HOW TO GET A GLOW UP

‧₊˚❀༉‧₊˚.

I used to be the ugly dunklin, till I change in 1 week and turned pretty much half of my life upside down, it happened right after my 16th catastrophic birthday, at the time I was already following Liz and her tips which helped me so much!! So here how to glow up in minimum 1 week

౨ৎsmell good౨ৎ

This is so important, I noticed how people react to good smelling people, they just say it out loud how much they like the fragrance, knowning that it's you, will just make you more approacable, it boosts your confidence and overl all more liked

౨ৎexercise + diet౨ৎ

This was huge for me, not only it imroves your moods but it also makes your prettier, you need to fist know what goals you want to archive physically, if you want a bigger butt, eggs and potatoes salad can be a good alternative, if you want to have a snatched waist try to do more cardio, at the time the only cardio I used to do was jump roping, which is amazing!!

౨ৎwardrobe౨ৎ

This was the revolution, just dress how ou want each outfit can have at max 2 trendy elements, not more, and the rest it needs to rappresnt YOUR personality!! This is going to make you unique and recognizable!! Also I suggest to go shopping on friday lol, the beauty day!

౨ৎmentality౨ৎ

This is how everything started, a munch of motivational viddeos, the wizard liz and confidence targetting posts, moodboards and much more, at the time I was getting treated really harshly from my classmates, it was probably one of thelowest point of my life, bit I pick myself up, cause I had a goal: Changing my narrative.

There was not sense into staying bitter and hating not only myself but the world around, I wanted to prove to myself that I actually mettered, you don't glow up for other, but for yourself, never, ever welcome in your life people that before put you under the rug, have some respect for yourself and clear boundaries.

SELFISH? ;

its a form of self respect and love to be selfish. being selfish is demonized in society but its human nature and being selfish ensures that u take care of urself and ur own affairs before u meddle with or try to take care of others.

its okay to help others but you should help u first. lets take a look at the self respect aspect and the self love aspect of putting urself first…💬🎀

SELF RESPECT ASPECT ;

we cultivate self respect through making boundaries with ourselves and with other's and sticking to them. sticking to our word cultivates self respect and builds trust within urself to do what u said u were gonna do. some examples of boundaries with urself can include

♡ having a bed time ♡ having specific work hours and study hours ♡ boundaries that are formed on ur values/religion ♡ saying no when u dont want to do something

boundaries with urself and how u treat urself shows others how to treat u. it also lets others know that u dont play about urself and they can't push on ur boundaries. and if u communicate ur boundaries clearly with someone and they push on ur boundaries then they dont actually like u and its best if u cut them off.

SELF LOVE ASPECT ;

when u pour into urself and show urself the love that u deserve by taking care of urself in the best way that u can, ur cultivating ur self love. if u take care of urself and ur affairs, would the opinion of a nobody be relevant you? no ofc not. cuz u know that their opinion doesn't hold power over u. no one's opinion of u should dictate who you are, only your own.

♡ make time for the things that u love to do ♡ talk to urself with respect and love ♡ pamper urself everyday ♡ journal and prioritize ur healing and work through ur problems ♡ making urself ur favorite food

hey hi hello! first of all i'd like to say i took your patron saint uquiz and it. Changed my life unironically it's so good. i follow you now because every line in that quiz was a gut punch and i loved it. top tier hurt honestly

my question is this - i am a fanauthor. on the side i also write my own original fiction but i specialize in fanfic. Am I allowed to use your poetry for a reference folder? I wouldn't use your poetry in a fic without explicit permission and without linking back here of course, and I'd never use it for commercial work outside of maybe taking inspiration without copying, but I wanna have a ref folder of Things That Made Me Feel Things about a character. It's not planned to be public as of yet, it's just supposed to be a bunch of screenshots in my drafts, but I'd like to maybe one day make it public once the fic was complete. (I already have your blog linked in my drafts actually, so if it goes public I'm not gonna forget.) I just want to make sure you're comfortable with me using your poetry for fanfic of all things

At first glance she may seem selfish and standoffish but in reality she's a ride or die friend. You got enemies? She'll electrocute them! Need a hypeman? She is surprisingly good with words - think of someone brutally honest but they use it to compliment you. She is also short and lives in a bog :)

I love thinking about her and Rana so often omg... i love standoffish characters sm. I think Rana would really like the selfish nature- she's been there and oftentimes she's still there.
