Air Manipulation - Also known as aerokinesis, air manipulation is the ability to manipulate any form of air or gas. In Kerall's case, zull can only manipulate air that already exists in an area. Zull can change air currents, build a gale force wind, and suck air from an area. Zuh favourite way that zull've discovered to use the gale force capabilities of zuh manipulation power is to use that wind to force things back or away or just to form a fast moving cushion of air between zum and danger. It benefits zum greatly.

Kerall lived in Zonfer for much of zull life. Zull grew up in Zonfer and, as quickly as anyone else living in the frozen area, learned of the dangers of this place. Zuh parents were both involved with rescuing unfortunate people who were trapped in avalanches or lost, with zuh mother able to create portals. Zuh father would use his own ability to manipulate the air to provide more ability to breathe or prevent worse dangers while others worked.

Portal Creation - Portal creation is exactly what it sounds like; Kerall can form a portal anywhere to anywhere, provided zull know where zull are trying to end up. It can go badly, but zull have enough experience with creating portals that zull can do it with ease. There are still limitations; zull cannot create portals between realms, such as Earth and Verrirmores, for example, and zull have to be focused on what zull are doing to ensure that nothing goes wrong. Immensely useful, regardless of these limitations.

Eventually, partially because the cold bothered zum a little too much for zum to be comfortable, zull moved to Yourisll. Yourisll is where zuh grandparents on zuh mother's side came from and the birthplace of zuh name, so it felt natural to Kerall that Yourisll should be where zull lived to escape the cold and ice and snow of Zonfer.

A few days after becoming settled, Kerall met an absolute bastard of a man called Tynite, who enjoyed speaking in whatever language he felt like. Dargene? Equite? Ancient Dargene? An obscure language from the place of Rirmor, where it is widely believed that no one has ever lived? All fair game.

As such, upon meeting Kerall, Tynite asked, 'how do I refer to you?' (or, 'ow od I fer ot oy?' because Tynite is fluent in too many languages, including Zonfer's). Zonfer doesn't have any way to refer to others than their names, though, as Zonfer's hostile climate and dangerous mountains require that everyone be able to communicate quickly and easily. It was through Tynite that Kerall began learning the language of Yourisll, a language learned primarily through writing and a language that holds tight links with the past.

It was through others in Yourisll that Kerall learned more about zuh ability to create portals, learned how to make it easier for zum, how to hone zuh skill somewhat. It was thanks to these lessons that zull has now joined zuh parents, helping to rescue others in the mountains of Zonfer, only to return to zuh home in Yourisll, because the cold really did bother zum.

Kerall is, overall, incredibly caring but somewhat cold. Zuh warmth is in zuh actions, not zuh words, but is not reserved for any specific person. It's not the ways of those born in Zonfer to treat others as anything but a potential friend, possibly family, and this is obvious in Kerall, too. Zull are, however, overwhelmingly curious. Zuh curiosity outweighs anything else. If given the opportunity to learn, zull will take it. There will be no hesitation, no chance of zull deciding not to do it, none of that. Curiosity will fuel zum through anything and everything, and is often an easy way for zum to become friends with others. It's an added benefit.

BIOGRAPHY

Felix was born to Elias and Rosemary Rosier, younger brother of Evan Rosier. He was born into a well-known and respected old pure-blood line. During his time at Hogwarts his father, became friends with Tom Riddle, due to that became one of the first to become a Death Eater when the Dark Lord started rising. And which given the fact his grandmother Vinda Rosier was arguably Gellert Grindelwald's most trusted and loyal Acolyte, it's safe to say his family had a pattern of becoming loyal subjects to whomever they deemed worthy. Even his aunt, Druella Rosier, achieved power and position when she married into the ancient and most noble House of Black, a pureblood family with roots every bit as deep, and coffers even fuller, than those of the Rosiers. However unlike many other members of his family, Felix did not want to become a Dark Wizard, and was instead interested in dragons.

Felix started attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1980 and was sorted into Slytherin. His Head of House at the time was Horace Slughorn, though Severus Snape took over the position in Felix's second year after Slughorn left. In his third year, Felix took at least Care of Magical Creatures as an elective.

In his fifth year, Felix was chosen as the male prefect on his house, and was responsible for watching over first-year students of his house. He told them about the importance of the House Cup and often told his fellow Slytherins to earn as many house points as possible.

On the first day of education that year, Felix found out that first-year Elena Jenkins, younger sister of the infamous Jacob Jenkins who had previously been in Slytherin and expelled from Hogwarts, had managed to lose ten house points in a Potions class. Over time, Felix and Elena began to have a more positive relationship as Elena proved to be a very successful house point earner. Felix eventually taught Elena how to duel, even if it was against a fellow Slytherin Merula Snyde.

In his sixth year, Felix lead his fellow Slytherins to prank Gryffindors whose behavior after the latter house's Quidditch victory against the former started annoying Slytherins. This act, however, lead to Slytherin losing 50 points at the end of the year.

Before graduating Hogwarts, Felix taught Elena about the Freezing Charm, the Babbling Beverage and the Snargaluff, as well as made sure to tell Snape that Elena would make a good future prefect.

After graduation, Felix became a Dragonologist, specializing in the Peruvian Vipertooth. He worked at the Swedish dragon reservation.

In September 1988, Gryffindor Prefect and Head Boy William Weasley contacted Felix and invited him to join a meeting at the Three Broomsticks Inn along with other former prefects Chester Davies, Angelica Cole and Jane Court, as well as newly appointed prefects Elena Jenkins and Charles Weasley. At the meeting, Felix told the two about his job, which made Charlie excited, as he was also trying to be a Dragonologist.

Overall personality: Xanthe is a woman of her time, as well as her parents, Princess of Skalafell and the perfect mix of her parents. She’s a spoiled girl and always gets her way, either by her feminine wiles or her sword, commissioned by her father for her. She’s the first official Arcano after the founding of the city, and reminds everyone of it.

HOMETOWN

Skalafell, a city in Norway hidden from Muggles, was Xanthe’s home and what shaped her into the woman she became. Many of the customs that are still there were introduced by her parents and by herself while she travelled to neighbouring countries such as Sweden, Denmark, Russia and the Balkans, further enriching the culture of the city. She also was one of the few Arcanos who could ride dangerous dragons, her own being a large Horntail that used to serve the French crusaders... until she beat them all in battle and took it as a war good. She then gained its trust and terrorisec possible invaders, burning them to the ground in question of minutes. 

BACKSTORY 

Xanthe Terra Arcano was born the 24th of October, 1240 by Skall and Zoya Arcano, the founders of Skalafell. Skall crowned himself king and made Zoya his queen, and Xanthe was thus princess of Skalafell. Though her father brought many of his trusted men to the city, it was Xanthe’s adventures and travels that’d make Skalafell grow and thrive, bringing the newest wizarding and muggle innovations, stealing slaves from other kingdoms and empires and smuggling child brides that were non-royal, as well as stealing animals and crops from corrupt nobles with the help of her mighty Horntail, Barnabas, a dragon she stole from French crusaders. With it, many aspects from other cultures and customs were introduced to Skalafell.
