Love is tricky, it comes and goes

Often feels so real and so true

Disappointment, feelings of danger

Good to learn at an early age

Don't allow to dive to rage

Love is madness, but you will survive

Still a work in progress. ⠀ However, I am so proud of how far I have come this year in my personal growth. I still have my up days and my down days, but every day, I remind myself how awesome, loveable, worthy, and beautiful I am. ⠀ Anyone else has difficulty saying these words about themselves? I did and still due. I laugh half the time I say affirmations since it feels so false to declare this much self-love acceptance for yourself. ⠀ When I have kids, I will teach them that their "one" is the person looking back at them in the mirror.
