Lo segundo es, empieza a trázate objetivos y cúmplelos. Cada día establece metas diarias y motívate a empezar. Tercero, haz tu propia lista de límites, reconocer tus debilidades y establece estrategias para superarlos. También, alégrate y celebra tus propios logros, tus éxitos cuando sientas que tu confianza disminuye. Lo importante que te aconsejo es que transformes tus pensamientos negativos. Identifica tus creencias limitantes y cámbialas por pensamientos positivos, creen en tus propias habilidades y valía. No te compares con otros, evitar eso, cada persona tiene su propio camino, su propio proceso. Enfócate en el tuyo y celebras, sin mirar a los demás. Por último, aprender de tus propios errores, tu propio fracaso ws parte del crecimiento.

Espero les haya servido y motivado a seguir practicando la autoconfianza, sé que puede ser difícil cuando has pasado por situaciones complicadas, pero que te puedo decir. Lo que sí sé es que estoy orgullosa de ti, de tu proceso de cómo has avanzado tanto, todos tus logros son maravillosos y deberías empezar a celebrarlos, de estar feliz de ellos. i have so many strategies and policies for writing work emails. and the thing is i used to think they were all super self-evident, until i started training people who did not do ANY of this and it all had to be explained. i was like, i don't know why clients love me, maybe because i'm adorable? but then i discovered i actually had to tell my coworkers to say "thank you" in emails and was like hmmm. maybe it's because i'm adorable AND i say thank you in emails. further research is needed.

spent the week with my family who ive waffled on coming out to in any capacity for years and flying home to be with my gay ass friends in a few hours has all sorts of feelings whizzing around inside but more than anything i am filled with joy and fierce love for all my trans friends and all my trans compatriots everywhere you have my sword forever may you be wild and free and safe for always
