WELCOME CENTER.

📌 · updates / generally in large community servers you can subscribe to get updates sent to you personal server, this is a good place to send them. alternatively,

📌 · emails / i use this channel to keep track of my logins for various tumblr blogs and other websites.

🤖 · reminders / i will often set up a channel for reminders because i'm super forgetful and having a reminder bot helps me get to tasks in a timely manner ( when i remember to set up the bot!! lol ) ( reminder bot - linked above )

🤖 · tracker / i'm not sure if this tracker has the function to work cross server yet, you'd have to check with the makers on their github, but this is great for 1x1 and group servers. ( thread tracker - linked above )

DEVELOPMENT.

all of these are pretty self explanatory, you can store resources you use for tumblr and other types of roleplay in these channels, gifs, icons, templates, themes, etc.

this is a premium multi muse google doc that's inspired by yearbooks, preparatory schools and the y2k movement. this doc is great for university/school based rps and could be used both as a multi or single muse (pages can be cut down for single muse). there's plenty of space for heavy amounts of writing within all the editable categories. the easiest way to adjust images is ensuring that you replace them! there's a good amount of drawing assets so please make sure you're careful of where you click! this google doc layout also looks best on desktop! includes: 6 unique custom google doc templates + an additional instruction document that explains the terms of use & further guidelines. disclaimer: ✺ images do not belong to me and are credited to their rightful owners.

hey y'all! if you've missed it, a gif-maker called @wildflowersgifs has deactivated their blog and refused refunds for people who commissioned gifs from them. obviously, this is immoral, terrible, and all around just awful of them. it is theft, outright.

along with the actual theft of the money, thousands upon thousands of wildflower's gifs have been deleted. with a bit of searching, i have made of a list of packs that have been lost. with some more searching, i have tried my best to find free replacements for each pack! unfortunately, there are not packs to replace every one that wildflower deleted. also, there is no way to know how many packs are missing from this list. wildflower was very popular for commissions, and i'm sure there are many private packs that are not listed here.

if you or someone you know have commissioned a pack from wildflower, or even just know of a pack missing from this list, please reach out to me! similarly, if you have a free pack matching someone on this list, reach out to me and i can add a link! if the pack does not have a link next to it, then i have been unable to find a replacement.

tbh wildflowersgifs had a very similar giffing style to some previous gif makers who took money for commissions and then ghosted their blogs without a word. i have a strong suspicion it's the same person constantly remaking their blogs after they've succeeded in scamming people. i don't have any direct proof but their blogs always interact closely with each other, speak similarly, and their gif styles (coloring, sharpening, etc.) are very alike.

!!!! that’s wild !!! i’m not good at always telling these things but this is really good to know and maybe smth people can be on the watch out for if more blogs pop up with odd behaviour , or similar style .

Several blogs have in their rules, "hey if you have a problem with me, don't block me, talk to me about it first." well, folks:

this NEVER works. sorry. hard truth.

basic human psychology. if they say "don't block me" it means they are sensitive. So, how is addressing an issue (often something that has no logical solution for you both) going to make that person feel any BETTER? This is not a wise rule to have on your roleplay blog. I'm currently on a new blog, but i have so much experience with this and the BEST way people have the most fun is to simply softblock or block, and use whatever energy you have left to bring TONS OF JOY to the other blogs you might click with.
