📓
YIPPE Okay so this is about Uncontained (I’m gonna shorten Uncontained Anomalies Canon to just Uncontained for simplicity sake)
I’m currently drafting an SCP article for Grace and Argent, they’re twins, psychics, and have what I suppose are x-men type regeneration abilities. (I know nothing about x-men) Argent was kidnapped and taken by the SCP Foundation when they were really young, any evidence of him even existing was just wiped from the face of the earth. Grace and everyone who knew Argent are given amnestic pills so they completely forget him, he’s also given these pills so he forgets life before being put in the Foundation
Argent is kept in containment til he’s around 20, when Nelson, O5-6, a member of the o5 council which controls the foundation, offers him a job as a foundation field agent/member of the mobile task force (foundations brute force that they use for defense, offense, and bringing SCPs to containment). He accepts and with Nelson’s training and a lot of string pulling in the bg, he climbs the ranks and joins Mobile Task Forces Alpha-1, which works directly underneath the O5 council, basically like their personal bodyguards. Argent is set to be the next O5-6 if Nelson were to ever retire, go missing, or be terminated for any reason.
Meanwhile Grace lives a relatively normal life up until her late teens when she starts having psychic visions, blurry visions of what happened to her brother and possibly where he is in present. She runs away from home and eventually finds her way into the Manna Charitable Foundation, an anomalous humanitarian aid group, through meeting Sonia. She’s still honing her abilities while traveling the world helping others and looking for her brother.

Down from the Red Hills by opalmatrix
When a limiter-less Hakkai chases some fleeing youkai into the hills and doesn't return, Gojyo goes after him. The journey back is much longer than he ever expected.
Pose by Ukoku2012
Walking back in, Gojyo was greeted with a sight that would have made a classical painter weep and scramble for their supplies: Hakkai half stretched out on his front, arms draped across the pillow with his head nestled between them. The lines of his back practically begged the eye to follow them down to where his ass was slipping out from the covers that were tangled around his legs. "Oh, we are not getting out of bed today," Gojyo growled, almost sprinting across the room.
Then Hakkai opened his one visible eye and Gojyo staggered from the disorienting wave of deja vu.
Flash in the Pan by theskywasblue
Gojyo hates washing dishes
Accidental Innocence by Crescentium
Hakkai and Gojyo have lived together for quite some time without actually living together, as it were. It does not mean they have not thought about it. There are accidents, and then there are accidents, and Gojyo might say "Bullshit."

Lauds by Nakimochiku
Hakkai's god is of the body, so he worships him with his body.
Wherever I Find Myself by louise_lux
"This place is a dump," Gojyo said, looking around.
He wasn't wrong. The unmistakable smell of mould curled through the rooms. The floorboards creaked and groaned under every step. The kitchen had been ransacked. Every pot and pan and plate—some of them still containing dried crusts of what had once presumably been food—had been pulled from the tables and cupboards and onto the floor. Clothes were flung about the bedroom; they lay collapsed on the rotting rugs like dead bodies, all covered in dust.
The owner, Mr Chan, stood next to Hakkai. He had a sooty black mole on his bald head. It wasn't a youkai mark. "The last people left in a hurry. I couldn't find any one to rent during the—bad time." He darted his gaze away from Hakkai and fixed it on the mess on the floor.
"It'll take a lot of cleaning," Hakkai said. "I like it."

Sha Gojyo isn't what anyone needs, really. Or is he?
Distant Relations by Sylvia

Rest in Pieces, or What a rescue Ent(r)ails by AbsoluteNegation
One take on what might have happened in the immediate aftermath of Hakkai's daring rescue of Gojyo in the Burial arc. A bit of romance, a touch of humour, and a lot of blood.
Tenacious by Lady_Ganesh
Things don't always go easily on the journey back home.
Other Nights Than This by theskywasblue
Gojyo wonders about the past.
Reflections by Kirathaune
A much-needed haircut gives Gojyo an opportunity to discover something about himself... and Hakkai, too. Minor spoilers for Blast Volume 3.
DĂ©jĂ  Vu by AluraGayle
Even with his limiters in place, Hakkai still battles for control. Sometimes, he can slip.
Home from the Sea, Home from the Hill by emungere
Hakkai is weird.
This, Gojyo feels, is something that people tend to forget. Even Sanzo seems to take Hakkai at face value more often than not, and Hakkai's face always shows the same value. Gojyo knows better.
The Lesson by Lady_Ganesh
Gojyo and Hakkai spend some time in the classroom.
Take the Chill Out by theskywasblue
Gojyo still remembers long winters when he shivered relentlessly, wore every piece of clothing he owned, and smoked to stay warm - felt like that was the only thing there was to do - but these days his joints ache in the deep winter; he’d rather be warm than look like a tough guy.

Originally published by Comico and later by Dark Horse, Matt Wagner's Grendel is a creator-owned series that's evolved over the years from costumed adventure to political drama to postapocalyptic action. Most of the stories are now collected in a series of massive Omnibus volumes, which have been reissued in the past couple of years with new covers.
Vol. 1 includes most of the original Hunter Rose saga, about the original Grendel character, a dapper but ruthless and sadistic costumed criminal mastermind battling a werewolf-like antihero called Argent. The Omnibus includes the "Devil by the Deed" storyline originally serialized in Wagner's MAGE series in 1985 (recolored in grayscale and red rather than full color), plus several other sets of stories about Hunter Rose. It's not quite comprehensive: It omits the early, abortive Comico issues Wagner retooled as "Devil by the Deed" (which were reprinted in the 2007 GRENDEL ARCHIVES, and which Wagner considers apocryphal), and crossovers between Hunter Rose and Batman (from 1994) and The Shadow (from 2014). Probably the most peculiar omission is that it excludes the 1989 SILVERBACK miniseries by William Messner-Loebs and John Peck, which presents the origin of Argent; I don't know if Wagner has disowned that series or if the assets needed to reprint it are no longer available.
Vol. 2 covers the first 20 issues of the Comico GRENDEL series, and take place about 40 years after Hunter Rose's death, in a near-future world where Hunter's biographer Christine Spar, daughter of Hunter's adoptive daughter Stacy Palumbo, becomes Grendel. The volume actually begins with a later series called "Devil Child," by Wagner's long-time editor (and sister-in-law) Diana Schutz and Tim Sale (originally published as a miniseries in the late 1990s), which deals with Stacy's fate; it is creatively accomplished but extremely bleak (and needs CWs for sexual assault and spousal abuse). The ongoing series, drawn first by the Pander Bros. in a somewhat dated but generally appealing anime-inspired style, later by Bernie Mireault, is a tragic but engrossing saga of rage and revenge, somewhat more fantastical than the Hunter Rose stories. The Christine Spar story is probably the most compelling and emotionally engaging section of the whole story, although the followup, tracing the subsequent fate of her boyfriend Brian, is again very bleak.
Vol. 3 covers the remainder of the Comico series, which ended with issue #40 due to Comico's bankruptcy. This moves the timeline forward hundreds of years, first with a set of experimental (if somewhat annoying) transitional issues, and then with an engrossing but rather frosty saga of political machinations and civil war, as an ambitious businessman called Orion Assante leads an insurrection against the power of a future Catholic Church and a plague of vampirism, with the dubious aid of a mentally unstable man named Eppie Thatcher, who assumes the Grendel role and may or may not be demonically possessed. The transitional issues at the beginning are rough going stylistically, but the main story is interesting and elaborately plotted science fiction, marred chiefly by the deliberate emotional distancing of the main character (CWs apply for incest, along with a lot of sometimes icky violence), whose death decades later brings the arc to a close.
Vol. 4 includes the GRENDEL: WAR CHILD miniseries, originally intended as issues #41–50 of the Comico series, which introduce the cyborg warrior Grendel Prime and deal with the fallout following Orion Assante's death. This is a fairly conventional episodic adventure, probably at least partly inspired by LONE WOLF & CUB, with the Terminator-like Prime traveling through the apocalyptic wastes with Orion's son and heir Jupiter. It's most interesting in how it addresses the various ramifications of the previous storyline, although the almost dismissive way Wagner dispenses with that story's survivors is off-putting. This is followed by PAST PRIME, by Wagner and Greg Rucka, which is a rather too purple illustrated prose novel about a later adventure of Grendel Prime and Susan Veraghen, one of the characters from WAR CHILD. This is followed by DEVIL'S QUEST, originally serialized elsewhere, which is actually the prelude to the second Batman-Grendel crossover in 1996; Wagner apparently hasn't yet negotiated the rights to reprint those crossovers again (they were last collected in 2008), which is puzzling if you haven't read that story, although QUEST has some of the best and most experimental artwork of Wagner's career.
Vols. 5 and 6, not pictured, reprint the GRENDEL TALES series, which were Wagner's attempt to open up his concept to other writer/artist teams, most published as miniseries by Dark Horse between 1992 and 1998. Unfortunately, all are set in the world of Grendel Prime, full of cliched postapocalyptic horrors and boring warrior-clan bullshit with none of the political scheming and character conflicts that made the Orion saga interesting; there's some nice art, but the endless parade of threadbare concepts, throwaway characters, and nearly inevitable grim denouements becomes wearing quickly. Of the more than 800 pages of material, the only installments worth a look are FOUR DEVILS, ONE HELL (more for its stylish Teddy Kristiansen art than its typically pompous James Robinson script) and HOMECOMING (by Pat McEowon and Dave Cooper), a downbeat story in which Susan Veraghen goes on a bloody, leather-clad rampage to avenge the death of her former girlfriend.
I very much hope Wagner will work something out with DC to reissue the Batman/Grendel crossovers of the '90s. The first, with Batman and Hunter Rose, is by far the best, with an elaborately constructed secondary plot enlivening the shaggy dog story of the main confrontation and extremely intricate artwork; the second, with a time-travel Grendel Prime, is not as artistically adventuresome and is basically a TERMINATOR story with Batman, although it's worth a look to see what the DEVIL'S QUEST story was all about.
Wagner's Grendel/Shadow crossover is a fun romp, and works better than Wagner's misfired THE SHADOW: YEAR ONE, which made me miss the Howard Chaykin/Andy Helfer/Kyle Baker version.

Star Ac' et pipes Ă  crack.
Tumblr media

Disclaimer : Spy x Family appartient Ă  Tatsuya Endo.
AO3 / FF.NET

im so so so in love w jordan please i have to know everything about her: 1, 3, 8, 15, 17, 28, 30, 33 ? (if that's too many you can just pick from these ajdnngmrjk)
1. what is their secret identity? do they have any nicknames? what is the meaning behind them?
her name is jordan patel! ortega calls her patel. being plainly called jordan has always made her nervous, (more so post heartbreak) it's just a little bit too personal.
3. what is their villain name? why did they choose it?
it's sidestep. if asked she would say instinct kicked in and she said it by accident. it wasn't, she wanted her name back. it's hers.
8. are they more calculating or more sincere in their interactions with others?
jordan has terminal foot in mouth disease. she isn't capable of being intentionally devious, she's too busy saying exactly what she thinks.
15. what is their greatest flaw?
[tears down poster with MASSIVE FEAR OF INTIMACY written on it and sets it on fire.] she's impulsive.
17. what is their ultimate goal?
surpass hollow ground. to be hollow ground is to be untouchable, and to be untouchable is the only way for her to finally be in control.
28. what do they find attractive in others? what’s a turn-off?
jordan is... pretty shallow. she's attracted to good looks. she'll fall for a pretty smile or nice arms. if someone starts flirting, she's flirting back in a heartbeat. as long as they don't push for more.
30. what is their love life like?
hoh boy. well. she doesn't do romance. she's just flirting with argent at every chance, admitting weird and not so platonic feelings to ortega, and falling in love with daniel.
33. how do they feel about herald idolizing them?
conflicted. jordan loves it. she loves it so much, she wants to be exactly what he sees her to be. but she's not. she can't be that sidestep ever again. and then as she gets closer to him she begins to hate it, because he doesn't know what he's talking to.

14, 30 and 34 for Steps of choice? 👀
using a random number generator ill be answering these for arbor, rory, and my new girl nayeli!
14. are they more daring or more cautious?
rory is by FAR the most daring (78) nayeli is in the middle (58) and arbor is the most cautious (45). rory doesnt give a single shit about like, consequences or people hating them and arbor is like. if ortega is mad at me i Will put myself in the timeloop and suffer through my entire life again as to avoid this.
30. what is their love life like?
arbor and ortega's ship tag is "deify your lover". i often say "arbor didnt get religion under they imagined god as ortega". see earlier statement about timeloops. theyre terminally obsessed with him and will make any bad decision to make him happy (telling all the rangers theyre a regene). but they like each other a lot so its all fine :]
rory had a secret crush on ortega and never told him and now wants him to suffer for as long as possible and then die for leaving them to rot. they flirted with argent behind the mask but that was all for show. their thesis of "i want to walk into a room and have suffered the least, and im going to hurt everyone to make this happen" is not conducive to relationships (not even including the fact they feel. nothing. and dont consider themself a person at all)
nayeli... could not avoid a beautiful woman no matter how much she tries. she's pastflirt and dating ortega, dating mortum in the puppet (and confessed everything), and is dating argent (revealed to her as well). it is. terminally messy in there, she just cant avoid throwing herself at the feet of women she loves/wants to be like (transgenderisms)

So... what about Isaac?
Isaac Lahey - One of my top 5 favorites in Teen Wolf. When he first appeared in season 2 and with the traumatic past he suffered under his diabolical father, I felt the utmost sympathy and empathy for him. Losing his mother, and then his older brother Camden, to have an abusive and narcissistic father beat and lock him up in a box down in the basement against his will just made me want to be there for him and help him.
Isaac definitely intrigues me alot because despite being turned into a werewolf and going from Derek’s first beta to becoming Scott’s beta and one of his closest friends demonstrates how he builds his relationships. It's when Scott in season 2 states that he doesn't want him to get hurt is when Isaac's mind and soul started to heal and open up. Even more so when he helped Scott with a terminally ill dog by healing the canine with his healing factor, and Isaac began opening up more and more. How he combines his werewolf status mixed with his sarcastic and salty attitude (funny moments by the way) with his sensitive and heartwarming compassion that he wants to be friends with Scott (maybe even love him), he wants to be friends with Stiles (despite their sarcastic witty battles), he wants to be friends with Allison (and love her despite the tragedy that calls forth her fate) and the rest of the pack is because he wanted to help and care for others because he lost that experience while growing up, and he wants to gain that but also give it to others because he is a person.
Isaac is often cynical and cautious to newer people but once you've been within his circle many times he opens up because now you are apart of his life. I have watched him grow from being a hurt and abused child to a renegade, cynical and strong beta under Derek to being a witty, sarcastic but compassionate and good natured person within seasons 2, 3A and 3B.
If he had stood in for seasons 4 and 5 he could have been a valued friend and mentor for Liam alongside Scott. Isaac, being Scott’s longest beta not bitten by him would have helped Liam grow while being like a older sibling to him and still lived between his foster mother Melissa and traveling between the McCall residence and Argent residence to navigate between feeling loved and cared for while being a strong werewolf and person. Season 5 would have definitely been a strong point for Isaac since he may have looked at Theo's manipulations from the start (no offense to Theo lol) unless the death of Allison was used against him and he would have met Malia, Mason, Brett, Lori, Satomi, and the others who would have fostered more relations with.
Yes Isaac is an amazing person that I admire
