this is a controversial take but i don’t really think sexual wincest dynamic would be the same as the dynamics they have with girls. mostly because this interpretation tends to ignore canonical nuances that define sam and dean’s relationship, which includes dean’s extreme possessiveness, sam’s willing submissiveness with dean (especially when it comes to physical touch), the fact that dean is the only one with whom sam is able to be physically vulnerable in a way he can’t with anybody else, the fact that dean genuinely loves taking care of his little brother. it’s an essential part of their relationship, and it just makes sense for it to be part of their sexual dynamic too

i think, ultimately, mdzs is about devotion. i think it’s about finding who or what you would do anything for even when it’s to your own detriment or the detriment of the people around you. i think it’s about devotion and its consequences, and not just the devotion between romantic partners like lan wangji and wei wuxian, but also devotion to a family member (jin guangyao) to a clan (jiang cheng) to some ideal (xiao xingchen). almost every important character is doing what they do out of a sense of devotion — which is noble until it isn’t — and that makes the conflicts in mdzs so interesting because they all have understandable and compelling reasons to do what they do.

hisoillus first hug ever was prompted by illumi while he was asleep. hisoka was already close and a sleeping illumi just wrapped his arms around him and pulled him close and hisoka froze the fuck up because he has NOT hugged anyone in.... decades

i like to think illumi hugs a pillow as he sleeps so he just ends up hugging hisoka without knowing and hisoka sits there for a good hour without moving a muscle not sure what the hell to do

geto is the one that approaches you about it. the first thing out of your mouth is whether or not they're growing bored of you (communication!) and then you say they can fuck nanami. you don't mind although you are a bit sad that you aren't good enough for them to which geto immediately reassures you that are you more than enough and everything they need. he wants to grow old with you. and it's not exactly them nanami would be fucking....

you and nanami talk. nanami tries to feel out if stsg offering you to men is a regular occurrence (it's not he's just a very special case) (nanami thinks the WORST of them help 😭) you tell him that it's okay to say no. that you aren't sure you'd be able to please him anyway and nanami who has been mostly silent asks you if YOU want it. after a more embarrassed pause you say you'd be lying if you never thought of it. nanami says he'll do it although he already knows stsg are going to be unbearable

unfortunately that doesn't mean free reign. nanami has to watch stsg fuck you first. an almost unwilling voyeur as stsg are determined to give him a show by fucking 7 ways to Sunday and manhandling you and telling him all the small ways he can make you come. all the small things that you really like. nanami is kinda horrified 😭 and you're so embarrassed you cant quite meet his eyes after even when he's undressed and on top of you.

the entire time through it he asks you if you're okay. if you want him to stop and get off of you.

stsg are sick because the only position they let nanami fuck you in is missionary so close the two of you look like actual lovers. geto hums making completely inappropriate comments to rearrange you, tells you to put your arms around nanami's neck, just the way you do to him. the way you squeeze him when you come is just so cute. while gojo is practically interrogating him on how you good you feel. he's such a good superior for letting him have a taste of you like this, isn't he? anyway nanami blocks it all out through sheer willpower and by focusing purely on your pleasure

even though you already came a handful of times from stsg you come so easily with nanami. hes so kind and gentle and never loses control. he's never seen you like this, flushed and teary eyed, biting your lip when you come again. he doesn't know why you keep apologizing. so he makes you feel so good you can't string the apologies together. he kisses you at the end, taking your lips with his when you cry out into his mouth. that's the one thing that makes stsg completely silent. they weren't expecting him to kiss you.

My idea is that everything is almost the same: the whole of Dark Era happened, Dazai left, the bomb in the car happened, the whole thing. But!

In the Dark Era light novel, when Dazai goes to Mori to request help for Oda, he mentions forming a "small team of executive-level ability users". Obviously, that idea never came to be, but Chuuya fits that description, so what if Dazai had followed through on that idea? Because of the timing, Oda still dies, that team never made it, but now Chuuya is involved in that mess.

The aftermath of Dark Era has grey areas, and by playing with that, Chuuya, now personally involved in these events, struggles to accept Mori's "sacrifices (of our own people) must be made for the greater good" philosophy, realizes the threat can come from the inside, and after a while, decides that he needs to leave and find a better way to protect (not save!) people.

While Dazai goes directly to Taneda, we know Chuuya has history with Ango (plus he's also involved in this) and that's who he goes to for help. Ango knows about Dazai's plans, mentions Chuuya to Taneda, and Taneda is delighted. He decides to do the same thing with Chuuya he's doing with Dazai. The PM just manipulated them into giving out a legal permit, two can play at that game.

And that's what leads us to a two-year-long buildup to Taneda's greatest punchline yet

yeah zoro and luffy knew usopp would come around and apologize post-w7, but the agony leading usopp to apologize bc his friends - the friends he had just fought with against the world government, and for some minutes he had taken off his mask and been part of the crew again as himself - those friends now really set sail with their new ship and their new shipwright, two better replacements for merry and him, and they ignored him, they didn't listen to him, they didn't want him back, they didn't need a liar, a burden, a weakling, a coward, and there's shame and other emotions with anger being the easiest one to handle, they leave him they leave him they leave him, and no matter what he can't let it end like this, not after everything they went through, he had to be honest at least in the end, but honesty was hard and they were leaving without him, they didn't need him, they had a new ship, they had an excellent shipwright that would take care of their new ship, so much better than he ever could, and franky was such a great guy, they wouldn't even notice him gone, and even though there were things he could do that he others couldn't, it didn't matter in that moment bc they were leaving, without him, sick of his lies and cowardice and him, they were being attacked and finally nobody had to watch out for him, protect him, save him, he would have been no help there on the ship at all, so there was really only one thing left to do before he was all alone, alone like he had never been since his mother died and that nearly broke him but he didn't have time for that right now bc *his crew* was leaving and he had to say sorry, he had to-
