If the prints sell out at the convention, will there ever be a chance of them coming back or are they a one and done sort of thing? I'm unfamiliar with what it's like to work with a printing service.

right now ive got evil demons (my friends) whispering in my ear to do anyc, so if i hypothetically did table next month there i won't be opening online shop til september. but as always, i'll post in advance before i open the online store so you'll have some forewarning!

i price for the production cost+shipping, time, and effort it takes to make goods and the market (especially with inflation and tariffs increasing production costs). if the price isn't right for you, that's okay. you gotta do you 👍

play deltarune!!!! ....but perhaps consider playing undertale first, if you haven't already :)c i think you can play deltarune as a stand-alone, but ur experience would be richer if you try undertale too

deltarune isn't complete yet, but i've really enjoyed every chapter so far. and i think undertale is one of the greatest games of all time ✨ utdr does such fun and interesting things telling a story both diegetically and with the meta narrative/framework of gaming itself. there's a reason it's so popular!! they're stories that are filled with so much Sincerity... totally worth playing!!

do you ever get stuck drawing simpler things as opposed to more detailed stuff ? Sometimes I feel incapable as an artist I cant even get a simple comic or joke to come out right when it should be more quick and easy compared to a full piece and I was just curious if you've struggled with anything like that or saved an idea for later cause it just wasnt working right now

drawing "simple" things can be just as difficult as detailed drawings imo--even if it's not a painting with flashy rendering, being able to convey ideas, characteristics, motion, thoughts with fewer lines/shapes/colors etc. is a skill in and of itself. you're essentially asking yourself to do more with less, so even if it's frustrating, i think the perspective is less that you're incapable as an artist and more that you are doing challenging work...!!

unless you have to produce art on a deadline as a job, i think it's better for ur mental health not to pay too much attention to how long drawings "should" be taking. people work at different paces and you'll find different types of art more or less difficult depending on your skillset and preferences. try not to beat yourself up about it...! my art folder is a graveyard of ideas i couldn't make work or tried to save for later and abandoned lol i am right there with you

man i really need to. i mean its RIGHT there what with aglaea's ambition to collect the coreflames and her utena-esque drawing the sword from the chest pose combined with the starry void in anaxa's vessel. it's okay if i draw the same picture composition for the like fiftieth time, right. right

yaoi knife: jayvik. its jayvik LOOOL perhaps obvious from my recent brainrotting but there's very few ships i've encountered where the characters' relationships in th e source material itself are founded on life-and-death, love-and-violence, hand-in-hand...

yuri knife: i recently watched "the executioner's way of life"...! the character designs are kind of a miss but i think the worldbuilding and the two main leads are interesting

given the size of ax it's smart to be prepared haha!! still working on my catalog, but i'll have jayvik prints ("orpheus" and "our hextech dream"), foil washi, vinyl coaster, stickers, and an acrylic block set; i also made jayvik sticky notepads and a jvk zip pouch for two separate stamp rallies, so there's Extra Credit jvk available!!! pricing is stc buuuut roughly:

prints: $15 - 25 (depending on size), all buy 2 get 1 free acrylic block set: $25 coaster: $15 washi: $12 stickers: $5

Oh damn--I don't know why, but I was under the impression you were an insanely fast artist. I ALSO take 15+ hours to do one art piece, so 🤝🤝🤝 (Honestly I love your art though, it's so pretty)

it can vary a lot...!! i think it was about 3 hours for the venti + dahlia draw (it's pretty simple and i can draw venti in my sleep) and the mage viktor comic i just posted was probably around 8 hours (cuz it's super stylized and paneling lets me cut out a lot of things lol). it's just full color paintings that take a zillion years O(--(

i try not to get too hung up on how slow i go tho, cuz unless you have to art on a deadline as a professional, who cares how long it takes!! as long as ur having fun and not torturing your wrists too much :')
