Maybe 2po thinks Dean is still 15x19-15x20 gap Dean like in the script you leaked?
nono, see he had actually previously implied he thought that, then the M&G came and he got super smug about something I was "wrong" on. And I turned over my notes over and over and over and lo and behold there was nothing I was wrong on.
I had to think and meditate, deeply, for a few minutes. I had to feel the IQ bleed from my ears. I let my mental capabilities flap in the wind, until I could hear the wind blowing through my ears and knew, I was at state stupid enough to understand him, then I looked again and realized because a friend said "he thinks you mean purgatory" and I looked back and sure enough someone had said some shit like that, and he just. IDK. Randomly assumed that's what it was, damn my 200 pages of heaven meta or my current heaven and heaven adjacent tags. holy fuck.
Dude. It's the axis mundi. It's a road through heaven, but also through other planes this fandom wouldn't call heaven in its classical sense. Hell at one point they almost connected it to the bunker but didn't have the budget for it. Because guess what, chucklefuck, even earth is part of the heavens, it's just chuck's personal heavenbox. In fact the only planes we don't know of it connecting to are Purgatory and Hell... ish. Because some see a river, and you follow a river to the gates in purgatory and hell sooooo you know whatever. Probably irrelevant. Definitely not the road dean's on, because his car isn't in a FUCKING river, you brainiac.
oh wait now we're getting into complicated thoughts for you. Just. Hey stupid. Read the chart again. Jensen did. Robbie did. And yeah, Bobo did. Whether you squeal about his credits or not.
That's the fucking joke, dipshit. He probably looked wry with that sparkle in his eyes when he said it. Because that's the FUCKING joke. BRO ALL THE AXIS MUNDIS WERE MY BANNER FOR LIKE TWO MONTHS. HOW DO YOU FAIL THIS BAD.
Did he just extract this leap of logic from us comparing the ambiance of a few scenes to purgatory callbacks? Is that the leapfrog he fuckin launched to? Dude, similar isn't the same, it's not even the same gamma. It's just close enough we can spot callbacks. MURPH AND JOHN WERE IN VIETNAM, NOT PURGATORY, NO MATTER THE FAMILIAR VIBES. ARE. YOU. OK.

If you don't mind me asking, how would you like
to see Proverbs 31 used? The part that always bugs me about how it's used is how the churches I've attended completely ignore the part where the woman described is working and trading outside the home. They try and use it as "you should stay home and raise kids" defense.
Mostly, I'd just like to see it used less?
In my experience, there's an undercurrent to the way that this passage gets used that's like, "...and this is the part of the Bible for women!" This really gets under my skin because it just isn't true at all. The WHOLE Bible is for women and the whole Bible is for men. I don't like the insinuation that women should keep returning again and again to this one passage when there's the entire Bible right there to study. Romans is ours too! And Genesis! Isaiah! 2 Timothy! Joel! Revelation!
Biblical womanhood (whatever we mean by that) must begin with women being well-versed in the whole Bible, and that can't happen if Proverbs 31 is treated like a banner chapter for so much of women's min. Proverbs 30 is actually the one part of Proverbs that really moves me (specifically "Feed me with the food that is needful for me...") and I've never gotten to study it in a formal context! Meanwhile, I've sat through seminars and studies and read books and listened to podcasts giving me Proverbial 31 and telling me, "Here ya go," like it's Necessary and Sufficient for Biblical Womanhood. And these two chapters are right next to each other!
Granted, I'm not a guy, but I don't see men's ministry pulling a few specific bits of Scripture and saying, "These are the Men's Chapters." There's just a presumption that the whole of Scripture is relevant to men.
In fact, if you really want to get into it, Proverbs 31 is actually directed more at men than women, saying, "this is the kind of woman you should marry." If we took half the Proverbs 31 talks directed at women and gave them to men, I think that would be a big improvement.
(I know I'm being somewhat hyperbolic here in places. I've been sitting on this ask for a little while knowing that it was basically unavoidable trying to refine my answer and like. Sorry. I am Frustrated and this is what you get from me.)

Allow me to preface with: I love where OFMD ends up. Every time I see something that makes me fear for a renewal (Taika noooo), I remember that everyone was was okay where it ended, and dammit the ends justified the means
But:
Fuuuuck it's overstuffed, objectively. And my measurement of overstuffiness is: Big Musical Moments.
OFMD has these amazing sequences where the music and the action and the story all blend together in this glorious literal symphony. A normal episode has 1-2 of these sequences, and they're fucking glorious and eternal.
The finale of S2? The finale of S2 has FOUR Big Musical Moments! Five if you count Ed coming out of the water!
It's too many, it just is. There's missing links between character moments, missing plot details--it's a mess.
But I fucking love it and I'm so, so glad they rushed, because a TV season ender is a balance between the story as a whole and the investment of its watchers. Jenkins and co. decided that the investment of the watchers--and the wholeness of its charaters--was more important than the mechanics of story. And if that make you feel cheated, that's fair and that stinks. But fuck, so many stories are about the endless continuance of the characters and the ego of the creators--it's pretty damn amazing to feel like the fans (*cough* of the main arc *cough*) are valued and the creators are less important than getting to a place where it's ok to end.
The last line of this show might be "fuck that's strong!" "maybe we just air it out a bit..."
And that's actually okay. And it is, somehow, beautiful.
But goddamnit, JUST FIVE MORE MINUTES and that episode would have been PERFECT...

I feel like the scishow video is being interpreted as telling trans women to not call their own experiences with hrt as mood swings, when in the video it reads more like "we're not trying to say every woman is ~hysterical~ and ~moody~, which is something rooted in sexism, but there can be emotional variations related to feminizing hrt. Either way, it's not a bad thing because it's better overall for the person"
