finally watched Reign of the Supermen

Thanks!! I'm glad you like the art! I've always loved superheroes but had hardly ever read any DC stuff, so it's been fun to get into!
#dc comics#superboy#ask#eyobis and the bunnycats#ive been slowly working my way through yj98 and the related series ie ive read some impulse and superboy and have plans to at least sample#robin93 wondergirl and batgirl99#< batgirl just cus she seems fun#i didnt read dc growing up and only sporadically read marvel stuff mostly from the library#especially specific runs like ms marvel squirrel girl gwenpool spiderman#but i did read a lot of the 90s sonic comics. which makes for a really interesting comparison to the dc ones bc theyre very similar lol#not least bc a lot of the sonic staff in the 90s was cape comics guys who got ported over#and didnt know how to draw cartoon animals.....#thx for the ask!#2024#also 90s comics are. such a mixed bag of sexism racism etc around every corner

I have also not seen the show, but I believe her backstory is largely the same as in the comics. In the comics, she's broken out of a government facility by the boys and becomes a regular member of the team
