Back to Doing this because I'm desperate for money again. Hi I'm Mae, I'm a trans woman who's been transitioning for years. I'm about to make an important step forward in my transition but I'm caught in a dilemma. I was in a collision that did some damage to my car that crucially needs to be repaired imminently in order for my car to be safe to drive. I need my car to commute to work so that, on top of the fact that I'm preparing to make a life changing decision that may put me in more medical debt than I'm already in from a trip to the hospital last year puts me in a dilemma and I could use some help. Help UK Trans Girl Relocate! (URGENT)

My fiancée, @plaidos , is currently looking to relocate with me outside of the UK, where things are becoming increasingly dangerous for trans people every day. Whether it be legislation or day-to-day living, this rampant transphobia has informed our decision to move her out of the country. We have already taken steps to do this as soon as possible; I have increased my hours at work, am currently in line for a promotion, and we have recently been able to acquire resources which would allow her to work more often. Even then, the expenses for things such as Visa Fees, travel, housing, and other cost of living expenses are still quite high. This fund would serve as a financial safety net for us, and would help this process go much smoother for us in the long run. A Plea for Hope: Surviving as an LGBTQ Refugee

Ever since I was forced to flee my home country because of my sexuality, life has been a relentless struggle. What once was home—full of laughter, shared meals, and a sense of belonging—was turned into a place of fear and persecution. My identity, something I could never change, became a reason for rejection, violence, and the unimaginable pain of losing everything.

Today, I find myself far from home, fighting to survive. Each day is a challenge—finding enough food to eat, clean water to drink, a safe place to rest, and access to basic medication. Hunger gnaws at me constantly, but the ache of loneliness cuts even deeper.

As LGBTQ people, we are often told that we are a family, that we are each other's strength when the world turns its back. I am reaching out to that family now. My LGBTQ brothers and sisters, this is my plea: I need help.

No one should have to face hunger, homelessness, or the terror of being unsafe simply for existing. I know that many of us have endured hardships, and some may still be walking through fire. Yet, I hold onto hope that compassion, kindness, and solidarity can carry us through.

If you are reading this and you understand the pain of being rejected for who you are, know that I see you. And if you have the ability to help—whether by sharing this story, offering resources, or simply sending words of encouragement—please do.

my friend harmony is a disabled trans lesbian who has been homeless for almost two months now , relying solely on the kindness of strangers to make ends meet . after all this time , she’s finally caught a break – her cousin has extended an invitation to live with her and has offered to help her get a job at her place of work . this is absolutely fantastic news and i’m so so excited for harmony to get back on her feet !! 

the only issue is that her cousin lives roughly 2000 miles across the country . harmony is ready to go whenever , she just needs a little more help: she’s disabled and cannot drive for super long periods of time , so she will need to stop and stay at a hotel a few times along the way ( ~$200 ) . she also needs gas to fill up her tank ( ~$250 ) and food to eat ( ~$50 ) .

all together , she only needs about $500 to make this trip . if you can spare anything at all , please send a few dollars her way ! i know we’re all struggling , so if you can’t afford to help monetarily , please boost this post !! harmony is so so close to finally being in a stable situation again . thank you for reading !!!

Hello tumblr dot com users! I'm Ren, a trans and disabled venezuelan trying to get back into art. And as of the 1st of nov 2024 I'm officially unemployed and really, really broke 🥲

If you want a more extended version of our situation you can reffer to my last post thread from months ago, I decided to finally create this one as an updated version.

Summarizing and updating extremely quickly what has happened this last time: The humanitarian Parole is no longer available, The Darien has become way more dangerous and inaccesible to cross and the Panama goverment is going to get toughter, considering this is a mostly usamerican site I hope I don't have to mention what happened this month over there, and obviously there's certainty shit isn't going to get any better from this point onwards. Things have changed so much that my mother started considering emigrating to Spain.

As some of the people close to me know, I really dislike being in the necessity of e-begging without at least offering something in return to people helping me because I don't feel ok doing so otherwise. That's why in this post I have several avenues to help me depending on what anyone might preffer.

Our current plan is to keep saving as much as we can while we wait and hope for a relative of my father to present a Family Reunification TPS while there is still chance, if neither of those don't work or something happens, we'll help either him or my mother go to Spain instead. We are definitively not giving up, but that doesn't mean things didn't get harder.

hello there, my name is equinox, im a multiply disabled intersex trans person who is currently in need of saving up to pay for their electric bill. i am dealing with a hiatal hernia which has been making it extremely difficult to sit upright for long periods of time. i have been dealing with severe gastro intestinal pain for about a month now, as well as getting very sick in the stomach after most meals i eat. i am seeing a GI specialist in a month to address the issues, but until then, i need help making sure i can secure enough money to pay my electric bill. i also deal with schizophrenia, hypermobile ehlers danlos, degenerative disc disease and other health complications. it has been very hot where i have i am living, routinely getting up to 100 F/38 C or higher, which has been making my symptoms worse.

I don't post a lot about my personal life on here, but in the spirit of pride month, I'm getting bottom surgery! I've been on HRT over five years now, and I'm really, really excited to finally take this last big step. I'm even lucky enough to have already saved up enough for the surgery itself and for travel and accommodations! But that is my entire savings, with nothing left over for complications, or to support myself and my household if recovery keeps me out of work longer than expected.

So I'm trying to raise money for a Surgery Emergency fund of $5000 - enough to make up for an extra month without work. If I don't end up needing it, I'll donate it to another trans surgery fund. I know there are a lot of very worthy causes in need of donations right now, and I know there's not a lot of money to go around, but if you can spare even a little, it would mean the world to me.
