At first it’s hard. It’s awful. It hurts. And you wanna give up. But that one time, where it hits just right. When you start feeling like you’re floating. When the cravings go away and the pain begins to feel like the strongest drug you could have. You become addicted to that feeling. And then It becomes so much easier. To just. Not. eat.

if you want a smaller waist:
- DON'T DO plank twists, side planks, spiderman planks, or mountain climbers.
why? these exercises build your obliques muscle OUTWARD, which actually gives you a "boxier" appearance. which, if you like, then you can do it. most supermodels have this look and it's beautiful!
however, if you're looking to cinch your waist then
- DO sit ups, crunches, Russian twists, bicycle crunch.
- DO full body HIIT exercises and other forms of cardio in order to burn extra calories which will eventually burn body fat.
- DO be in a calorie deficit

I'm 16 years old F and 4'11.5, BMI of 20.3 (102lbs). I currently NEED a pro-ana partner or coach to keep me on track with my BMI goal of 16.9 (85lbs). I'm very desperate to lose weight!! I'm 19 yo and around 164 cm tall. I work in a physical demanding job, so I need to eat if I don't want to pass out.
I have an 3d since I'm 14/15 and this blog is my second 4n4 blog.

My Goals:
Gw1: 75 kg
Gw2: 70 kg

My cal max. is around 1200 kcal and I try to eat about 140 grams of protein.
My water intake would be around 2.5-5L daily.

Eat a breakfast under 60 calories every day
Eat 2 meals a day
Eat 300 calories max
Burn 400 calories or more
Me currently:
Weigh 42.3 naked
Eat a 50-80 breakfast
Eat 3 meals a day and a snack every other day
Eat around 600 calories daily
Burn 300-400 every day

Day 1 : sw: 52.9kg cw: 52kg (as of this morning, I’ve lost more throughout the day but I’ll only by putting morning weight) gw: 43.5kg - 43kg ugw: 38kg
Hi darlingggg!
Today has gone pretty well, I’ve not felt too hungry, but just that comfortable hunger that feels comforting and addictive so that’s good! I’ve also just started feeling slightly more airy, my head feels foggy in a good way and my body feels slightly weaker. It’s making me feel dainty so I like this feeling. So far I’m enjoying the feeling. My stomach already feels smaller but I feel like there’s going to be quite a bit of loose skin after the two weeks are over since it’s a drastic change, so I’m thinking I’ll try do some light yoga. Anyways, so far, things are doing good, I’m about an hour off from 24hours. I’m confident I can do this 💪

Ana Diary 2
I lie in bed all day and night, I sleep to forget I'm hungry and disgusting, I don't dare move from my bed to be surrounded by the one thing I avoid. I can't afford temptation. I recently got back from the hospital to learn that I have a ruptured cyst and a UTI from holding in my urine and bowel movements. The doctor asked me to rate my pain from a 1-10, I answered "8" because no suffering is compared to the agony of body dysmorphia, nothing on earth hurts more than seeing that number on the scale after checking for the 20th time that day. I managed to consume under 100 calories today and p1rged whatever I ate. The hunger pains and side stitch say I'm making progress, but the mirror says otherwise. Why is life so unfair?

!!! 48 cal caramel frappe !!!
!!! Ingredients !!!
1. 3 cups of ice - 0 cals
2. 1/2 cups of coffee - 0 cals
3. 1/3 cups of milk - 48 cals
4. 1/3 cups of Jordan’s Skinny Syrups Caramel Syrup - 0 cals
5. Eyeball amount/personal choice amount of Walden Farms Caramel Syrup - 0 cals
6. Splenda to taste - 0 cals
7. 2 tbsp of Walden Farms Caramel Dip - 0 cals
!!! Instructions !!!
1. Put 3 cups of ice in your blender
2. Put 1/2 cups of coffee in your blender
3. Put 1/3 cups of milk in your blender
4. Put 1/3 cups of Jordan’s Skinny Syrups Caramel Syrup in your blender
5. Put as much or little as you want of Walden Farms Caramel Syrup in your blender
6. Add some Splenda or sweetener of your choice
7. Blend, taste, and add more sweetener if you’d like. Repeat if necessary. If it’s not blending properly and gets stuck on some ice cubes, add a bit more coffee
8. Line your glass with Walden Farms Caramel Syrup for a Cali Style Starbucks look if you’d like
9. Pour your drink into your glass
10. Mix in about 2 tbsp of Walden Farms Caramel Dip for added texture and flavour
11. Enjoy!

I'm bored so I'm gonna make a list of my favorite Lc foods/ meals
- fruit cups (watermelon, strawberries, and blueberries. blackberries if ur feeling risky)
- a side of kimchi
- pickles
- vegetable soup
- cauliflower rice w/ tuna (for extra protein)
- cucumbers w/ everything bagel seasoning (i also like to add tomatoes)
- stir fried veggies w/ Lc barbecue sauce (mushrooms, green pepper, and broccoli are usually my go-to)
- cooked egg whites w/ spinach (its also very filling depending on how much spinach u add)
- sf slushie (crushed up ice w/ sf flavoring)
- lettuce w/ 'skinnygirl' dressing (my favorite is the poppyseed dressing)
- toasted Lcarb bread w/ sf jam, PB2
- steamed broccoli
- light Greek yogurt w/ strawberries
- mug cake (i just sub sugar with stevia and use almond milk instead of regular milk)
- cooked asparagus
- apples (i sprinkle some cinnamon too)
- bananas
- carrots w/ Lc ranch dressing
- smartpop popcorn (only 100cal per bag)
- protein bars
