believe the two of them were mentioned every now and then. Meanwhile, do I even need to mention Eurypylus son of Euaemon and Thoas son of Andraemon?

as much as i hate uther, i don’t believe him to be homophobic. him and gaius definitely experimented when they were younger. i think it much funnier that uther doesn’t care that merlin’s a boy. yeah sure he’s a little stuck on the class difference (why on earth would arthur go for a servant???). but the thing that really sets him off, has him spitting with rage, is the sorcerer part.

he doesn’t care that his sons gay, he can even excuse the class difference, but he draws the LINE at sorcery
