You had known ford since highschool and stayed with him ever since, you had always thought of yourself as annoying and a burden to him but the way he looks at you, the way he smiles, makes you laugh, you can't really just let him go, so you decided to follow your heart and move with him to gravity falls! Not like anything bad could happen, right?

You two had just moved in together!! You felt butterflies in your stomach when he helped you put your shelves up, calm down, calm down. It's not like you haven't done this before with him, you two WERE roomates in college, but sure. This isn't the same setting, you clear your throat before focusing on him again, noticing he's doing his absolute best screwing the nails in deep. A thought passes through your.mind and you blush, turning away to try and play it cool, it obviously didn't work when you turned back to see ford with an eyebrow up in confusion.

"Are you sick?"

"No, just used too much makeup i guess"

He chuckles, knowing you don't even wear makeup

"Sure, mind helping me carry the equipment downstairs?"

"Of course!"

You help him carry numerous boxes with white tape on them with different labels, "machine 1 parts 1, machine 1 parts 2, machine 2 parts" so on and so forth, after 15 or 30 trips down to the basement and back you and ford decide to take a break by looking around the place. He had chosen a shack far away from the city, why? To observe the weird creatures ofc! It wouldn't be ford without his weird obession to mythical creatures, you think to yourself, knowinf damn well the said creatures aren't much of a 'myth' since you've seen some yourself when adventuring with ford. You two decide to have a picnic outside, deep in the forest. What a smart choice, let's hope nothing out of the ordinaary happens!

"So.. the weather's nice isn't it?"

"..."

"What?"

"Just eat your food this is unbearable"

Your lips curve into a smile, laughing at him

"It's not my fault its hard to hold a conversation with you!"

The both of you laugh, you look at him, your stomach flipping, god, he looks so cute. You eventually get a hold of yourself again and the both of you continue your picnic in peace, talking about favorite animals, what animal they'd like to be, etc.

Presenting Malachi first :33 my beautiful lovely baby boy who is most definitely the prettiest boy in the village. Definitely would be more of a heartbreaker if like. He didn’t accidentally speak like Phoenix Drop’s equivalent of a medieval poet trying to converse with like modern day folks.

Erm next is Molly :33 I do have a Molly design page I never shared and I won’t ever share cuz I never finished it ♡ anyways to me she definitely is like a waitress/head lady at a tavern with an inn on the second floor in Phoenix Drop, at least I believe she met Dale there and sparks flew between the two or something. Idk I like drawing her holding two big glasses of beer and having some level of charisma even if she’s like overbearing and shit outside of work.

And lastly Yip :3 tbh I looked at my whole doodle sheet and realized I accidentally like drew blondes vs brunettes so I ended it off with yip even tho he technically has black hair and not brown hair I like to think he has a pretty ample amount of body hair and thick wavy hair from the werewolf genes and also just cuz he’s gorgeous or whatever. The town’s big brother and I don’t really remember much sorryyyyy lol

I also think he has sharpened and slightly elongated ears but not in the way elves/half elves do but more of a weird shape idk I’ll draw it better later just guess for now

Oh and like one final thing I accidentally mistook Alexis for having a crush on Malachi and not Yip so I drew this to show how he just effortlessly sparkles before Cal told me I was wrong <\3

hey hey hey my fellow lames!

recently, I've had an influx of folks requesting my assistance with writing their fics and AYO i love y'all for that! i thought, that maybe, i would give you guys some tips and tricks that i use on the day to day when writing! apologies if this post is mad long or mad stupid, idk i thought it would be fun!

Shamesy's Plot Creation Process

this is where most new writers fail before they even start, but im gonna give you a super simple tip: be stupid about it.

yes, you heard me correctly.

chances are, you have a scene or two or three in your noggin that you want to write out, and a general idea of where you want to end up, but getting all that extra shit in the middle is hard! thats okay!

im gonna hold ur little baby writer hand and we'll walk through how to get there, together. take a deep breath, today we're going to plot out a one shot in which gojo and geto want poptarts.

Step 1: Open up a google doc and slap a name on that bitch.

(or a word doc, or the notes app on your phone, or a kroger receipt and a pen idc just have somewhere you can write)

congrats, young warrior you have already done the hardest part: beginning

Step 2: Throw a general idea at the top. no thoughts; smooth brain as hell. Do not overthink it.

did my laptop auto correct "geto" to "ghetto"? yes. am i gonna fix it? naur. why? because we're not overthinking it. plus it's hilarious.

Step 3: Slap down those scenes that have been bubbling in ur noggin with reckless abandon

dont bother with typos or trying to actually write any scene out. we're just word vomiting up here so we dont forget, capiche?

Step 4: Are you the drama?

yeah, basically u are u dramatic little bitch. thats ur job here, get with the program. you're the author. this is where you elaborate on feelings in these scenes. again, just shart it out onto your page

ahHAH, U GENIUS. now we're getting somewhere.

Step 5: Connect the dots.

add in additional steps to get from one scene to the next

Step 6: Step 4 part 2: electric boogaloo

we need!!!! moRE!!! FEEEEEEELIIIINGS!!

and just like that bitches!!! you friend have a plot to work off of!!

the point of doing this in this fashion is to take the pressure off creating a masterpiece when all you have is an idea! this method allows you to take the idea and branch out from the scene in your head instead of trying to start from the beginning and hope your scene falls into place later!

Greetings folks! Did somebody say fungus bots? its time to spore some trouble i guess :) ok it wasnt funny i get it.. Anyways meet with new fungus based biohybrid bot..

before i start to explain how its works lets take a look at its backstory shall we?

The idea was almost age old actually, experimentation of soft body robotics and bio robotics and today its reshape as we see biohybrid robotics with the search for more sustainable, self-healing, and biodegradable materials. Traditional robots are often made from synthetic materials and metals, which can be rigid, non-biodegradable, and challenging to repair. The researchers at Cornell University sought to overcome these limitations by integrating biological elements into robotic systems.

The team turned to mycelium, the root-like structure of fungi, which has the unique ability to grow, self-repair, and biodegrade. Mycelium is also known for its strength and flexibility, making it an ideal candidate for use in soft robotics. By embedding mycelium within a network of sensors and actuators, the researchers created a biohybrid bot capable of sensing its environment and responding to stimuli, all while being environmentally friendly.

This fungus bot represents a significant step towards more sustainable robotics, demonstrating how living organisms can be harnessed to create innovative and eco-friendly technologies. The research also opens up possibilities for robots that can grow, adapt, and repair themselves in ways that conventional robots cannot, potentially revolutionizing fields such as environmental monitoring, agriculture, and even healthcare.

there is four actual elements that actually runs this bot besides of shell.

Fungus's Mycelium

Fungus's slug

UV light or UV array in the sun light

Electricity (it seperates as fungus related electrical pulse and electricity waves from censors)

firstly lets start with fungus mycelium: Mycelia are the underground vegetative part of mushrooms, and they have a number of advantages. They can grow in harsh conditions. They also have the ability to sense chemical and biological signals and respond to multiple inputs. so basically its neural system that transfers certain commands of activities between root and fungus itself

its slug is basically fungus's cell system or actual biohybrid organism it this case

once mycelium gets affected by UV lights it generates small electricity pulses to slug system and when slugs gets electrocuted by these pulses it acts like a muscle basically and it causes the slug to move or contract its muscles to activate.

and once you figure out how you gonna shape its muscle system and house them carefully you will have a "biohybrid robot" as their terms

the reason im taking this now is it reminded me "Fungus Baby Experiments" which is an inside name for series of projects that been continued for a while after corona until now.. Simply, the goal was to create or adapt an organism to thrive in different environments and make sure these environments livable by humans in the future by manipulating with artificial and external factors. Google it :)
