Headcanon that Ford gains some weight post canon/on the Stan of War 2; he was probably unhealthily underweight/malnourished from his 30 years in dimension hopping/survival mode. (He says he 'maintained diet and exercise' during that time but. C'mon. He's clearly coping there's no shot he could've had time for that while just trying to survive). And I think Stan loses some weight that he gained from 30 years of drinking/depression now that he's a lot happier and probably quit drinking for good (quit it for the twins visit, but didn't go back to it once he was on the Stan of War).

Workout routine
gonna try to burn 30lbs by October and this is what i'm gonna try to do everyday (if you have any other tips for losing pls tell>)
Legs: Side leg raises both sides until i cant anymore, side clam leg both sides until i cant, side single leg push until i cant both sides, inner thigh lifts both sides until i cant, repeat all of those twice
abs: 50 sit ups, 100 crunches, 15 reverse crunches, 50 russian twist x2, 30 leg raises, 10 leg circles each side, 50 raised leg sit up
arms: arm circles both way until quit, 25 tricep extensions (back and forth, so 50 total), 20 cobra push up, 30 tricep dips, 15 overhead tricep extension
total: 90min
Myfitnesspal says this all burns around 500 cals but if this is wrong pls lmk
Edit: Many has said this is more strength trainings and this won't burn that much cals, around 1-200cals, so mfp is wrong. Also i do around 2hrs of intense swim a day so that also adds to the count.

And thatā€™s a wrap for Comic Con 2024! Ha, it was a lot of fun, but I really enjoyed dressing up as Mondo today! I even had a couple people recognize him! And a few others just liked the hair, one of whom asked how long it took me to get my hair like that, which tells me that at least it looks natural enough for people to mistake it as my actual hair, ha.
Overall, Comic Con was cool! On Thursday, I attended a live podcast recording for Braving the Elements, which is an Avatar the Last Airbender podcast hosted by Janet Varney and Dante Bosco (the voices of Korra and Zuko, respectively), and I actually got a trivia question right and I should (hopefullyā€¦) get an email from them soon to get a prize for answering the question right. If notā€¦ oh well. At least Iā€™ll be featured briefly on the podcast answering trivia correctly, even though I usually suck at trivia, ha.
The rest of the days were a bit more meh, but I still had fun. I won a Pokeball ornament from a Hallmark panel, since I knew how many Squirtles were in the Squirtle Squad, aha. Which leaves my trivia score 2 for 2 at the moment.šŸ˜… I also got a free shirt and scarf for the upcoming Yakuza live action show, which was neat. Iā€™ve never played Yakuza, but my brother has, so I was able to give him the shirt at least.
Still, while Comic Con was fun, Iā€™m definitely glad itā€™s over so I can go home and clean up from my frantic cosplay creating the last several weeks, oof.
Also! On the first day I dressed at Taka, but since I was by myself I only have the one photo my dad was able to quickly take of me before he had to drive off and a quick selfie I took in the car.
