I think Armin is the type of person to just forget to eat. It's probably a mix of him being so invested in whatever's at hand and the fact that he didn't grow up with much food so he kind of distracts himself
Put this guy with Annie-breakfast-brunch-lunch-treat-dinner-and-mightnight-snack-are-the-most-important-meals-of-the-day-Leonhart and someone will finally realize that THIS FUCKING BOY DOES NOT EAT!
Like I can see why it wasn't a huge problem during his cadet & soldier years because meal times are communal so he'd just eat when everyone else does, but without this structure. He's going a full day on a small breakfast he ate in a hurry and surviving purely off of coffee
While it might be awkward at first, I want to see Annie establish a "we eat our meals together + no work at the table" kind of thing, and it starts to feel more and more like a family neither of them had

Jesus fuxking christ having sm revelations agaib... like i was thinking abt the idea of taking care of yourself like youd take care of a child and rly like. It hit me how. If i had a child and thhey explained that they physically feel like i feel most of the time. I would asap be taking them to doctors trying 2 figure out what the fuck is wrong. And for myself im just like. Ok but u can handle it just a bit longer. I rly need 2 work on this

After my walk yesterday today was a tiny lil bit easier, my legs and feet are fine but my arms are sore from pushing my kids in the stroller, feels more like an arm workout instead of a walk 😅
All good though any progress is good progress ❤️
