i closed my eyes and i'm 15 again, i can see it all so clearly

i hear someone call out your name from across the room, it's not the first time i've heard it, but it'd be nice to put a face to the name.

i looked up out of curiosity.

suddenly time stopped and my heart beat quicker

my interest was certainly peaked.

you went around the room and introduced yourself to everyone, then you got to me, we shook hands.

"so you're the famous ------. i've heard a lot about you"

was that stupid of me to say? does that make me seem weird? she has no idea who i am, why would i say that?

"nothing good, i'm sure"

then you looked into my eyes and smirked at me, that damn smirk of yours. i can tell you with 100% certainty that in that very moment, i decided you would be mine. i didn't know why but i felt like you were going to mean something to me, something important.

and i was right, because you're everything to me. even now, years later as you're no longer in my life, you are everything.

i genuinely don't know what i'm supposed to do now.

i wish.... i wish,

i would've held you tighter, loved you better, kissed you more often, relished your touch more.

because now you're gone. and my life has never felt so empty before...

cursed construction core hi vis bra that came to me in a dream

In the dream I saw it in the window display of a hardware/DIY/trade shop, implying it was meant to be a practical garment designed for actual female constructions workers in a Female Armour level missed-the-brief attempt at gender inclusion

The practical support from the visible underwire combined with the hi vis implying it’s not meant to be worn as an undergarment, I just-

I blame my binge-reading ND Stevenson’s gender comics talking abt masculinity and femininity incl the one abt Victoria’s Secret lingerie yesterday for this monstrosity x’D

izuku is SO OBLIVIOUS

- COMPLETELY UNAWARE of the affect he has on you

- the way he gazes at you when you speak, those glowing emerald eyes so deep, so intense that you can't help but look away, getting all shy and tripping over yourself, overwhelmed by his undivided attention (it always makes you worry that there might be something on your face)

- that pretty smile of his that captivates you, so much so that when it dissipates into a lowered frown, the feeling resonates (IT MAKES YOU GIGGLE N KICK YOUR FEET WHEN THE SMILE IS ESPECIALLY TOWARD YOUU)

- and just his overall character and personality

- izuku's the sweetest guy you've ever met—caring, considerate, selfless, sympathetic

- he's observant, noticing, and he knows exactly what to say when you're discouraged or upset (pretty ironic how he doesn't notice your feelings)

- not only that, he's super admirable—he's an ambitious one, working hard for his goal to be a pro hero, with perserverence and commitment

- this guy has you in a chokehold

- and what better way to show a bit of your love than giving him gifts?

- on holidays, you take your time and consideration to write him a letter from the heart, along with organizing a thoughtful gift bag of something you made for him, bought, or both—valentine's, christmas, his birthday

- and you always send one of his friends to give it to him, it saves you the embarrassment

"Hey, Midoriya!! Here, it's from y/n!"

"For me? Tell her I said thank you!..But, why didn't she give it to me herself?"

- HM I WONDER WHY (they're discreetly aware of your feelings it's kind of obvious with the way you act around him and the gift giving only confirms it)

- of course they tease him about it and stuff, but he always sees it as you being nice

- so when you finally muster up the courage to confess your heartfelt feelings for him on the last day of your 4th year, he's absolutely stunned

"Wait...really!? You like me? As in you see me as something more than-? As in a boy..friend that goes on dates and stuff!?"

- YES

- he thinks he's just an average guy, a huge nerd with a dream

- LIKE NO YOU'RE NOT??

- you having feelings for him will never cross his mind so it'll come as a GREAT surprise to him

- izuku will be absolutley and utterly clueless

spirk using telepathy to keep each other alive. kirk, desperate, psy-null and untrained, reaching clumsily into spock's dying mind and pulling, dragging spock's essence into himself, wrenching him forceably from the very jaws of death and holding him there through sheer strength of will, saying you can't die, i won't let you, you can't leave me, i need you, and binding him to life and to himself until it's impossible to fully separate them. spock, more skilled, carefully managing each one of kirk's vital signs - keeping his heart beating steady, his lungs drawing breath, his temperature within a safe range, all while suppressing kirk's pain, and at the same trying, vainly, to keep their minds from tying themselves inexorably together, but they're pressed too close and he can't, and he hopes that kirk will forgive him, for bonding them like this (he will, of course he will), but the alternative, letting kirk die, was - unthinkable.
