I think that the Xiaolin Showdown universe's definition of a Witch can still be pretty distinct even in a world where magic is already a part of their martial arts combat systems and elemental powers.

To me, what could make it distinct could be the origins of the magical powers one uses and/or how it's channeled through the user's body.

I think that the way the Dragons operate is sort of a variance on shamanism to draw on the elements. They use their bodies to channel the powers of their respective elements largely, and use their personal focus and imagination to exert control over said elements.

I think technically anyone could do what they're doing with enough time and training. Like how S3 Omi was able to use the other three elements by practicing with their element enhancing Wu. But the Xiaolin Dragons are unique in that they have a natural predisposition towards their elements without training, which can be honed and strengthened overtime.

Then you have the kind of magic Dashi, Chase, and Guan can do. Which I think isn't witchcraft, but rather the control of their own chi and using it to exert amounts of influence on the world around them. Rather than channeling outside forces inward, they're channeling their inner force outward and affecting matter outside their own bodies.

Where I think the line is drawn between that and witchcraft is where the magic comes from. My own headcanon is that Wuya didn't naturally have magical powers of her own, but acquired them through drinking quantities of dragon blood and using the blood and organs of other magical things overtime to empower herself and make things like potions and trinkets.

So basically, my headcanon is that a Witch in their world is someone whose magic comes from an outside source that they make a part of themselves and take control of in some way and exerting that control on their surroundings by shifting or totally changing the world around them.

Earth-13’s incarnation of L.U.C.I was to be replaced by an AI called Scratch prior to U.N.I.C.E saving the former’s life. Scratch has a red humanoid body and controls a factory that creates X-Borgs that resemble humanoid goats. This led to Luxor Spawndroth’s investigation of the matter and the following exchange:

Luxor to Cerfeuil: Well, I’m sitting on some pretty juicy info. It has to do with an AI called Scratch, and it’s not good.
