Something, something Gwen's ghost having a major part to play in how long it took Peter and MJ to properly get together because he wouldn't deal with his trauma and kept rolling with caregiver fatigue of his aunt and the city. This is exacerbated by the discovery of the Gwen Clones that Warren/Jackel had. seeing them in varying states of progression/ dissection d/t Warren's obsession with her is very very traumatizing.

The clone saga is something I need to work into my headcanons, but the mind games as well as narcissism and manipulation that the Jackel presses onto Peter, in my head anyway, regarding the experiments at OsCorp and how that he put two and two together about the spide which makes Peter no longer a person, but military breeding stock which validated Warren/Jackels' motives to make not only clones of Peter ( Ben and Kaine respectively) but to further make clones of Gwen where none of them turn out 'perfect' because Jackel can't comprehend the reality of her, only his fetish.

Just the idea of all of that is something I need to put on paper because it is a whole mindfuck for Peter and the closest he's come 2ndary to his Uncle's Murderer to killing anyone.

And he just doesn't know what to do with all of the bodies of Gwen. She's been dead for a while now, yet here she is in varying stages of agony.

Raised by a single-father because her mother left them when she was only 5. Camilia’s father was always the hardest worker in the room and instilled the sense that hard work means everything into young camilia’s brain. 

She learned rather quickly how to take care of herself due to the long hours her father worked, and spent most of her time studying or her nose in books to get her out of her town. Her father constantly telling her she needed to do better than what he did. 

Got a full ride scholarship to a college in chicago and milia had her bags packed and was out of new mexico faster than you could blink. 

In college she finally felt like she was on the right track to being who she was meant to be especially when she met winnie. The girl was quite literally camilia’s better half and without her mila had no idea where she’d be. Winnie got her out of her head and brought her into the world, taught her to look at life through ‘the glass is half-full’ glasses. 

Through winnie mila met danny and jesse and while winnie & danny’s attempts at trying to match the latter and her up didn’t work they were like a family and that was enough for mila besides relationships definitely scared the girl. 

After graduating, Mila immediately took a job in Chicago as an investigative journalist. She stayed for a year before moving toNew York to work at New York Times. Her life was solely her work until winnie called to tell her she was expecting. Over the moon for her friends she couldn’t have been happier. promising that she’d always be there for her friend's child, and after meeting little iris camilia knew she hadn’t lied.

TRIGGER WARNING: DEATH Life was going great and then the dreaded call came that her best friends had passed. Her whole world changed overnight. Resigning from the times and packing her bags to move to grimrose, new hampshire to be a parent. Camilia picked up a job at the local newspaper and while it wasn’t as fancy as her old job it’s slow and steady which is maybe what she needs.

The reason fat cadavers are not accepted for medical programmes is that you need to cut through every layer of fat carefully. Which takes time, and lab sessions are inherentely limited in that. It's better for med students to spend that time looking at what organs actually look like in bodies. This isn't fatphobia, it's just .. the way dissecting bodies works? In the same way surgeries on fat people take longer because there's just physically more tissue. The alternative would be to force the med students who get fatter cadavers to do more lab sessions at weird times outside of the usual schedules. Or force them to stay over the holidays. Or not let them get enough time to do the lab work they need to. Which imo would be a bit fucked up especially when med school is already so difficult and time-consuming.

It’s fatphobia. Fat bodies absolutely need to be studied. To ignore an entire demographic of oppressed individuals in the medical field for the sake of convenience(?!) is violence. Did you even read the article? They called working on fat cadavers “unpleasant.” It’s fatphobia and it’s unacceptable.

The only acceptable trans Tim headcanon would be Tim introducing himself to the batfam as a boy from the get-go with such confidence that no one questions him. Then, his first solo case as Robin is investigating the disappearance of Jack and Janet Drake's "daughter," so he pretends to have a twin sister by forging a bunch of documents and photoshopping family pictures. He then fabricates evidence of her death, committing multiple crimes in the process, and holds a fake funeral at the end. Because if his previous name is dead to him, he's gonna kill it the Tim Drake way

i accidentally napped and had a dream (nightmare?) where a new update for stardew valley released where everything was the same except on a random day in year 3 Evelyn would just straight up die. There was a whole cutscene that started in her house where she collapsed, and then transitioned over to the hospital where Harvey gave George and Alex the worst news of their lives. However, they got to speak to her where she said something along the lines of "Yoba will protect me, and I am sure he will let me watch over you."

Alex and George would not talk to the player for more than a few words for a full season after this event. George would spend most of his time in the bedroom, so if you had less than 2 hearts with him, you could barely ever speak to him.

And Alex... oh my god, poor Alex. If you were married to him during this event, he just stayed in bed all day. Otherwise, if single, he would just stand on the beach most of the time, staring off into the ocean. If you tried to interact with him, it would just say "Alex is grieving... Better leave him be."

There was also other NPC dialogue like mayor Lewis saying "I haven't seen the community in this state of mourning since your grandfather passed..."

there was also a glitch where you could make Evelyn live forever and there were entire guides for the "immortal Evelyn glitch" that got patched out in the next update. If you tried to perform the glitch after the patch, mr. Qi would tell you that "hey, it happens to all of us. We can't prevent it, and neither can you, no matter how hard you try."

I've often seen this person's posts pop up, he's known for the number of cats he feeds, even before this, hence the username. The other day, I remember seeing that pic of him and that tiny little puppy on the beach and being cheered up by it. It's just so sad... they literally can't have anything.

aaron bushnell knew exactly what he was doing. he states his intentions with total lucidity and sense of purpose. he knows what he's about to do is extreme--he says so. he speaks calmly, but he's clearly terrified. he takes a deep breath after pouring the accelerant over himself. he has to psyche himself up to light the flame. he struggles with the lighter. he says "free palestine" normally once before he starts to scream it. even through his agony he manages to say it one last time before he stops being able to speak at all. this is a man with total conviction. he wanted to help people, in any way possible. this action was a moral one, and any news outlet painting this as simply a mental health issue is a disservice to his memory. he knew what he was doing when he burned himself in uniform. he knew that there was a chance that sacrificing his own life could go on to save many others. this was the ultimate act of selflessness, and it should be treated as such. may he rest in peace.
