we're trying a new method of studying where i start building a lego set on one of my desks and then i have my homework on my other desk and every time i get stuck with my homework i put a few pieces of legos together and then i have to go back to doing my homework. maybe it will trick me into wanting to get my homework done. we will see how this goes

AWFUL thing that happened today is some velcro stuck to my very nice hand knit alpaca shawl. luckily i managed to peel it off delicately enough to not destroy the fibers but good god it was stressful.

anyway my dad ordered some velcro cable ties so i can work on cable management tomorrow once my computer has been carted off to the doctor
