My all time favorite show is FRIENDS! I have easily watched the whole series 3 or 4 times. My day was so crazy. Being a nurse is HARD. And after an 8 hour day I actually had time to go to the gym and then come home and hangout with my two babes 👪 Today’s workout was 20 minutes of cardio, lunges, body weight squats & some arms. My dinner was jasmine rice, ground turkey and broccoli. It was very filling and I feel good about it!
