Questioning system/plural person here… you don’t have to answer this if you don’t want to, and I hope you have a good day either way. Are there any tips you might have on how to figure out if you’re plural? I have some suspicion but I don’t have blackout amnesia, and I always remember when someone else seems to be in charge. It’s just little things I forget, who introduced me to a show, what my plans were for the day, etc. Also I love your edits and posts!! They make me feel at home in a way I can’t explain.

also i am a bad litmus test for this both bc my first alter experience was very starkly unavoidable and also we for the most part share collective memory.

this might be the "wrong" answer to some but i'm gonna be so honest, if you suspect it and can seemingly consciously identify someone else being present, just try actually acknowledging it and see how it feels to perceive yourselves internally as multiple, and go from there.

i personally don't think plurality is as clear cut as people seem to believe it is and i'll be so real, if it makes you feel better or understand yourself more to view yourself as plural regardless of like "diagnosis", exact symptoms, etc. then like i don't really have a problem with you IDing as it. do not do syscourse in my inbox or else i blow up the planet ok?
