I think Kakashi liked having Obito's attention on him. While watching the flashbacks, he always says or does something to get Obito's attention, but he does it in his own way.

When Kakashi becomes genin, everyone is congratulating him, but Kakashi adresses Obito seperatly. Like, does his approval mean that much to you, babykashi??

Kakashi waking up Obito during class, so he can pay attention. Of course, it doesn't go well, but babykashi had good intentions.

He always has to be the one to reprimand Obito when he is late. That's Minato's job. Almost like he wants any excuse to speak with Obito. "It's important that he knows how I feel about this." Also notice how much Obito has to bend to be at his eye level 🥹🥹

Something about Wilson begging House to tell him that he loves him. Something about Wilson forcing House to accept his choice for the first time in their relationship since the very beginning. Something about Wilson ranting at House's funeral that the only time he needed House, he wasn't there. Something about Wilson absolutely beaming at the sight of his best friend alive, sitting on the steps right in front of him, and being hit with the utterly soul crushing realization that House threw everything away for him and only him. Something about Wilson beginning to ask House "When the cancer gets bad..." and smiling at House's response of "Cancer's boring." Something about Wilson and House living a soft life of domesticity in their last few months together. Something about Wilson knowing that they could have had this for years prior. Something about Wilson knowing they never would have if he weren't dying.
