This melty vegan cheese with agar agar is a delicious dairy-free alternative that melts beautifully and is perfect for sandwiches, pizzas, or as a snack with crackers.
Ingredients: 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. 1/4 cup tapioca starch. 2 tablespoons agar agar flakes. 2 tablespoons refined coconut oil. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder optional, for color.
Instructions: Nut milk, agar agar flakes, coconut oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and turmeric powder if using should all be mixed together in a saucepan using a whisk. Set the pan on medium heat and whisk the mixture all the time as you bring it to a simmer. Once the mixture starts to simmer, turn down the heat to low and keep whisking for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the mixture gets thicker and the agar agar flakes are gone. Put the mixture into a mold or a shallow dish that has been lined with parchment paper. Use a spatula to smooth the top of the mixture. After letting the cheese cool for about 30 minutes at room temperature, put it in the fridge to chill for at least two hours, or until it is firm. To make slices, take the cheese out of the mold or dish once it's hard. Put any leftovers in a container that won't let air in and put it in the fridge.

With these Vegan Loaded Texas Fries, you can enjoy the ultimate comfort food. Vegan chili, melty vegan cheese, creamy vegan sour cream, and many other tasty toppings are put on top of oven-baked fries that are nice and crispy. Great for a cozy night in or as an appetizer that everyone will love!
Ingredients: 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into fries. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp paprika. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp chili powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1 cup vegan chili. 1/2 cup vegan cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup vegan sour cream. 2 green onions, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, sliced. 1 avocado, diced.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fries are golden and crispy. Once the fries are done, remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Top the fries with vegan chili, vegan cheese, and vegan sour cream. Garnish with sliced green onions, pickled jalapenos, and diced avocado. Serve immediately and enjoy!

This vegan crunchwrap is full of quinoa, black beans, vegetables, and vegan cheese, and it tastes great. It's great for a quick and filling meal.
Ingredients: 1 gluten-free large tortilla. 1/4 cup cooked quinoa. 1/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed. 1/4 cup corn kernels. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup chopped lettuce. 2 tablespoons diced red onion. 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro. 1/2 avocado, mashed. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. Salt and pepper, to taste. 1/4 cup vegan cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup salsa. 1/4 cup vegan sour cream.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together quinoa, black beans, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the mashed avocado in the center. Top with the quinoa mixture, then sprinkle with vegan cheese. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating a hexagon shape. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the crunchwrap, seam side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. Carefully flip the crunchwrap and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Serve with salsa and vegan sour cream.
