How To: Boost Your Metabolism :D
(as someone who lost 25 lbs in 2.5 months)
1. B6 & B12 boosts metabolism (you can take B6 without food, but B12 absorbs better with food) - These vitamins give you more energy and improve nerve health :D
2. Coffee/Energy Drinks/Caffeine Pills (duh) - Anything with caffeine will keep you alert, focused, and lose those pounds! Be aware of those high sugar/cal monsters or those fatty coffee drinks.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar - I find it helps with burning food/ making me less hungry. You can get these in pill form or dilute it
4. Warm lemon water/Teas - Very low cals, better water intake, debloats you. Again be careful of the sugar contents
5. Exercise like pilates, running/walking, weights, yoga, etc. - Easy way to gain muscle/lose fat- Basically resistance training
7. Fasting - Boosts your metabolism and overall health
8. Proteins!! Protein + gaining muscle will increase metabolism. As you st⭐️rve, still keep eating those proteins!!
9. Sleep!! Getting less than 6 hours of sleep will decrease your metabolism

Eating pomegranates cleans your pineal gland and can help purify it. Thus, helping you become more spiritually connected and giving you more vivid dreams. Sleeping in complete darkness and Vitamin D are also a good way to wake up your pineal gland

if he does research and knows what aftercare is like then i'm sure he'd do anything to help you come down, but if not, then i imagine it's a little minimal?
he knows to clean up the mess.
he knows to try and hug you (as much as he doesn't like physical touch, he tries his absolute best to make you feel whole with his hugs)
he knows he should praise you, but i think he's very nervous when it comes to that, and you'll end up having to console him later about it because he'll feel guilty for not caring for you to the best of his ability and will probably apologize or cry a couple days later because all he does is think about it.
he'll ask if you need a morning after pill and probably orders one online or has someone pick it up for him so that he doesn't have to face anyone. he knows he did the deed with you and he's embarrassed enough, he doesn't want people looking at him like that.
people say that idia has snacks on hand and probably knows good ones, but that's not lore accurate. idia actually hates eating to a certain degree, and usually eats very easily prepared food (cup noodles, instant stuff), or things out of cans/prepackaged. he thinks it is a waste of time and doesn't enjoy it, so i think he wouldn't really know to give you food and water, as (this is just a headcanon) i imagine he probably drinks a lot of his nutrients via. vitamin water, infused teas, etc. people also say that idia probably drinks energy drinks but as someone with severe anxiety i think he lays off them because they make him think more. his anxiety and love for games and tech keeps him up enough, i don't think he actually needs an energy drink to do the work for his already overactive mind.
back to aftercare, he would let you hold one of his plushies if it helps. mans probably has a bunch of plushies of his favorite bands or characters. if you need a distraction or something, he'll put on a movie and tell you all the lore he knows, or show you music he likes. he'd probably be the type to curate an after-sex playlist so you can be calm but also listen to things he likes and therefore, he can share an interest with you.
to summarize, idia doesn't know a lot about it, but the things he does know, he tries his very best to do. you'll have to guide him and be patient with him, but he'll probably also take initiative and do research if you make it clear you're interested in him and would do it again with him sometime.

I heard dom!Yunho and aftercare? 👀 I’m being so needy lmao but what can I say, I’m whipped for this man (always have been but let’s just say it’s gotten significantly worse since I started reading your fics *pointed stare*)
it’s okay i am whipped for him too. i’m answering this one, but i saw a few others asking the same so i’m lumping it all together in this post on his aftercare.
let’s get into it under the cut —
aftercare. a topic and a post in itself because truly i think this is the most underrated part of any d/s relationship and something more people outside of d/s dynamics should actually be doing.
i was trying to write some of this up in my reply on yunho’s ideal sub, but that post keeps getting eaten by tumblr so i’ll just quickly add that note here as well -> doms need aftercare too! doms are people who just engaged in a scene, and just because they were “in control” it doesn’t mean they don’t need checking in with. so at the bottom of this aftercare for his submissive list, i’ve added aftercare for yunho too.
aftercare for his submissive looks like:
soft kisses, tender touches. after a scene, especially a harder one that involved any amount of degradation or humiliation, yunho would be the type to soften his voice, press kisses all over your face and any marks, and soothe you with his words - “you’re safe, i’m right here, sweetheart,” and lots of praise, “you did beautifully for me, so perfect, baby,”
physical care and checks. especially if the scene involved rigging, spanking, or any more intense element, yunho would be quick to check your body over for any injuries or marks. especially with rigging, a good rigger knows how to assess nerve endings during and after a scene to ensure that there’s no damage and i know yunho would have done enough research and would care enough to do that job well.
babying, doting. he’s the type to want to keep you close after, for you but also for himself. he’d scoop you up in his arms and cradle you, tell you he’s going to take care of you, and maybe even run a bath and just pamper you.
boundary checks. this one is key, especially in an intense scene, but once the initial high of a scene fades, he would want to debrief and ensure he didn’t do anything too far, if he tried something new how did you like it, etc. he’s always improving and working on himself, that means his relationship too.
food, water, vitamins. these are key! once you’re ready for him to step away, yunho’s ready to cook or order something for you and get your levels back up, and makes you drink multiple glasses of water to replenish. vitamins are also something underrated from an aftercare pov, and i think as yunho got more experienced as a dom and did more research this is something he would bring back in to help stabilize all those rushing endorphins and sudden serotonin drops.
praise, communication, and compliments. this is outside of just the tenderness he’s giving at the start, i think he would be the type to tell you clearly what you did well and what he liked so you don’t have to wonder and hope if he liked it / if he’s pleased etc.
aftercare for yunho:
clear communication. providing him with clarity on the fact that you are safe, you feel safe, and you feel respected is important. especially in harder scenes or more intense dynamics. this might look like saying something as clear as “you made me feel so safe” or “you always take good care of me” etc. to reiterate that they are doing right by you as a dom
food! water! vitamins! if they’re important for a sub they’re important for a dom too. after a scene he may need to dote on his parter, but soft reminders for him to care for himself or maybe getting these things for him later on would be a reciprocal moment of aftercare he would appreciate.
boundary checks. they got both ways like i said - so ensuring that he’s asked how the scene was for him, if he was comfortable, etc., are all very important parts
cuddles. he’s going to be giving them, but sometimes after a scene it hits the dom harder, so crawling into his arms, cuddling, all of that would be something that he would appreciate. yunho’s very physical, and i think to be able to physically feel that his submissive is safe and happy would be a huge comfort to him.
a little quiet. after the checking and the cuddling and all of it, a lot of people can feel flattened out by a scene. i emphasize quiet because i could see yunho as the type to need his partner present and physically next to him/touching, but need a moment of mental quiet to just process and reconnect in that silence.

✩sleeping around 6-8 hours everyday and not sleeping later than 12pm
✩ figure out your bodies needs, what are you defficient in?(e.g iron and vitamin D) Do you need acne meds? (they saved my skin) Take vitamins and minerals daily and invest in your health early to prevent issues.
✩waking up early (this can vary but I try around 5-7am)
✩reading 15 min a day and slowly increasing by 3-5 min, I recommend classic literature such as Woolf, Dostoyevsky, Tolstoy, etc
✩working out once a week for beginners to slowly 3 times a week

✩eating healthier through nutritious meals, fruits and nuts and avoiding very sugary and overly processed junk food.
✩practicing writing, journalling, or any other form of creative expression
✩pick up an instrument to learn (proven to increase brain activity and improve brain health)

✩choose a skill and hone it, this can be from Edx or Skillshare, e.g CS50 course from Harvard at Edx
✩work on your goals for at least 30min a day

Take your medications, if any; take medications if you need to (headaches, stomaches, etc.)
Try herbal teas as remedies for MINOR health issues (nausea, stomaches, etc.)
Try to visit the doctor when needed and if able
Take care of your physical health
Exercise; get some movement throughout your day, even just stretching
Have a candle that reminds you of him (no altar needed)
Keep a picture of him in your wallet
Wear jewelry that reminds you of him
Have a stuffed animal snake or horse (potentially a rooster; doesn't seem to be a confirmed sacred animal; horse is due to Chiron)
Have symbols of his medical staff (a single snake wrapped around a stick), centaurs, stars (specifically his constellation Ophiochus), or healing (anything you associate with it) around
Take regular breaks from screens
Take a walk/hike outside, especially under the sun when you can get some Vitamin D

English is not my mother tongue, sorry for the mistakes.
tw: kidnapping, yandere, mention of: broken bones, abuse, isolation, bad mental health, punishment and escape attempt (nothing explicit really), stockholm syndrome, fyodor is a general tw
Your life with Fyodor had been good, as good as a life with a kidnapper could be, but you would never admit that out loud, it would be too hard a blow to your dignity.
At first everything was hell, Fyodor was the definition of cruel, it took you months to be able to get out of the 4 walls where he locked you up, in complete darkness. It screwed up your eyesight, your sleep and your overall health, physical and mental. He at least fixed those problems, paid for your eye surgery, gave you vitamin D supplements, helped you by fixing your sleep schedule, etc.
It wasn't so bad, except that not all the issues could be fixed, your mental health was horrible, it still is, you doubted he could fix that.
Before you had all that help Fyodor gave you, you had to change your behavior, you were always a fighter and with Fyodor it would be no exception. The turning point of your behavior was the night you tried to escape. He caught you, as punishment he broke both your legs and your fingers, he also left you in complete isolation, you don't know for how long. Since that punishment, you never disobeyed Fyodor again, not intentionally at least.
As time went by, and when he saw that your meek behavior was not a lie, he began to give you more liberties. One of the most important for you was the freedom to go outside, obviously accompanied by Fyodor.
Also, with that freedom to go out, you realized that Fyodor liked to treat you like a doll. Every time he allowed you to go out he was the one who dressed you, you had no voice or vote in that.
On those outings, you realized that the place you were in was Russia, you didn't know specifically which part. Before arriving in Russia, you had never seen snow in person, so it was beautiful the first time.
Today was one of those days that Fyodor allowed you to go out.
He dressed you in warm clothes and took you to a coffee shop. It was nicer than you thought it would be, not only because you went outside, but because your talks with Fyodor were pleasant.
By the time you left the coffee shop, it was getting dark, but you convinced Fyodor to go to a local bookstore and buy some books. It wasn't for you to read it (you didn't understand Russian and Fyodor had never tried to teach you so you couldn't communicate with others), it was for Fyodor to read it to you, it was an activity that, surprisingly, you enjoyed very much. You left the bookstore with a book of poems whose cover caught your attention.
Walking on your way home you heard high-pitched meowing coming from an alley, you stopped your steps and, consequently, to Fyodor, who was holding your hand.
"What is it, милый?"
"I heard meowing." Your gaze did not move from the alley.
You let go of Fyodor's hand and headed down the alley, Fyodor followed you closely until you reached a cardboard box lying on the ground.
You bent down and opened the box to find an orange furred cat, it was about the size of your hand and very thin. You wondered what kind of horrible person had abandoned such a cat.
You petted it and the cat reacted affectionately, rubbing its head against your hand. You laughed at the action and turned your head to see Fyodor standing behind you, still standing. "Please, Fedya, let's keep him."
Fyodor wasn't a big fan of cats, or animals in general, it wasn't that he hated them, but he preferred not to have pets. But there you were, begging him for an abandoned cat, and, well, you were being on excellent behavior, so he needed to give you a reward, right?
"Okay, but you'll be the one to take care of it." You nodded quickly as you grabbed the cat, pulled him against your chest, and covered him up as best you could with your coat.
The two of you walked out of the alley, you were petting the cat's little head as you smiled. Fyodor just looked at you, appreciating how cute you looked when you were happy. He thought that, perhaps, he could do more things to see that smile of yours more often.

What do you do when you're just tired, feeling unfulfilled and want to run away from everything? :( 
That sounds like a classic case of Burnout to me, though it could be combined with something else -- like Depression, or even a medical problem.
(For example, at one point a couple years ago, I was absolutely exhausted for no discernable reason and burst into tears at the drop of a hat -- I chalked it up to "winter blues" and ignored it -- come to find out, eventually, I had severe anemia and my body was not absorbing iron at all and actually it was an autoimmune disorder and became a Whole Thing! Uh... oops!)
This article from the Cleveland Clinic gives a lot of advice about what to do about Burnout -- but the most salient points, I think:
Be gentle with yourself. Everyone goes through it sometimes. You aren't a failure, you're going to be OK, you just have to take care of yourself before you can properly take care of anyone or anything else. So with that resolved:
TELL YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM HOW YOU ARE FEELING. Keeping this stuff undercover is not going to help. Being honest with your friends/family/partner or whoever your "people" are will lighten your mental load AND they will want to help and support you.
Figure out what your stressors are and tactics to deal with them. Part of this will be linked to the previous part, probably -- For example, if you are burdened by too much work -- DELEGATE or ASK FOR HELP! You've told your support system what's up with you -- now tell them what you need to move forward.
Set Boundaries. If you're the type of person that says yes to everything and then you feel overwhelmed -- remember that it's OK to say NO. It's a good thing, actually. You'll be more "on" for the things that are actually important if you are able to protect your own boundaries and aren't wasting energy on bullshit things. I can't stress enough how important this is (and it's something I am always working on, because it can be tough!) -- but my life CHANGED when I made certain rules for myself and stuck with them. For example, mine: No checking email after 7pm or on weekends. At all. I gotta tell you, my life suddenly got a lot better. (I have forgotten this one recently, and my life has gotten markedly worse -- so I gotta get back to that!)
Go to the doctor. Yes, going to the doctor sucks! But they can make sure your bloodwork is OK, you aren't Vitamin D or Iron deficient, rule out any problems (like, I dunno, severe anemia)... etc etc. Like, step one of Self Care is knowing what your Self is working with. (And if you think you might actually be capital-D Depressed or have anxiety, etc -- ask for a referral to a psychiatrist to see about getting some medicine. IT WORKS!)
Practice Self-Care. Yes, that means the boring stuff like "hydrate" and "make you are getting enough sleep" and "eat your veggies" and "meditate" and whatnot -- but also, you want to "run away from everything"? DO IT. Take a vacation -- or even a staycation -- or even a DAYcation -- where you are literally not doing ANYTHING for anyone else, no email, no nothing. Get a pedicure with extra massage, sit in sunlight with your favorite drink, read a book or just think about NOTHING -- you have no responsibilities except to yourself during this time. It's rejuvenating!
Get toxic feelings out of your system. Find a therapist, if you can afford to do so. (There may be free or inexpensive options if you are a student, or with some insurance, some therapists have a sliding scale for patients, etc) A therapist can give you at least somebody to talk things out with who doesn't know you and isn't judging you. loves, ik it's sometimes annoying to hear but if ur eating only a tiny bit of food, PLEASE let that food be nutrient dense. Ideas: -Tomatoes: Potassium, vitamin C, fiber -Cherries: Magnesium, iron, fiber -Eggs: Protein!!! calcium, potassium -Chickpeas/Hummus: Protein, vitamin B, choline, zinc -Berries: Vitamin C, fiber, lots and lots of great things depending on the berry. -Fish/salmon: Vitamins A, B, and D, calcium, phosphorous, protein. Your hair will thank you for eating more fish!!! I know this is a dangerous, deadly disorder, and sometimes it's hard to control what you eat depending on if you live with family/struggle with binging/the cost of healthy food (both money and time-wise)/etc, but I'd really explore you to just try. Stay safe out there. Take care of your body as much as this disorder will let you <33

how to survive winter? also what is your fav season? 💌
take advantage of the not so cold days, and go outside for a walk. fresh air always makes us feel better. keep your blinds open, especially on sunny days. eat wholesome, warm meals. going over a friend or family’s house and vice versa (every weekend we either have someone over or we are at someone’s place!). buy good quality wool socks, warm boots, thermal base layers, warm jacket, neck warmers, hats, etc; so even during very cold frequent days, you can get some fresh air or be warm when you need to go out. take a vitamin D supplement. coffee dates in a warm cafe with friends. start a new indoor hobby. and remember that it’s only a temporary season, and spring is almost here! it’s definitely felt like a very long winter, i’m counting the days for it to end.
my favourite season is autumn. but i do have a love for spring time, especially when it’s at the end and summer is about to start! 🫶🏻

((Not sure why you're asking me, I've had moderate to severe depression since '06. I will say, eating & drinking healthy stuff helps. It's not a cure, but it helps with symptoms. So, get some sun, drink some water, do a lil lie down, take a nice hot bath or shower, then eat something, & if you cannot eat something, drink an Ensure/Instant Carnation/Bolthouse/etc. Say it with me, kids, "You're gonna feel like poo, if you do not do, what is good for you, boo."))

Hello!! Welcome to the (un) Official Nightcord at 25:00 pharmacy!! Here we distribute all vitamins and supplements under the 25-ji group of medicine!!
Here at the Nightamins at 25:00 pharmacy, we give out all kinds of vitamins for your health!!
Vitamin Ena: Very prominent and effective, known for helping with blood circulation.
Vitamin Kanade: Helps with hearing and gives emotional comfort.
Vitamin Mafuyu: Prevents brain implosion. Very dangerous to stop taking.
Vitamin Mizuki: Helps mental health and gives self confidence! Some hair supplements are a part of this vitamin.
Along with vitamins, we also administer supplements to assist with your daily life!!
Supplement Niigo Miku: Assists with emotional regulation and reduces depression.
Supplement Niigo Luka: Gives a boost in creativity and ideas.
Supplement 25-ji Rin: Provides emotional support and gives comfort.
Supplement 25-ji Len: Helps with digestion and has a calming effect.
Supplement N25 MEIKO: Assists in solving logic driven problems, like puzzles.
Supplement N25 KAITO: Gives motivation and energy, while regulating exhaustion.

Vitamin Mafuyu is to be taken on every 02, 06, 12, 16, 22, and 26 days.
Vitamin Ena is to be taken on every 03, 07, 13, 17, 23, and 27 days.
Vitamin Mizuki is to be taken on every 04, 08, 14, 18, 24, and 28 days.
Supplements will be provided on every 10, 20, and 30 days in the following order:
Supplement Miku during January and July
Supplement Rin during February and August
Supplement Len during March and September
Supplement Luka during April and October
Supplement Meiko during May and November
Supplement Kaito during June and December
On each 09, 19, 29, and 31 day, the vitamin will be a random art piece either official or unofficial.
