It happened!

Dance class today. I finally got my left leg hang. Convincingly. No disputes.

I don’t know why this move has evaded me for so long but I have no doubt that my glute and lumbar strengthening program from the physio is part of the reason it’s finally coming together.

This was a big win.

Now to replicate it every single time from now until forever.

cant tell you how bad it feels to constantly tell other artists to come to tumblr, because its the last good website that isn't fucked up by spoonfeeding algorithms and AI bullshit and isn't based around meaningless likes
